Scott provided the sound for the guitar player and for the vocalist for the ceremony. The misting fans were a last minute addition, and I'm so grateful to our wedding event planners to have done the research and found the right solution. The shade umbrellas and paddle fans we had provided wouldn't have been enough, but the misting fans enabled our guests and us to enjoy the outdoor space to the fullest. I was worried that they would appear obtrusive, but our florist dressed them up in floral and greenery, and they blended right into the setting. Billy was so friendly and easy to work with, and even the venue was impressed with how great they turned out. If you're ever planning an outdoor event on a hot day, do yourself a favor splurge on the misting fans. It was the difference between guests staying and having a good time vs. having to leave early due to the heat.
