However, when we picked up the order two days before our event, many of the chairs were wobbly and noticeably worn. My father, who handled the pickup, even requested replacements for several that were particularly unstable. While some wear is expected with rentals, I did anticipate the premium-style chairs to be in better condition. We had planned to double the cushions for additional seat height, which is why we ordered 24. Unfortunately, the cushions we received were marked up, came in two different styles with different ties, and when my father brought the order home, there were only 12 in the pickup. We even called around for alternatives, but this style of chair typically uses a Velcro-attached cushion, so outside options weren't compatible. We returned to the store to pick up the missing cushions, and thankfully we were able to exchange the mismatched ones for 24 matching burgundy cushions in much better condition. My mother mentioned that Darren was very helpful in resolving the issue with the seat pads, and we SO appreciated the effort to make things right! In the end, everything worked out, but the process was a bit stressful, and we did expect a higher quality product and smoother experience from a rental company.

The 6ft wooden tables and cocktail-tables looked beautiful online and when I had my brother pickup the items, and set up for my baby shower, I was horrified to see that the tables were OLD, chipping, and dirty! I had to spend more money on buying linen to hide them! Per their website, "...offers high-end, quality rentals at affordable, competitive prices. All our linens are manufactured in the USA and our tables and chairs are made of high-quality materials for a better look and more durability." This was false advertising if I've ever seen one. The entire experience was terrible and their customer service representative was dismissive. Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.

Our event was on a Sunday over a holiday weekend, and the Party Pros team delivered everything on Friday, and we set up everything Saturday for our big day Sunday and then took everything down on Memorial Day. The Party Pros crew picked up everything Tuesday. They were reasonably priced, efficient with delivey and pickup, and because we assembled the dance floor ourselves, they waived the set up fee. If you're looking for top notch service to ensure the comfort and fun of guests at an event, give them a call!

Their pricing was very competitive, even for upgrading to higher-end alcohol. We were able to have three specialty cocktails, and they accommodated our request for specific upgraded garnishes for a very low price. They even helped us design and print custom menus for these cocktails with our dogs' sketches on them. They only charged $15 total for this!! They were one of the few vendors who didn't seem to charge us an arm and a leg and have massive upcharges and fees just because this was a wedding. Their pricing was fair and transparent. They were flexible when we wanted them to serve wines that were off their list -- they would either serve it if we ordered it/provided it or offered to order it themselves and handle all the logistics. Again, their prices for doing this seemed to be comparable to if we handled the logistics ourselves, so of course we went with having them order, bring, and serve, the wines we requested. We got to keep all the extra bottles at the end too. They accidentally took these bottles with them at the end of the night, which was no big deal at all since there was so many moving pieces. When we asked them if they might have accidentally taken any bottles with them they were extremely apologetic and had someone deliver all the leftover bottles to our doorstep within 24 hours. Day of wedding, our guests were so happy with their service. Everyone we've talked to said the drinks were strong and delicious. The bartenders were super friendly and the guests had a blast with them. 10/10 would recommend for any event and would use them again in the future.
