I ordered online, and then I called long distance from Louisville, Kentucky because, unexpectedly, I wanted them to move up the delivery time, and they could not have been nicer when I called and they were more than accommodating and kind and delivered the flowers as promptly as possible. When my parents didn't answer the door, the delivery person called me and I contacted my parents, and my mom went to the door and said the delivery person had a smile on her face. My parents were also were very pleased with the flowers. My mom, a lover of flowers, said that they were beautiful and she plans to now check out this woman-owned business!
