Amazing setting, if you look East. We were invited to a wedding reception here and it was a really cool experience and pretty building and pretty setting. I had no idea it existed. They seem to have a lovely facility to accommodate groups.

Our Stone Gate Wedding experience was an absolute dream! They are the nicest people and took all the stress out of planning our daughters reception. The Great Hall is absolutely beautiful with all of the drapery & twinkle lights, and plenty of room for a wicked dance party - it was so fun! The only thing I would have done different is have them cater it, we brought in our own treats and I wish we would have had them do everything so we didn't have to worry about re-stocking the food or clearing the tables, this was our first wedding so we'll know for next time. Caitlyn did a great job as the wedding planner and she was very attentive and thorough. We are so grateful we found them! Highly recommended!!!

It's a lovely space visually, but there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The venue is located right next to a busy road, and traffic noise was a real distraction. During the ring ceremony, when the couple was exchanging vows, we could hear cars honking outside, which really disrupted the moment. Inside, it was very humid and made the space feel hot and sticky--especially tough for guests dressed formally. The sound system also left a lot to be desired. The MC had trouble playing music, and no staff were around to assist. I had to walk all the way to the office to find a hostess, and all of this delayed the program. The groom also performed a song for the bride, but the mic quality was poor and we could barely hear him. There is a parking lot, which is convenient, and the venue does have potential. But between the noise, heat, and tech issues, it's hard to fully recommend for events where comfort and smooth coordination are important.

I have been to two receptions at this venue and it was…read moreadequate although corners were cut with cheap chairs and a lot of people crammed into a small space. The reason for the review is that friends of mine received a communication from Castle Park informing them that they are still obligated to pay for the space in May 2020 even though we are in a worldwide pandemic. There is still no change in their stance 3 weeks later. I have included the letter to my friends. Read it and feel the outrage. Where is the good faith and humanity for this business? There were no other options offered. The date is cemented for them and payment for no services is expected. The circumstances are completely out of the clients' control. This is bad business. We self catered so I cannot speak to their all inclusive package, but they were very clear with their various packages and individual add-on options. As we moved through the process from original booking to event, we had to make a few changes along the way. I found the venue to be responsive. Eric always got back to me within 24-48 hours with clear answers to my questions. On the day of the event everything was ready for us and went smoothly. The change over from ceremony to reception went well. When we had needs or questions, we followed their prescribed policy with our day of event coordinator (provided by us) and Castle Park immediately met our needs and answered our questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.

There is not a boring inch in the whole facility as they even decorate their employee access doors with intricate art work. Tasteful planters everywhere. The employees and volunteers are helpful and friendly. Such interesting information on species and habitats. A shout out for their café. Reasonable prices for delicious food. It was $13 for a pub smash burger and drink and fries. Only a couple of bucks more than a #1 at In-N-Out. It was really tasty! Bun was homemade delicious. The fries were exceptional. Crispy outside and creamy inside. Garlic fries. My wife had the Romain lettuce something bowl with pulled pork. She said it was excellent. Very generous portion as she got full half way through. My son then scarfed it down. I also couldn't resist and had to buy a chocolate cupcake. Very moist and the frosting was real frosting, not the yucky, airy stuff that grocery stores put on their sheet cakes. Pretzels are amazing. We did the ECCO virtual reality "ride." Of course, not anywhere near a Disneyland level of a ride, but it was informative and interesting and fun. You can do the ocean or Amazon river experience. We did both. This is free and included in your admission. I really like how they put benches to sit throughout the facility. When you visit such places, you get "mall legs" and sitting down is a respite. Highlights: Penguins! (So cute and funny!), shark tunnel, touch ponds, otters, jelly fish, giant fish, aviary. There is a very nice little kids' playground. Interesting to get an up close look at the claw (ECCO). [It was the staging for U2's 360° concert tour for lighting, video, sound, SFX. The aquarium owner saw it was for sale and bought it. it was dissembled, shipped, and re-assembled.] Get there when they open or close to it for close in parking and less crowds. Such a great place to have nearby. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

They had a lot of animals that isn't usually common to see at an Aquarium. I saw huge roaches (YEEUUCKKKK), they had a snow leopard, a Komodo dragon, sea otters and some more. Where the sea otters are it looked like the beautiful formation rocks in Utah. We had such a good time.
