On Dec.16, my partner received a cancellation email and voice message just ONE hour before the appointment saying the massage therapist was sick. The receptionist proposed a rescheduled date, but it didn't work for my partner. Rather than try to find a solution that would work, she opted to forego any attempt at customer service and simply said "there is nothing we can do." When my partner again tried to find a reasonable solution, the receptionist lacked the training or ability to deal with situation in a mature way, and chose to hang up mid-call. To call such action unprofessional would be an understatement. The reason to cancel the appoint is totally understandable, but a qualified receptionist with even the most basic customer service skills would attempt to come up with a feasible alternative to suit the customer, especially since there would have been an $80+GST cancelling fee if my partner would have been the one who had cancelled. Any professional organization that has high standards for their customers should also have high standards for themselves, but sadly, those standards seemed nonexistent. So one star for the unprofessional customer service, and hopefully the staff will receive the basic training required to engage with customers in a professional manner in the future. I have a coming appointment on 18th, hopefully they won't cancel it before the last minute. I also had a massage with Woo and he is also good. I will also recommend Woo. I booked Joanne for my acupuncture and again she is the best acupuncture I had. She started understanding my health condition with a lot of good question and check my pulse and everything. Then she started my treatment with deep pressure points that was the best part of my treatment and then use the needles. I never had an acupuncture that takes time to really understand your body and never rush the treatment like Joanne. I felt really good instantly after and have booked her again and again. Yesterday, I arrived with extreme tightness and moderate pain in my neck and shoulders stemming from an issue with my c spine that had been getting progressively worse over the past week. After a 5 minute discussion of my symptoms and a 45 minute massage, I left with virtually no tightness, and only a slight amount of residual pain where there had already been inflammation. I used to get massages here and all was good. The place is clean and very quiet. I had a regular RMT as well and I never cancel appointments unless really unexpected. It was all good until I had to call to cancel on the day of my appointment. I had the flu so I was extremely unwell so I had no choice but to cancel. I get that they require 24hours, but the flu does not schedule itself. I was told they can cancel but will still charge me $65. Went for my first message after a recommendation from a friend who goes here. Online booking was super easy and I got an appointment the next day. Receptionist was friendly, helpful and polite from the moment I walked in. My therapist was professional and the room was clean with relaxing spa type music playing. She only talked when necessary and gave me a fantastic therapeutic message. Afterwards she suggested exercises to do to help the muscles bothering me. I have been patronizing this business for 8 months now. I have always received wonderful massages from all of the therapists I have seen here. They all have their own unique techniques to offer. Shem is my favourite and I consider him the the master of the group. I have had Minki, Woon, Taylor, Charles, Linda, Lauren, Kiri, Jayoung and Katina. I would recommend them all for different reasons. I have been frequenting this office as I have been suffering from grief and using massage to sooth my stiff and painful body. Sometimes I just need a calming soothing healing touch and some days I need relief with a deeper tissue massage. Shem has put together an excellent team and I would recommend this office to meet your needs in physical healing. If you need comfort and healing touch I would strongly recommend Lauren. Fantastic as always. Lots of different therapists so nearly always possible to book a last minute session. The RMTs have different styles but I've never had a bad experience. I was unsure about my massage with Tatiana at first because she was so gentle with her movements and I normally like my massages to hurt a little. I woke up the day after my massage and the shoulder that has been bothering me for a week is feeling so much better. Only thing that's been bothering me is that the tip option was removed due to some lunatic ranting about having the tip option on the debit machine. You are letting your massage therapists' income suffer rather than standing up to an unfounded bad review. People who don't want to tip can simply put 0 as tip. A multitude of individuals have gone cashless and your employees are being penalized by your decision. read more

Pros: Been there couple times. Clean and relaxing. Would go back. Cons: There isn't consistency among staff there. I've had 2 different RMT. One was great ( knowledgeable and effective technique) and the other not so much ( scaly hands, mssg not has effective) I would go back but it's luck of the draw of who you schedule with. read more

Kyle is an excellent RMT. He is professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I had some back and shoulder pain, which he worked on. I felt immediate pain relief, had more mobility, and felt relaxed after his treatment. He taught me an exercise for pain prevention, which I am sure will help as well.
