When the disinterested young girl behind the counter was making it, she filled it with mostly açaí and very little fruit and granola. I noticed and nicely asked her to make it look like the picture that was on the menu. I watched her as she took it back and pretended to do something, instead of correcting it, she pushed the açaí down with a paddle and gave the sticky container to me thinking that I wouldn't notice. Didn't want to have to ask a second time. Got home, took one bite. The granola was stale and had an 'old' taste to it. Ewwww! Will not be returning, ever. Got the chance to stop by Everbowl today for my first time. There are seating options inside but definitely made so you can grab and go as well! First you step up to the counter to the right as you walk in and tell the staff what size and base(s) you want. Then you move along to the left to select toppings. There are a variety of bases and toppings so lots of options to try! You can get a top to take your creation to go! And then you pay and you are on your way. Please note that Everbowl is cashless, but does accept cash tips. For my first creation I got the local favorite menu item, "Full Moon" in a small. This bowl comes with two bases- Cacao Wow and Vanilla. Then the bases are topped with granola, banana, strawberries, peanut butter and cacao nibs. The Full Moon provided a nice variety of textures and was tasty and fresh! For my second creation I created my own medium bowl. I selected the Cacao Wow for my base and then topped it with granola, peanut butter, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, bee pollen, and honey! I really enjoyed my creation and feel like I could go back and add more or change things up and enjoy the results! Everbowl is a nice healthy option and it was fun to check them out. We have been twice. It's not super close to us, but I think it's a fun option when we are near HTC. I really enjoyed the variety. It takes a minute to check out all the options. I went with one of the pre-made bowls since it was several dollars cheaper. Seems weird to charge more to get less. Everything was very fresh. A little pricey, but when you are thinking about the fact that is is a better option than ice cream. Parking was easy to find. Lots of parking in the newer strip shopping area of Hamilton Town Center. Located next to Contado. You order inside the door to the right. That was the only confusing part. It was a high counter that you can't see behind and people were standing all over the place. I wasn't greeted so I didn't know where to go. I just stood there until someone who was already there received helped. Super fast service after they acknowledged me and they asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards at the register. Worth a visit and a taste. Not cheap. The small was 8.71 without tip but it was filling and could easily feed two. I checked the sugar content online and it was nice to see that it really was natural and not full of additives and added sugars. I love dragon fruit bowls! I was pretty excited to see Everbowl opening not too far from me! They have a wide selection. For first timers they have pre-made bowl ideas. They also have a build your own, but it was $2 extra. Not sure why since you get the same amount. I can't have acidic fruits like acai berry, strawberries, or pineapple. I was able to do a build your own with the macha, pitaya, and coco love, which is coconut. I asked about added sugars, which I try to avoid, but they need to add some to the bases so they don't freeze solid. They have a ton of toppings so I was able to add bananas, blueberries, almonds, and coconut! They even had some fun shakers, I did bee pollen, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. They sell coffee and juices as well. They also had a bowl a small area with bracelets, bowls, and Everbowl watches. They don't take cash, but most people won't even realize. I just saw the sign.
