I was returning something at Nordstrom Rack and decided to check out Lili Bridals across the street. It was completely unplanned so I wasn't too bummed when I saw the "appointments only" sign on the door. Instead of walking away, I decided to go inside and ask if I can try on some veils. Lisa and Sienna were both very friendly and helped me right away due to a cancellation. Lisa's dog was also nicely perched at the counter greeting clients. I showed Lisa and Sienna what my dress and shoes look like and asked for recommendations. I tried a few veils of different styles and lengths, but nothing really called out to me. Lisa went digging and came back with the veil of my dreams. I knew I had to buy the veil after trying it on. It was an absolute gorgeous statement piece. I'd like to clarify that any "good faith" gesture on your part only came after I posted my honest review--once the truth had already been made public. Transparency and accountability should not require a customer to speak out first. As I mentioned before, I am not trained to inspect gowns for stains, and neither are the guests I brought with me. That responsibility falls on your team, as the professionals. Brides trust that their dresses will be delivered in pristine condition and that your attention to detail will match the significance of the occasion. Regarding the $300 refund offer--I declined it because it was contingent on removing my review. That is not a true resolution, but an attempt to silence honest feedback. No amount of money is worth more to me than my integrity or doing what's right. My intention has never been to damage your business, but rather to warn other brides so they can make an informed choice. What I didn't mention earlier is that my dress was initially lost, and during the confusion, my sister's bag was searched by an older, shorter woman on your team--an experience that was both invasive and distressing. To be fair, my dress was beautiful aside from the stain--but again, I am not the expert here. I stand by my words and my decision to not recommend Lili Bridals. I'm not interested in hush money--I'm interested in honesty, respect, and protecting future brides from going through what I did. Great bridal shop in Encino! This was my 3rd and final stop when looking for a wedding dress and they didn't disappoint. I had found others I liked but found THE ONE at Lilis. They were very nice and helpful when it came to finding the perfect wedding dress. They have a good variation of dresses with MANY big ball gown type dresses (not my style). I explained the look I liked and they went to check the back as new inventory came and they stumbled upon one. They hadn't seen it on until I tried it on and we all knew it was the one. I wish I could say this was a pleasant shopping experience, but it was the exact opposite. What should have been a simple, joyful purchase turned into a nightmare. I went to this store to get a nightgown for a very special event in my life. The service seemed lovely on the first day I came in for my appointment (only fishing for a good tip that it is requested when buying the gown), but from that point on, it was all downhill. Barely any communication while there for the fittings, and for the final fitting, the pick up date, the alteration was incomplete, so they told me to wait because they needed to finished it and get it ready. So, I waited, took my dress in the black cover and left. I kept it in the cover, and 2 days prior of my trip to my event, I opened it and notice that the overskirt of the dress looked weird with more fabric on one side than the other (see pic attached and video), when I started to inspect the dress I started crying, there was no time to fix the mess and barely time left to find a new dress (the hem was shorter too). Fortunately, a good friend of mine acted like my here and help me find the dress of my dreams in a unique store in the place of the event in the Caribbean. As you can see in the video attached, the alterations ruined the dress completely, making it unwearable. For the price I paid and the trust I placed in them, the outcome was UNACCEPTABLE and disappointing. I would NEVER risk bringing an important or valuable garment here again, and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! I had the most fabulous time dress shopping at Lili Bridal. This was my fourth stop on what had been a few months of dress shopping and not quite finding the right thing. Shelly and Cecy were so amazing and helpful they made me feel like such a princess. I was able to pick and choose from such a wide selection since I didn't quite know what style would be the right fit. Shelly had me and my guests walk around and pick a bunch of different dresses to try on and while the process felt very formal at first, she was really encouraging us to all have fun and enjoy the time. While I didn't commit on my first visit, I quickly made a second appointment with Cecy who had helped Shelly during my first appointment so I had a familiar face when I came back. From there it was an easy yes to the dress! The level of attention to detail, kindness, and expertise is unmatched. You feel like part of their family and they are truly the fairy godparents. NOT the case with Lili Bridals. This dress was handed off in a plastic bag and had a huge stain on the front abdominal area. We came in a couple of months ago for my daughter's first dress try on experience-and she really liked a few-but it was our first stop and Sarah did not yet know what type/style of dress she wanted. We had gone to several other bridal salons- but when we came down to the final top 3-Lili's dresses were not one of them. BUT we had such a good experience here-and their selection was so nice, we decided to do our 'last' try on day with grandma and future MIL at our favorite shops so they could enjoy the experience. We decided to show Lili's the 'top' 3 dresses Sarah liked, and she explained what she loved about them-and our bridal assistant Cecy brought us several dresses and we chose a few as well. Well-Cecy's first choice for Sarah to try on was absolutely PERFECT. Just stunning. She did not want to take it off-but we had 5 more dresses to try! When I got engaged back in January, Lili Bridals was one of the first wedding dress shops I went to. Cecy was incredibly helpful and reassuring, and really listened to what I was looking for in a wedding dress. I never felt judged for any of my choices or forced to choose anything that day. She provided so many options, and gave me time to take all the pictures I wanted. I found a dress that made me tear up and get a bit emotional, but ended up not getting it that day because I wanted to see what other options were out there. Lisa left such a great impact on us. We had other stores to try and not once did she try and convince us to purchase with them. It was so calm, and such a beautiful vibe. Lisa was able to look at the bride, listen and understand the budget and style, and immediately picked three beautiful dresses. They were exactly everything we asked for and even below the budget. She was so spot on that we didn't even need to try more than 2. We ended up coming back after a horrendous try on at another shop. I had the most incredible appointment at Lili! I came with my mom, sister/ MOH, sister in law/ bridesmaid, and longtime friend/ bridesmaid. I actually live in the Bay Area but we happened to be on a family vacation down south and thought we'd take advantage of the opportunity of being all together as we live in different places. This was my first experience wedding dress shopping and I had no expectation of finding my dress but with Shelly's help I did and it was a magical experience. She asked about my reference photos and I shared some of my interests and dislikes. She also was familiar with what I had shared throughout the appointment booking process and so before I even had to show any examples she was pulling options for me that I loved, even some I knew I had saved! She was also very clear and careful around our budget. Getting changed with her support was comfortable and she and I got along wonderfully, but she made what could have been an awkward, challenging, or uncomfortable experience a very comfortable and safe one. I loved hearing about why she loves her work and how much respect and adoration she has for the owner. When I tried on the third dress, again before I had even shared pictures, I knew the fit and style and weight of the dress was what I'd been looking for and I just felt so pretty in it. She gave the sweetest confirmation and validation that this was maybe the one and she got the veil ready to try on at just the right moment after my party had had the chance to respond and tears were flowing. We tried on a few more dresses, to confirm there wasn't anything missing from the gown I loved, and the selections were exactly what I'd been searching for but hadn't given that same feeling. I got back in the dress and veil and had the chance to confirm that this was my dress. I was absolutely shocked I had found it as I've been known to be a little indecisive. Shelly let me know about options for in house alterations if I wanted to travel and options for having my dress shipped so alterations could take place closer to me. She also ordered extra material so I can have off shoulder straps made to complement the final look. We bought the veil she selected as it was an excellent match. She was so kind and welcoming to my party and so sweet to my mom which means the world to me. She was also very careful in taking my measurements and explaining which size would be right for me to order for the best results possible. Couldn't have imagined a better experience.
