In reality, didn't need lawn pot - had natural elevation to drain properly away from house. Instead, water was boiling out of lawn pot, too close to house, and running back towards footing. When call was made to address this considering it cost $8,645.00, I was blown off because we weren't who hired them and didn't talk to them within 30 days. Work completed early December, 4 months ago. Of course problems are just showing up now with spring rain. Problem fixed by myself. Do not recommend this company. Overpriced and subpar work. He listened to my description of basement problem and gave me the specifications to the system they would install. I'll share with you that from the beginning of the install thru completion and clean up they were awesome. He introduced his crew who were all super professional. I was so relieved to have the job done.The cost was very reasonable considering I have a finished basement. And the results are wonderful! I can't believe how dry my basement is now. They gave us back our living space. My wife and I are completely satisfied and highly recommend ALL-WAYS DRY MID MICHIGAN It's been approximately 10 months since installed internal drain system and sump works great.
