I honestly thought this was an edible cookie dough store based on the sign and logo. Once I was inside and the worker greeted me, I decided to get something anyways. They have smoothies and various desserts. I got a cheesecake and a dipped strawberry for about 6$. The cheesecake was fine but nothing super exciting. Nice to know there's an in person edible arrangements store, but I only would go for special occasions due to prices and overall "fine" quality. Cashier was nice though! read more

Would not recommend. Had ordered a special valentine gift for my s/o over a week in advance, and it still was not delivered. So after 8 calls I finally got through and decided I didn't want to wait for them to mess up again, so i took the refund. I would definitely recommend choosing elsewhere for your special gifts especially if they're supposed to be delivered in a specific date that was instructed to them. read more

My Mom moved to a senior living apt today and I wanted to surprise her with an arrangement of chocolate dipped fruit and cookies. I did the order online 3 days ago for today. It did not get delivered until after 3:30pm. It was the wrong item delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address, I got an email that said the order was successfully delivered- it was not! I've called 3 times now to get this resolved and I'm being sent to voicemail. Since they close at 5 and it's 4:42pm, are they really that busy?! This order was not hard to execute as the delivery location was literally a mile down the road! Never again will I order from Edible Arrangements at this location. I received amazing customer service from this location today. When I checked the status of a gift order that I placed, I was informed that I placed the order to be delivered on a Saturday when I really wanted it to be delivered on Friday (today) so it would reach my very good friend on time for her birthday - on Father's Day weekend! The person I spoke to offered to change the order so it would be made up and delivered today instead of Saturday! I am so grateful for this. I watched one of the many videos of the CEO of Edible Arrangements. Mr. Farid's principles as well as his pride of the company and the people that work for him in this particular location was demonstrated today. I am Canadian and received a beautiful fruit bouquet 2 years ago and the fruit was fresh and beautifully sculpted. - Excellent product. The recipient was surprised by the delivery, and she was also greeted by a warm and friendly driver who kindly delivered part of her birthday present. I was told that the strawberries looked amazing and perfect. Thank you so much! It is wonderful to see that the high quality of product and customer service is consistent. I was going to order online but their website does not indicate the physical size of the arrangements. Yes it says small, Medium , etc.... But to me that is meaningless. Since these are specific arrangements they should spell out what is in each arrangement and what size it is and how many people it will feed. Also, placing an object that we all recognize next to the arrangement will give us an idea what we are looking at relative to the size of the familiar object. Let's not play games. read more

I ordered the "Happy Birthday FruitFlowers" for my sister's birthday, and when she received the order, it was missing the "Custom Dipped Fruit Happy Birthday Sleeve," which was one of the main components of the product I ordered. Instead Edible Arrangements decided to include an extra flower arrangement in lieu of the Happy Birthday sleeve. When I called Edible Arrangements to find out why my sister didn't receive what was ordered, I was told that they were out of the Happy Birthday sleeve and that they made the decision to replace it with an extra bouquet of flowers. I was not happy that my sister didn't get what I paid for, and I was even more unhappy with the fact that Edible Arrangements did not even make an effort to call me, tell me about the situation, and ask what item I would like the Happy Birthday sleeve replaced with. The second bouquet of flowers was not a good substitute since they arrived dried out and wilted. On top of that, the person I spoke with at Edible Arrangements did not offer an apology or ask what could be done to correct the situation. She just kept reiterating that I "got the rest of" my order. She obviously didn't care about the issue and just wanted to get me off the phone, which was frustrating. Extremely poor customer service all around. I was going to order my mom something from Edible Arrangements for her birthday as well, but after this experience, they have lost all future business from me. I spent WAY too much money (just under $100!!!) on an order that was half-assed by the staff that work at Edible Arrangements on Cascade Road. Shoppers, save your hard earned money and use a different company that will offer better customer service and quality. read more

I recently received a frit basket form Edible arrangements as a Christmas gift. The day after I got it I opened it and wanted to try some of it, but the Fruit was so BAD, THAT I HADTO WIND UP THROWING ALL IT AWAY. The pineapple that they used, was not cut correctly, so most of what was used was the core, so it was nearly impossible to eat, the chocolate that was on the fruit, just fell off the fruit as soon as you touched. One of the pieces of fruit that was decorated in Chocolate, looked like a piece of pineapple, but when I went to bite into it the chocolate immediately fell off and it was a MUSHY GREEN APPLE with no taste. When I called the company to complain, they basically blew me off and said that in the pamphlet, that was supposed to come with it states that you are supposed to eat the fruit that day or within 24hr. I said to them that it was within 24hrs that I was trying to eat it, but couldn't. the person on the phone said they understood, but 'COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECUASE IT'S SUPPOSED TO EATEN THE SAME DAY. When I told them that I never received a pamphlet with the gift, they said nothing...So I will never order anything form them and I would tell anyone I know not do it either, What a waste of money to have to wind up throwing away the whole basket. read more

Very impressed with the service that Edible Arrangements offers. I ordered an arrangement around 2pm and it was delivered by 5pm no problem.
