They make it easy to book an appointment and had every style of dress I was looking for. The changing rooms and try-on area is spacious, gorgeous & plenty of room for your bridal crew. Ever After Bridal is both stunning AND has exceptional customer service. EA was recently able to help me after I had a last-minute complication with my original order and dress, which I purchased from a nearby boutique. When Bella Bridal Thousand Oaks closed their doors (and didn't inform their customers), Ever After was able to help me locate my original dress order and obtain it for me! I am so grateful. I had an amazing experience at Ever After Bridal and I said yes to the dress here!!! My bridal consultant, Cheyenne, was seriously so much fun and made the appointment so easy and seamless. She provided expert service and attentiveness. The boutique is also so cute, cozy, and clean. There are so many designers and so many dresses within a wide price range. I was in awe of how many beautiful dresses were available and that they had everything I was looking for in a dress. I had gone to a few wedding dress stores before EA and this was BY FAR my favorite experience. After the sh*t show that happened with Bella Bridal Boutique in Thousand Oaks (purchasing a dress, it never being sent, only to discover the shop permanently closed and took a bunch of customer's money), Taylor truly saved the day. She helped me get in contact with my designer and I repurchased the dress through Ever Bridal boutique. The day I went to pick it up, I was able to try it on again and the staff was very accommodating and kind. They even let me arrive a few hours earlier than scheduled! Since I now live in New York and was only visiting CA for a short time, I was appreciative of their attentiveness and communication. They did what they could for the dress to arrive to Moorpark in time for me to pick it up while I was in town to avoid a very expensive shipping fee. The boutique itself is lovely, but my fitting experience was not what I hoped for. When I went back for my dress fitting, the person assigned to me seemed rushed and had a bit of an attitude. I didn't feel listened to or welcomed, which was disappointing considering this is such an important moment for brides. Maybe because she was expecting ? Idk At one point, I asked another staff member where the restroom was, and she told me -- in a very rude tone -- not to walk in front of the mirror because another bride was looking at her dress. It was common sense that I wouldn't interrupt her moment, but the way it was said made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. I truly hope future brides receive a kinder and more attentive experience. read more

I recently went to Ever After as my first dress shopping appointment and can't say enough good things about my experience. Cheyenne and Marissa helped me through it all and I kept calling them my fairy godmothers because they truly were so kind and helpful. I was nervous going shopping cause I didn't know what to expect and they completely exceeded my expectations and made my appointment magical. They made me feel so comfortable and happy and every-time we'd go back to the room I kept saying how much fun I was having. They pulled the most stunning dresses for me and knew exactly what I was looking for. I fully trusted them and their judgment and they truly only put me in what they know I'd love and what looked best on me. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams from a pull from Cheyenne and couldn't have felt more beautiful. When it came to saying yes to the dress, I was feeling hesitant since it was such a big decision. Cheyenne reassured me that it was okay to sleep on it and come back when I felt ready and that there was no pressure to make a decision that day. That helped me so much and gave me the confidence to say yes because I knew she truly cared and I didn't feel like another number in the books. Overall, I can't say enough great things about Ever After. I highly recommend coming here to look for dresses, you'll be in amazing hands. I loved this boutique. Wedding dress shopping scared me a little and Charley took all of that away. My group picked a bit too many dresses and Charley laid them out for me by style. She explained how each fit and which ones she thinks I should try first. She asked if I wanted her in the changing room or just right outside which made it even more comfortable. As soon as I'd get in one she'd come in and help me zip up and close the back with clips. I never felt like a burden or that I was too big. I believe I ended up around a wedding dress size 16ish? Maybe? They never said the dress size which made it feel even better. I ended up saying yes to the dress and now I wait for it to come in. If you're a little self conscience and nervous. Don't be. Go here and I promise you they will make you feel so great. I left feeling amazing and so happy I found my dress. Great great little boutique. read more

The boutique where I originally bought my wedding dress and veil unexpectedly closed down without notifying me. Ever After Bridal went out of their way to personally reach out and support me -- they had the exact veil I had originally chosen. Not only were they kind and helpful, but also incredibly transparent: they let me know that the original boutique had charged me double, and they offered it to me at the correct, lower price. Taylor at Ever After Bridal has been so wonderful through a hard time. I was a bride affected by a bridal boutique that closed and thus - I was not receiving my dress. Taylor was so swift to take action and help me every step of the way, and she helped me obtain the original dress that I had ordered. Not only that, she kept me informed every step of the way and was so kind/helpful. I cant thank her and Ever After enough for their help through that time! I had a great experience here trying on dresses for the first time. Charly was awesome! She helped me out so much & kept bringing me dresses based on my likes/dislikes. The only thing I'd say is the AC was on the fritz so I was getting overheated. But that wasn't their fault. Maybe just have fans or something next time? Overall it was wonderful! Where do I start?? The shop is very easy to find, parking is great, and it is so cute inside! They have a Cinderella carriage! I kept noticing how great the music was. Their online appointment booking system was the easiest of everywhere I shopped. Cheyenne is the queen of stylists. She has the art form down-- encouraging, fun, genuine, zero pressure, made me feel amazing in everything, was great at explaining everything, she knows how to make the experience special, and she clearly enjoys helping you find the dress. From my first phone call to the shop she was so friendly and chill and understood exactly what I was looking for, and I felt so relaxed going in. She had so many good ideas for which dresses to pull based on what I liked that I ended up falling in love with a dress that was different from what I originally thought I wanted. The whole experience was so comfortable and fun. I went to several more stores but was excited to come back, had an amazing experience all over again, and I said yes to the dress! Afterwards I found out Ever After is a Ventura County award winner and I can see why. Definitely check it out! read more

I had the best experience trying on dresses at this location. It was recommended by so many people so I decided to give it a try. This is the first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses and I found my dress here! Charlie was absolutely amazing and really listened to what I wanted and gave amazing options to choose from. On the site it said only 4 people were allowed to come with but they allowed us to have another 2 people join plus a one year old. 1.5 hours is the perfect amount of time and this space is huge. I have been to many wedding dresses shopping occasions for friends and every boutique felt very small but Ever After Bridal felt very spacious and relaxing. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10. I couldn't be more happy with my experience! read more

Wonderful customer service and top quality wedding dresses! I felt a bit lost looking at all the wedding dresses online and did not know where to begin, so I decided to go to a boutique to try on some dresses in person. I decided to try Ever After Bridal as my first stop due to its glowing Yelp review, and I am very happy to have taken the plunge. Located in Moorkpark on one of the side streets, the boutique has limited parking at the store front but other on-street parking is readily available. The store carries a lot of brand name designer wedding dresses like Justin Alexander, Rebecca Ingram and Rosa Clara. When I first arrived, Talyor greeted me warmly and asked me briefly about my preference. She then explained to me the different silhouettes and the dresses that were in sample sale, which were about 2/3 off the standard full price. I picked out a dozen dresses and Taylor was very patient in helping me fitting in all the dresses. While I tend to shop online 99% of the time, I found it extremely helpful to try on the different silhouettes in person, as I discovered I am not a huge fan of ball gowns even though they looked magical online. I also discovered fitted gowns work better with my body type while still feel comfortable for movement. My appointment was for 1.5 hour but I needed an additional 20 minutes to decide between the top 2 dresses. Taylor was very understanding and did not push any hard sales. At the end, I picked a Rosa Clara fitted gown that was on sample sale at 2/3 off. Taylor explained to me about the three rounds of alterations within 3 months of the wedding date and I am grateful she took the time to walk me through all the details. Overall, it was a wonderful experience shopping at Ever After. Taylor was super patient and extremely informative. The only things I would recommend are a) Install a mirror inside a fitting room so I do not need to walk out each time to see myself b) Keep the photo tag on how each wedding dress look on a model so customers can quickly determine train length and dress volume without trying on the dresses. Highly recommend! read more

My time at Ever After Bridal was nothing short of perfect. I was there over 3 weeks ago and I still think about it almost every day. Aside from the perfect dresses, Megan and Cheyenne (I think?) made the experience for me and my best friend who joined me. We laughed, cried, danced, hugged, dreamed, and reminisced together and we had just met. It truly felt like being with friends and was such a wholesome experience. Something any bride dreams of. Not only were their vibes amazing, but they both were pulling dresses for me that were so perfect it is so hard to choose. Even dresses I didn't imagine I'd like, they had a feeling and once I tried them on they each felt like they could be "the one". They also didn't try to force anything, they were patient with my indecision, and they were so spot-on with their selections for me. The girls at Ever After Bridal are amazing at their job. This was one of 5 dress appointments I had been to (everything from Azazie to Galia Lahav showrooms) and this appointment, the dress selection, the price, and the experience were BY FAR the best. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Charlie was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed and she walked me through every step, including helping me to grab dresses that I felt were 'me,' and even pulling some wild cards - one of which was the dress I purchased! Loved the girlies and I'm so thankful for their help! I had my consult yesterday for their sample sale & I was nervous because it was my first time trying dresses as at all.
