I went to DFW Flooring and met Mike Spitzbeg. He is a nice man who has lots of personality. Mike listened when I told him what I wanted and he showed me many options. He answered all of my questions. Picking the flooring was painless... I went with tile, new carpeting and new baseboards. The next step was Mike coming to my house and taking measurements and walking through the current flooring. This was a quick process, and he wrote the cost sheet up. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and I paid the required half up front. The job was quoted at 3 days but took more like 11 days. The crew was ran by Terrance Brooks. One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors. Terrance and his crew were punctual and communicated with me well the time they were here. I had a great experience with DFW Flooring and Mike Spitzbeg! They really took the time to listen to my needs and provided a personalized, thoughtful approach. Wow!!! These guys are awesome! After being pushed to the side by another company, I came here and these guys treated us right. I knew our square footage (or so I thought) they were able to help get me carpet, nice waterproof pad, and installation all done within a few days before we moved into our new house. The gentleman who wrote up my sale was super nice, I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. Kris was awesome helping me find what I needed and staying with in my budget. My hubs had talked to George before I got there and he was able to make manic happen. So I miss calculated and didn't have enough carpet to do my closet and small hall but they came back a few days later and finished the job! Great experience all the way around!! We are trying to sell an estate house that had old, worn, and damaged linoleum squares. We decided to replace everything in that area and shopped around for flooring companies with good reviews and prices. DFWFlooringWarehouse had the best reviews and pricing so we selected them to install faux wood linoleum in the kitchen, pantry, and utility room. They removed the old flooring and appliances and got to work with the new linoleum. They did an excellent job of matching the new linoleum to the rest of the house and the installation itself went perfectly with the linoleum tight against the molding. They put back the appliances and all are working as expected. Their flooring looks really good and should speed up the sale of the house. read more

We just had DFW flooring warehouse install new tile in our kitchen and breakfast area and couldn't be more pleased. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Mike Spitzburg came out to measure, show us sample tiles and provide an immediate estimate. He made sure to have sample tiles in the color and size we were interested in. Their price including materials and installation was hundreds of dollars less than other companies. The install team, headed by Antonio (Tony) from Floors Solution, was outstanding. Extremely professional and courteous. They definitely went over and above to make sure we were pleased with the installation results. Mike came out again to check the installation results before we signed off. I ordered 3 boxes of tile from this company. They told me that they would be in a week from order date. I lined up a company to lay this tile as a backsplash in my kitchen. A week later, they informed me that they only had two of the three boxes and it would be another week. The following week.... after lining up a company to lay the tile for the second time, I picked up the tile only to find that one of the three boxes contained different tile. They actually told me that I should just make do with what I had. Not one apology.... They eventually went and picked up the box we needed; however, they could not have seemed more inconvenienced by having to do so. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried 3 other providers and for 670sf, all wanted $6500 to $6800 for 3/8 engineered hickory, installed. Talked with Michael Spitzberg at DFW Flooring Warehouse, agreed to let him come out and measure. He came after we got home from work, measured and drew the most detailed schematic of what needed to be done and quoted MAX $5900. Since floor didn't need leveling, saved us $240 in prep so we got out net for $5660 installed, all 1/4 round, stained T molds, furniture moved, 3/8" hickory. I can't recommend this company enough! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous and went above and beyond in every way. My salesman, Kris Tate, was amazing! He never pressured me to purchase anything, he simply took measurements and provided me quotes. Since I was replacing all the floors in my house, it was a big job and Kris worked hard to stay within my budget. The installers were fantastic as well; they were timely, polite, and cleaned up after themselves daily. They were great at communicating what they'd be working on each day, so I'd know what I'd be coming home to. I've worked in the customer service industry for more than 20 years, so my expectations for good service are extremely high. I normally have minor suggestions for companies after having work done, but not this time! I'll refer everyone I know to DFW Flooring Warehouse. I am so happy that a friend sent me in the direction of DFW Flooring Warehouse! After driving by there for years, I had no idea of the wonderful surprises inside that store! Mike Jones came to our house with lots of carpet samples within a day of my initial phone call. Normally I am very picky and have to look at every sample in the store! However, I loved one of the samples that Mike brought and surprised both myself and probably even him at how quickly I made a decision! Because we were having the interior of our house painted, they allowed us to make a down payment to hold the carpet for a month until we were finished with all of the interior work! Tracy, who is in charge of scheduling, was very nice to work with and kept in contact until we were ready to schedule. Once we scheduled, we had to move the date ahead by a week and she was very understanding about that. Then, the date of installation arrived and we had heavy rains that day! The installer made the decision that it was impossible to install that day because our new carpet would get ruined before it even went down. We scheduled for a few days later when the weather conditions were much better! Our carpet is beautiful as well as being excellent quality for the price. In summary, DFW Flooring Warehouse offers excellent service for reasonable prices! I wish I had found them sooner for all of our previous flooring needs! Don't drive by like I did for years! I have worked with Mike and Sergio twice and both experiences have been awesome! I had two rooms done first at the house and then a couple of years later I did the entire house! I would highly recommend asking for Sergio to install your floors. He is extremely detailed and communicates easily with you! I was completely comfortable with leaving him alone in the house and the quality of the work is amazing! I love it! Mike was an amazing sales guy to work with. He worked with my crazy schedule and helped me quote multiple different projects. He is extremely friendly and professional and will make sure you are taken care of. We worked with Sharon in purchasing some tile for our backsplash. We found just the right tile. She explained we could go to the wholesaler (Interceramic) and see larger piece as they only had a small piece. Made the drive up and the person that helped us was awesome. We drove back to DFW Flooring Warehouse and ordered the tile. Sharon was writing up the order and said she could do better than the posted $5.00 a sq ft. Left for a minute and came back with a lower price. We did not ask for the lower price but was happy with it! Sharon explained it came in a box of 36 sq feet. We were good with that and ordered and paid for the box. When my husband picked up the tile a few days later there were 2boxes which contained 15.1 sq ft each ...Yes he should have checked but did not. Unfortunately we were 6 tiles short. My husband called Sharon and she said "they must have chgd the size of the box". When asked about the difference in price from 30.2 to 36 sq ft her response was "well I gave it to you at a lower price". To be able to finish our backsplash we would have to purchase another box. Any way to make it right??? Nope..,buy another box. We made a trip to Interceramic and explained our situation. We were told the box size did not change...has always been that size. Thankfully they gave us the 6 tiles we needed....no charge. So Thanks Interceramic for helping us out!!!! Thumbs down DFW Flooring Warehouse for not making it right!! You overcharged us!!! (And yes, my husband will be checking the size of the box when picking up an order.) BTW, as we explained to Sharon...we will be replacing the flooring throughout our home.
