Even though others there are quite good too, but she is the best. I've been seeing her for over half year now. She's very knowledgeable and always try to find out the root of the problem and not simply treat the pain spots. I'm an accountant, longtime sitting in front of computer not only gave me stiff back and sore shoulders but also bad postures. Melissa designed a treatment plan for me from shoulders to legs. She also taught me self-exercises I can work on my own at home. I'm very grateful for Melissa who helps me keep up with a good posture and treat me the right way my body truly needs. Though one thing bothers me, I have to book with her a week ahead at least, as her schedule is always full. You know why! read more

I recently was lucky enough to have won a gift certificate for a massage by Melissa. Since I haven't really had a massage before I was really excited about this opportunity! It turned out to be a great experience! Melissa spent almost one full hour to work on my body after having assessed my body alignment, pointing out my weak points and giving me tips for improvement. The massage was accompanied by soothing music and it all felt like an oasis within my very busy life for me! After I left my muscles felt really relaxed, the tensions removed and the tissues well perfused. I was also very pleased to notice that the next day in the gym I felt much less tension in my shoulder area when lifting weights above the head. I see Mark Bentz at Everest Therapeutics Massage Therapy at the Electra building. I've been going there now on and off for a bit over a year. The location is excellent for me as it's only about 10 blocks from where I live. Mark is blind and has a seeing eye dog named Victor (very friendly black lab). Trust me, Mark's being blind, if anything is a bonus as he seems to be really know where to work certain muscles just the right way. I like Mark and find he's relaxed and caring and isn't interested in having me make a ton of appointments to 'use up all my insurance' type of thing. He does the very best he can to make things work with my back and neck and then allows me to decide when I fell I should come again for more treatment. I just feel comfortable with the way they do things there. read more

Kevin Nevins is a precision RMT! He has the ability to hone in to the specific muscles to help alleviate your pain and return you back to your activities. I accidentally hurt my rotator cuff while practicing my muscle ups at cross fit one morning. I felt anxious and discouraged after the accident because a rotator cuff injury has the potential to prevent you from going to the gym for an extended amount of time. Kevin worked wonders! It was admittedly an uncomfortable treatment because Kevin's pressure is very deep but any pain I felt was very therapeutic in nature. I was back at the gym in no time and very happy with the results. I continue to see Kevin to maintain my aches and pains from the trauma I put my body through with all my activities. Review for Sue Caithness (RMT): I have gone to many RMTs over the years due to my chronic shoulder & neck pain. Sue is by far the best RMT I have experienced. She knows intuitively what areas to focus on for treatment; she is quick on dealing with the source of the problem. She is also very good at explaining what she is doing from an anatomical perspective. She is a very caring person and really listens to me when I describe my pain issues. She also uses her time very effectively and efficiently. I have to say that the massage I had with the RMT Erika McKaeff is the best massage treatment I have ever had. She knows what she's doing and she really does it well. She is an excellent massage therapist, and I highly recommend her to anyone, no matter what kind of shape your body is in. She was able to relieve me from the stiffness and pain out of my neck and shoulders that I really needed help with. She is truly awesome at what she does, and it's enjoyable to go see her because you know you will for sure get the help you need. I've been searching for a new massage therapist and thankfully I've now found my new one! Riche is awesome and hilarious. Very easy to give feedback, but she's so intuitive that you don't have to say much as she's usually already thinking the same thing. Normally I'm not one to tolerate tons of pain, but Riche has the ability to dig deep without it hurting so much while still getting the job done. She's definitely excited about getting the knots out and remembers from week to week the differences in how the treatment went. Will continue to go back. I had several massage appointments with Riche Klue and I have to say she is really good. It's rare to find someone who gets excited about finding knots!! You know you enjoy your job when..... She knows her stuff. I've been to many many rmt's over the years and she is the first person I can say really takes the time to understand your needs and attend to you. I started seeing Riche Klue recently for pain due to a car accident I had earlier in the year. She is absolutely fantastic! I've had massages before, usually enjoy them, but rarely feel much lasting difference. Not at all the case with Erika! I came in 36 weeks pregnant with a few weeks worth of gnarly tightness in my neck and back. The morning after her massage, the pain had completely resolved and never returned. I've been for massage at other places, but Glenn accomplishes more in one session than other therapists have in many.
