As a subcontractor in the auto glass industry, I feel it's important to share my experience with this company. Communication has been very poor, and getting responses to emails or concerns is often difficult, with issues frequently ignored. In my experience, Laura and the company have been very conniving in how they handle payments and communication. I strongly advise both customers and subcontractors to be cautious and ensure everything is in writing before doing any work. I am currently disputing payment with the one of their customer's insurance because the company is refusing to pay for services I completed, despite having already been paid by the insurance carrier. I'm also taking legal action because this is not the first time they have held my payment for over 2 months. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. read more

I have had my windshield replaced twice this year at Ever-Ready Glass of Phoenix and I have never been disappointed! I have a Jeep Wrangler that has a very upright and flat-faced windshield, which makes it extremely prone to cracking from flying debris. The first time it cracked Ever Ready even gave me a tinted visor for free (covered by insurance after you already have it)! :) Both times I needed a replacement I went into the repair shop, but I know they have mobile service that will do the work at your home or office for the customer's convenience. I am not sure whether they are inexpensive or affordable because it was covered by my insurance, however they have great customer service and I consider them quite speedy! It only took them about 45 minutes total to replace my windshield and finish the paperwork. I will always come here for windshield repairs as long as I live in Phoenix! read more

It isn't surprising to see the 1-star reviews for this company since one of their drivers wanted to play bumper cars with me at 6:15 AM in the morning merging onto the 202 freeway. A little advice juice head. The reason you work installing windshields is a direct reflection of your poor life choices, and I am sure 40 years from now when you finish blaming the entire world for all your personal problems you will start to realize this. Choices like pulling along side me and expressing your pent up aggression because you still can't find someone to love you, all while a cop is also merging onto the freeway three cars ahead of me. You should also consider the idea that the state of AZ doesn't require lawful citizens to conceal carry without a permit, since I have a CC permit that doesn't really impact me however. And lastly, and this is likely the most difficult if not impossible advice I have for you, think before you act, especially when your employer's name and phone number is plastered on the side of your white van and your license plate number CF3779.. is located under a light on the back of the same van. The first time I used Ever-Ready Glass I showed up just a couple hours before they closed with an emergency glass replacement (after calling several other glass shops with no luck). I have an older vehicle with a flat windshield and replacement glass was not available on short notice but they cut me a new one from scratch. The installer was not happy with the fit (even though it appeared perfect) and asked me to return when they had more time. Ever-Ready cut me another windshield from scratch and installed it at no extra charge. I'm not a fan of the way the owners handle their business. A few years ago I had a great experience at their Payson branch, the manager was very sweet and even gave me a chance to donate money to the local schools through my insurance company. Our Lexus was vandalized in a robbery attempt and the two side windows were damaged. Checked out several window glass companies, and two that didn't do side window replacement recommend Ever-Ready Glass. Stopped by for an estimate, and everyone was friendly and helpful. They gave me a very competitive price and told me that they could have my glass installed the next day. We arrived at 8:00 the following morning and installation was completed within two hours. They did a great job which included removal and re-installation of the door panels. Our tech spent time explaining the repair and made sure we were happy with the work. Just got back from getting a chip filled. I was a walk in and was out of there in 20 minutes. After reading some of the 1 star comments it makes me wonder why they even bother. One of the reviews the guy didn't even have business with the company and another because she didn't care for the way they ran the business. Really? Anyway the tech that took care of me explained what should happen, fill the crack with liquid, as well as what could happen, the crack spread. He said it would take 30 minutes and it took 15. Three appointments were scheduled and each time the tech did not show up AND no one even bothered to call.
