Since then there has been rescheduling multiple times - the first 2 times was me. But, the last 3 times has been Chad. And, each time there was no communication from his end, I've been asking him about when the work would start and he would tell me on the morning of the installation that it was being rescheduled! He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. The next step was Mike coming to my house and taking measurements and walking through the current flooring. This was a quick process, and he wrote the cost sheet up. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and I paid the required half up front. The job was quoted at 3 days but took more like 11 days. The crew was ran by Terrance Brooks. One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors.
