My wife and I experienced Ever's Food Truck while at Crucible Brewery. Ever's is expensive for a food truck and charges 10% sales tax when the sales tax in Everett is 9.8%. Irritating. Orders are placed at the truck window. Rather than invest in pagers like most other food trucks, we were advised to return in 10-15 minutes to pick our order up. My wife ordered the Quesadilla (Combo #4) for $9.99: meat choice was Al pastor and served with a side of beans. The quesadilla was okay in taste, a bit heavy handed with pineapple and greasy. I ordered the Big Burrito (Combo #3) for $10.99: meat choice was carnitas, rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. I was happy with my menu choice. Matter of fact, my wife and I shared my burrito and ended up wasting the quesadilla. Meals are served on awful Styrofoam plate-ware. Come on Ever's, there are many better choices than non-recyclable Styrofoam. The most memorable thing about Ever's is their delicious spicy red sauce. I could drink this sauce up. My wife preferred the avocado salsa over the red salsa. Overall, I'm glad we were able to experience Ever's; however, Ever's is not my favorite food truck to date. read more

I'd be wanting to try this truck for a while. Couldn't decide between a burger or Mexican food and decided to go with the wet burrito. The thing was enormous and almost $17. It was okay but had a ton of rice and beans in it, probably could have had a better smaller burrito with less of that. The hot sauces they add are necessary to add favor, could have used a few more of those. We will be back again to try out a burger, those look pretty tasty. First of all, I did not know this place exist. Second of all, why did I just find this place out now! Owners of this truck are very personable. Such great people! Now the food .... DELICIOUS! Burritos are huge and the tacos are just right. The red sauce they give has a kick to it. You know the feeling when you get full but still want to keep eating? Yeah that was me! I'm so glad my boyfriend and I got to try this place out. Literally found out about this place 2 days ago. We definitely will be coming back for more. Next time trying out the burgers! Ever's set up 2 trucks at a new location between 189th and 192nd on Bothell Everett Highway. One truck was tacos and burgers and the other was for pizzas. As we walked up to the food trucks, we saw one employee smoking. He was finishing his cigarette and went behind the counter to serve us and did not wash his hands. He was not wearing food service gloves either. We approached the menu boards and were shocked at how expensive the prices were, $17 for a burger. I can get a good burger with bacon, etc. for $9 at Burgermaster just 2 blocks away. We chose to eat somewhere else. read more

My husband and I both ordered burgers here and waited in front of the truck for them to be ready. That's important to note because when we got them the fries were fresh and hot but the entire burger was cold like it had been in the fridge. The melted cheese on the patty was hard! Nothing on the entire burger had any warmth. Disappointing because it had so much potential- the flavors were very good! But overall the experience was disgusting for both of us. read more

We were out at Haywire brewery in December for a friends get together. Ever's was the food truck that night. We got the nachos which were amazing. My wife and I shared them and couldn't finish them. They were ooey and gooey and cheesy. The flavors were great and loved the sauces you could add yourself. Will definitely try again, I have been told to get their Cali Fries next time. read more

Busy taco/burger truck conveniently parked next to Best Western Navigator! There was a line after 8 PM on a Tuesday night. I ordered the asada torta. It was huge and flavorful! Everything ordered looked great. I know hotel patrons would visit more if menus were in the rooms. Prices were reasonable and they take credit/debit cards. Check this out!
