She not only solved the heaters and blanket asks but also added so many details that I would never have thought of. Baskets to hold the blankets. Blankets tied with twine. Additional black napkins in case someone was wearing a dark outfit. Found local wines and beers. Just extremely thoughtful in everything she did. My event was not big or expensive. I'm from out of town so I'm probably not a repeat client (wish I could be!). And I had a very last minute weekend request. And Jolene pulled through 110%. The quantity of food provided by Red Maple given the rather high cost of the catering was nowhere near our expectations. As one of the event hosts, I was only able to try 2 different appetizers (1 piece of each) the entire evening. Many of our guests subsequently told us they had to leave the reception early "to eat" and we ended up having to order multiple boxes of pizza for those guests that were able to stay at the reception. Needless to say, this was extremely embarrassing for us and the other reception event hosts. Again, given the rather high cost of the catered event (even for Beaver Creek) we definitely did not get our money's worth at all.
