I had 2 cracks in my basement that were leaking water after I did a polymer injection myself. I called these guys and they walked me through everything, they didn't try to sell me a complete basement like other guys, as they said it definitely wasn't needed. They fixed the 2 cracks and 2 other cracks that I wanted done. They did a great job. Family owned, and not some sort of franchise. Would recommend a to friends and family. read more

Had some work done but had a few issues after. After discussing it with them Rick came out the next day to check out the problems and come up with a plan. He deserves a zero. He did not waterproof anything. He made a huge mess and the water still poured in the basement. I had to pay a lot of money to have his work and mess repaired. I found out he has done the same thing to a lot of people. When I went to the copy center to make copies of his work, everyone in the store knew who he was and had a story about him. He tried to sue me for the money but his lawyer told him he couldn't because his licensed had been permanently revoked from the state of Michigan and cited for a variety of things. He can never get another license from the state because of his activities. He also had to pay thousands of dollars in fines because of what he did to customers. When he came to my house, he swore at and shoved me. I had to call the police so he would never come again. BEWARE read more

We hired AWS in the spring of 2018 to waterproof my mother's basement. Since then, not a drop of water has found it's way to her basement floor. The weeping system they installed carries all the water to the sump pump basin, and is then flushed outside. The crew was easy to work with, and they even pointed out two plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. My mother has had water in her basement for years. Now, even on the wettest days, her basement has remained dry. She has mentioned on several occasions that having her basement done was one of the best decisions she's ever made. Rick came out and gave me an estimate was very friendly. Assured me the project would take 2 days. Company arrived at 10AM the first day. The 2nd day I got a call that they were unable to finish the project. Will call to schedule when they will finish. No call. Went to the house. Every light was left on. Monday I got a call, "yeah, can we finish your house today." No introduction of who they were. They came and I heard back nothing. Tuesday I called and Rick called me back said they were done he didn't know why they didn't call and sat it was done. I showed up to check the house. No trim or pannel put back on per our aggrement. Called again asking when that would be done. I was told they will call me back. I called again 3 days later still no response to when it will be done. Not impressed at all. We agreed to work with this company to address some water issues in our basement. The products that were proposed by Rick seemed appropriate, but the quality of the service and installation is far below expectations. The work that was completed is sloppy and of poor quality. We have asked for an inspection and have requested follow up service, but we have experienced continued excuses and delay. No one from the company has been back to our home since April 7th, 2021. Previously we had a product installed and did not have water on our basement floor. Following the work done by this company we are seeing moisture on the floor after light rain where there was none before. They are not following up to warranty their work, and they have not made a reasonable attempt to address the poor quality of their work. We have not finished paying for this installation, but we were told by Rick that he would come back to reevaluate prior to receiving full payment. No response after several requests. read more
