    Having Tiffany in charge of my wedding day was one of the best investments ever. It was as if I had a friend who knew me (and my embedded anxiety) very well and was not even phased by my forgetfulness, scattered thoughts, or repeat messages as we got closer to the day. So let's start from the beginning. I was referred to Tiffany by my photographer and honestly, name a better duo, I'll wait. I sent Tiffany an inquiry and she promptly responded back with the much needed facts: cost, availability and what was included in each package. Because I was having a micro wedding at Hotel Californian it was going to be a huge production but I needed someone to help guide the day. I quickly booked and she paced me with what would be needed from me from start to finish. Once she has the vendor info she took it from there. Even though I only hired her for day of coordination- she went above and beyond to make sure she connected with vendors leading up to the event. She created and revised the perfect timeline a handful of time until we felt good about it. She even went to both my first look site and the ceremony/reception site (several different locations) a week prior to map out logistics. And one of my favorite favorite details I loved about her was her ability to capture candid videos and detail shots on her iPhone which she posted to IG for me to screen grab. So if you are really appreciative of these interactive moments, she's the one! Whether you are looking for someone to help you with a grand production or small, intimate gathering she will make it magical, memorable, and worth it. I've connected with several other wedding coordinators prior to hiring Tiffany and no one was more personable than her, hands down.

    Choosing you and your team as a planner was undoubtedly the most important and best decision we made for our wedding day. From the moment we first connected with you on the phone we knew we hit the jackpot. When every other vendor asked who our planner was, they always responded with "You guys have the best of the best with Tiffany and her team, we love working with them!". Its one thing to feel great and supported the entire planning process, and its another to then have everything be so dialed in and executed on the wedding day. We were blown away with how everything went on our day & we have you + your team to thank for that.     I don't even know where to begin with how grateful we are to Tiffany and her entire team for making our wedding day as amazing at it was! Although we made a handful of vendor decisions on our own prior to working with Tiffany, her validation was invaluable. There are so many moving parts both leading up to and on the actual wedding day, and Tiffany made everything feel so incredibly seamless.     Tiffany and her team were so incredibly organized and everything from planning our wedding to executing all the planning the day of was absolutely seamless. She also researched persian wedding ceremony traditions and Arabic traditions to better understand our cultures which shows how above and beyond her team really goes for their clients! You truly are amazing. You were so calming, so organized, and made our day the most magical ever. She cleaned up our vendor orders, found errors we wouldn't have found on our own, helped us fix a couple of things that we didn't know how to do ourselves, and asked all of the questions that we wouldn't even know to ask. She is so responsive and supportive and strikes the perfect balance between leading and supporting the couple's vision. She also knows so many people - whenever we were trying to figure out how to do something or where to get something, Brooke had just the person! She was amazing. I felt so at peace knowing that she was our planner. She is the kind of person who isn't afraid to jump in and do what needs to get done to handle it, even if it means getting reaaally resourceful. She is so creative in that way and also the regular ways! She has great taste and a beautiful eye for design and for floral arrangements. By the time we found her we had already booked our florist, but Brooke helped us make sure we asked for the right floral items, and she did the florals for one of our other wedding events and they were BEAUTIFUL!! On the day of our wedding, Brooke took care of everything. Were there problems at the venue? I have no idea! If there were, she handled them. She was a total machine during the event, handling EVERYTHING and walking us through the day. I had spent hundreds of hours down a REAL deep Pinterest rabbit hole (if you know, you know) and gave it to Brooke for inspiration, then let her run with it. I was so looking forward to being surprised on my wedding day and I expected it to look really pretty based upon how much our planner (Tanya Paye of RSVP Weddings & Events) raved about her work. But still, the stuff I found on Pinterest was super beautiful so I wasn't expecting our florals and decor to rival them. I was expecting a toned down version of the Pinterest board. Yet somehow, Brooke was able to extract the essence of my aesthetic from that board and magically create florals and decor for me that were FAR more beautiful than anything on the Pinterest board. What kind of sorcery is this, Brooke? I simply don't understand how she made something BETTER than the inspiration I provided her. I'm a very simple and low key person, I'm not extra in any way, shape, or form, so I told Brooke a small simple bouquet is fine and then maybe a few hot pink centerpieces and we're good to go. She must have laughed when I said that (and probably even muttered "hold my beer" to whoever was standing next to her) because what she created was far more extravagant and luxurious than anything I had anticipated, yet somehow it was EXACTLY what I wanted, but didn't know I wanted. The simple, modest florals I described to her would have been so sad and depressing. She elevated my aesthetic to something breathtakingly beautiful and our guests are STILL commenting on how beautiful the flowers were. The colors popped beautifully against the white of my dress and the navy of my husband's suit. When I think about how much beauty Brooke created for us, because she truly wanted to give us a special day after we tragically lost both our babies, my eyes well up with tears. She went SO FAR above and beyond to give us the stunning day she felt we deserved after all our suffering. She is not only amazingly talented, but one of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever met. In addition to the stunning and huge bouquet she wanted me to have, she made boutonnieres and corsages for all our wedding party and VIPs and bouquets for the bridesmaids, and she decorated our ceremony and reception locations too! She transformed both these venues into wonderlands of hot pink and gold magnificence. The restaurant looked magical and our ceremony venuewas simply stunning, and provided a gorgeous backdrop for our photos. We will cherish those photos forever, and the joy Brooke has helped to bring us, will sustain us for years. She helped give us one perfect day, an oasis of happiness in our desert of suffering, and we will be forever grateful to her for that.

We also hired their florist who was overwhelmed, overpromised and underdelivered and needed extra help. Three Sisters was the most disappointing and frustrating vendor in every sense. Would rate 0 stars if could. Stay away. We were assured on every call, "We just want you to relax and not worry about anything on your big day. We got this." It was surprising to hear at the rehearsal that "We aren't allowed on site until noon." The bride and bridesmaids were arriving at 9am. "The photographer is coming at 11am," we said. "Oh, they're the exception." We asked the event site coordinator who said they could've been there at 9am with us. We hired Three Sisters for the primary purpose of making sure the bride's stepmother did not interfere with any of the activities. This was repeated ad nauseum on every pre-planning call and stressed repeatedly. Within minutes of her arriving (and the groom saying, "That's her.") she had already made it into the bridal suite (where there was no coordinator at any time in the day assisting with all the logistics. When asked the coordinators said, "we are overwhelmed." The rings were not present immediately before the ceremony. The groom noticed last minute. Christina shrugged. She had been told where they were in the morning and forgot. They did not exchange contact information or start a group chat with the venue coordinators when one was asked to call our coordinator and ask where they were. A bridesmaid had to run up on a golf cart to get them. There was never any coordinator around when ANY photos were being taken despite them providing all our photo pairings and shot list as asked. Many photos were missed completely. At post-ceremony photos, family members left the ceremony site. We looked at each other and realized we had coordinators to help. Christina was cleaning between chairs. The groom explained to her to arrange the next group of family members the subsequent set behind them. Like a coordinator should be doing. There was no bouquet for the toss nor a coordinator anywhere to be found. The photographer had to take flowers out of a vase on the table. The flowers were sparse and did not match the pictures of inspiration provided. The bridal bouquet was tiny and had roses despite asking and told that ranunculus was available. The groom asked for sage and was given the eucalyptus he did not want. We said "lush." The sweetheart table to be covered, and you could see our legs and if we dropped food or silverware. The five beams cost $1800 to have a single strand of thin ivy wrapped around them. It looked like a string of Xmas lights. Heather helped her florist sister all day rather than focus on events. At one point they drove by on a golf cart and asked the groom, "Have they found the missing bouquet?" That is something he needs to worry about? During the middle of our dinner walked to our table to ask, "Are you mad at me?" Heather sent some staff off to eat off site bc "I forget who on my team has food allergies" despite us asking specifically being told none. Staff left on our dime. Uber Eats also would've been a better option. They asked the father of the bride for his speech (so he could "relax") and then lost it so we had to track it down. When the bridal processional started, the quartet played for 30 seconds before the gates were opened. Christina kept asking the bride if she was ready and she replied "Yes" three times while Christina just stared back but did not open the gates until the father of the bride had to sternly tell her to. This was the most awful and stressful experience and at no point in the day was anything coordinated. It was just made more complicated. We could've handled all the above had we known it was our responsibility. Instead, we TRUSTED them to take care of everything, and they blew it. It should be noted in response to the above they replied in email that not all of it was their fault. They would send us a follow-up email explaining what was not. That has still not been received but should be no surprise.

She was on top of everything & if there was a problem we never knew about it. She made sure the bride & groom had the most perfect day from beginning to end! The bar ran out of Tito's, she made sure someone from the staff went and got more. Kalen is amazing & knows her job well! She took so much stress off of us! Also, our assigned day of the wedding coordinator Kalen was amazing! A true professional and with a great personality which matched us and our bridal party. We never had to worry about everything because she was on top of it all between managing guests, vendors, the bridal party and the brides everything went of without a hitch and were so grateful Kalen and Jacklyn made our special day unforgettable. To add, they offer many options for rentals for china, furniture and many vendor options that they work with. As for organizing and preparations we ourselves are quite organized. However, the added checklist and openly provided tips and advices via paper documents and pdf helped us a lot to just make the whole easy as I could simply state. So please take advantage of this resource they provide. My wife and I had our black and white minimalist wedding here last July and it was everything we expected and more. The location itself is tucked away in the Conejo Mountains and perfect for a private event. The views at golden hour is perfect and during our July summer the vineyard provides many photo opportunities. The venue itself is gorgeous with a running fountain with floral succulents, a stone fireplace, and hidden vineyard vibe. The grassed ceremony area with the stone stair case was perfect for our wedding. The reception area with the fireplace gave it a great ambiance, especially at night with the lighting. The portable bathrooms are amazing and don't feel portable at all. The bridal suite was perfect for our bridal party and had AC. Overall our experience with Casi Cielo Vineyards was amazing and wish we could just do it all over again. So if you're not already deciding hurry before your date gets booked by someone else. Wishing Casi Cielo Vineyard further success in providing top tier event experiences for others like they did for us. You definitely won't regret it!
