The person who took my order was condensing, wrong information about my truck and my oil life indicator was not updated

My wife and I came to Everett to browse the Buick Enclave models as we had been considering buying a new vehicle. Robbie Keel was the salesperson that greeted us at the door. He was a knowledgeable, no-hassle salesman that endeavored to make our experience pleasurable. We really had no intention of purchasing a car that day; however, Rob asked if Everett could make an offer on our trade. The 2012 financing rates were at 0% to help clear inventory and we thought we would look at your offers on our trade and the vehicle we wanted to purchase. I explained to Rob that I usually did not operate this way as I like to have two dealers provide me with their best offer. Then apples to apples, on the same vehicle, the winner takes all as I don't like to sit around haggling. I usually walk out of a dealership twice before buying a new vehicle. I must say that the sales manager, financing people, customer service people, and Rob made the whole experience gratifying. I felt the first offer was a good deal because I knew the value of my trade-in and approximately what could be realistically bargained with from the new vehicles MSRP. There was no pressure from the finance people to add extended warranties or GAP insurance although they made a prodigious effort to make sure we understood the options available to us. The customer service representative went over On-star, Sirius radio, and our overall encounter with the Everett staff to make sure we had a gratifying experience. The involvement with your team was excellent from start to finish and you should be proud of that accomplishment. I went to Everett on a Monday to test drive a vehicle and explained to my salesman, Russell, that I wouldn't be able to come back until Wednesday. He assured me that he wouldn't call and bother me and would look forward to meeting with me when I returned. He was true to his word and didn't call or pressure me (while other dealerships I visited called, texted, and emailed me non stop and during business hours!). When I returned to the dealership I promptly got a deal I was comfortable with and drove home with my new truck a few hours later. I have dealt with the folks at Everrett for a number of years and always had great dealings with them from the salesmen(Dave Roberts) to the finance personal to the service advisers (Seth Evans). For the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would go anywhere else. Recently I had a service engine light come on and called Seth, he told me to bring it on in and they would check it out. When I got there it wound up being a pretty serious problem but Seth did due diligence and checked the records and it was covered under a recall, which was great. I also had other services done while my car was there to get it up to speed for the summer. You won't get any better service or deal with any better people than Seth and the great folks at Everrett anywhere else you go. NO BRAG JUST FACT!!! read more

One of, if not THE, best automobile purchases I've made. I had done my homework, but I basically agreed with the salesman on a specific vehicle and a price before even getting there. When I got there at 5, the truck was waiting on me. I test drove. They actually gave me 1K less than price we had discussed because there was a new rebate that morning. The truck was what I wanted and what I expected. They offered me right at the expected value of my trade in. I feel like it was a good deal because I'm sure they still made money but I got a price I was comfortable with (much lower than msrp btw). Closing did take a little while but this is the industry in general. I was out of there just after 7. Offered the post deal "stuff" but not disgustingly aggressive like some. I was pleased, felt valued, got a good deal on exactly what o wanted. Will recommend for others. Thanks! read more

I will never go back, went in yesterday kind a late I will admit but that is no reason for me to feel like they don't want to sell me a car because obviously the salesman did not want to work he wanted to go home, if you're looking for a truck they don't have very many options to choose from, the salesman put me on two trucks that were already sold he didn't even know what was sold on the lot and what wasn't. I'm sure that there are very professional salesman that work there that know what they're doing but this particular sales person was very unprofessional and did not know what he was doing made me feel like I was a burden on his time to get home early, didn't ask me enough questions Didn't seem like he cared, and last but not least I used to sell cars and the number one thing that you ask a customer if you can't put a deal together is what is your contact information so if I find anything I can give you a call, he didn't ask for my name or my number just sent me on my way so this place will never earn my business I will shop somewhere else that actually gives a shit and wants to earn my business. read more

When I notice they didn't list on title my business name I ask them to put in my business name. The salesman brought out the finance manger he inform me they couldn't sell me a truck because I was car dealer. I said then put the title in wife name then inform me the deal would not be the same and would lose money on the deal. I have the text on my phone and paper work from dealership to prove this any one wants proof. read more

Since I moved to Arkansas about a year ago I have been using Everett GMC to service my Sierra Denali mostly with less than satisfactory results. I kept coming since the location is convenient. Yesterday was the last straw and I will never set foot in this dealership again. I was quoted $550 to change all the fluids, oil, transmission and both differentials, it is 4 wheel drive. That price included cleaning and flushing the fuel system. Much to my surprise when I went to pick up my truck the bill was $686. I argued my case but was told that is just the way it is. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but they do not accept complaint about pricing. Never again. read more

This was hands-down the easiest car purchase we've made! I wasn't sure if I wanted a Lacrosse or Regal, and Robbie was very patient in dealing with my husband and me. He was very personable and answered any questions we had thoroughly. I felt he was out to help us get the best deal possible. The trade-in value we got for our vehicle was almost exactly what we wanted and was $2,000-3,000 higher than the other dealerships we talked to. They also quoted us a price without wanting to know our payoff first. While at the dealership, we saw the Everetts there working, and they were very friendly to their customers. I truly felt like I was being treated like family. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future. Excellent service! I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my Buick Encore. Despite the "walk in" crowd, my vehicle was seen at it's scheduled time and finished in 30 minutes! The front desk people are very nice. The customer lounge is great! Lots of seating, computers with internet, free cold beverages and hot coffee. Plus, free donuts. Excellent service! read more

I had been told by another auto shop that the noise coming from the driver side front wheel had something to do with the cars hybrid system, and that I needed to take it to a dealership. I called Everett GMC where I bought my wife's car and they could not have been more accommodating. They offered a loaner when my car was being repaired even though I had not purchased the my car there. When I arrived and the service writer came out to meet me and he immediately spotted the problem. The tire was rubbing on piece of the wheel well that had slipped down. The good people @ Everett fixed the problem quickly and @ no charge! After the great experience when we purchased my wife's Infiniti last year and the great service I experienced yesterday by their service department, I highly recommend Everett- they know what service is about. read more

Unbelievable. I trade cars a lot and this was the best pricing and easiest purchase experience I've ever had. They had a new canyon online for a stupid price. I didn't believe it. Spoke to Ryan Jones and he assured me it was a real deal. No hidden fees, hail damage, or demo. I gave him a number I needed on my trade and thought they would never do that number. He called back and said yes. Drove 5 hours from Dallas, fully expecting to leave in my trade, but one hour later I was in the way home in my new Canyon. Everything was exactly as described. I thought my first experience buying a car would be easy and exciting but it was anything but. I bought my vehicle July 4th of this year and still have not received any kind of paperwork. I had to ask them for another temporary tag due to mine expiring and not having the proper things to move forward. My salesman Daniel Clatworthy did not seem like he knew what he was doing and ignored multiple phone calls and texts from my husband and I both. I called the dealership and they said they would give him the message, he never called me back. If I could give the car back and get my down payment money back, I WOULD!
