Parker Audi and their team saved me from about $6,000 in repairs due to their awesome associate, Michael Hughes, and his commendable persistence and communication with my warranty company. For context, after purchasing a used Audi from Carvana, I brought the vehicle to the Parker Audi facility to be inspected and fix a defect (cracked headlight, resulting in full headlamp replacement) undisclosed by Carvana. Although I was told upon the car's delivery the defect would be covered, neither Carvana nor the warranty company would take responsibility for the fix when I spoke to them, claiming it was a cosmetic concern. Long story short, following around a week of acquiring parts and discussion with the warranty company (on Michael's part), mechanics were able to finalize fixes, with all the repairs, including a new OEM headlamp, covered by my warranty company. Thank you so much Michael for going through all the trouble for a first-time customer, and thanks to the whole Parker Audi team for making my experience (as well as my ride) as smooth as possible! read more

My wife and I recently visited Parker Audi in Little Rock. We initially met with Ruben who was very informative and was the main reason we came back after leaving to consider other car brands. When we returned Ruben was out of town so, we met with JP Aiken. JP was extremely helpful in helping us distinguish between comparable brands and models of Audi's. We ended up deciding the Q7 was best for us, but the car my wife wanted was still in transit. Once the car arrived (2 days later) JP let us know we could come by and take a look. Once we got back to the dealership he was waiting to show us the car and we both fell in love with it. Throughout the buying process JP was always available by phone, email or text to help us. When we took delivery of the Q7, JP was there to answer questions and offer any assistance we needed. Over the past couple of weeks of driving the Q7, my wife has decided it is the best car she has ever owned. We returned to have the windows tinted a few days after the purchase and Ruben was back to help us through getting a loaner vehicle for the day and kept us updated on the time we could return. Ruben ended up answering a few more questions and was very patient with showing the features of the new car. Our impression of buying a car from Parker Audi is definitely 10/10 and none of that would have been possible without the seamless service both Ruben and JP gave us during the process. *This review is only of the Service Department* While visiting my family from out of state, I drove my mother's Q7 (purchased at Parker Audi in 2018) a day after having the windshield replaced. While driving, a large piece of windshield trim flew off the car. I took the car, and piece of trim, immediately to the service department at Parker Audi. When the representative couldn't fit the trim back on, I was told that Capitol Glass, not Parker Audi, does the windshield replacement. They told me that Capitol would not be able to come back out until perhaps tomorrow. When I asked for a loaner vehicle, they said there were none available and that we would need to take the car to Capitol Glass directly. I understand that this mistake was not Parker Audi's service department's fault. However, if Parker Audi is charging nearly $2000 for a windshield replacement, and there's a problem within 24 hours of picking up the vehicle, it is unacceptable that their proposed solution is for me to then drive to another repair shop. I suppose if you're the only Audi dealer in Arkansas, you can get away with this kind of thing. Incredibly disappointing for an Audi dealership, or any customer service experience for that matter. read more

I'm in Arkansas on vacation and my window is stuck halfway up. I call Parker Audi for a service appointment. They call back say come on in today. I drive 3 hours thru rainstorms to get there (did I mention my window is open?). The service manager looks at it for 45 seconds and says it's the window regulator. Me: I know you told me that on the phone. He: we don't have those in stock Me: when can you get one He: don't know, they are back ordered. Shipping from Germany at least 10 days. I'm sorry he says. These are things he knew when I called. Still had me drive 3 hours each way I drove past probably 10 fully stocked Ford dealers on the way here. This is the only Audi dealership in the Little Rock area and I have nothing but issues with them. First off, I wanted to buy the new Audi RS3 from them since I live locally. I went into the dealership and to my shock I was told they don't get and couldn't get me an RS3 unless I ordered it specifically. Ok fine I am thinking but then I am told I need to wait 4 months to have the car built. The problem with this is, I am not going to wait 4 months to have a car built. Why can't you get one from a dealership that has one and sell me the car. Long story short that's what Audi of Louisville did and I ended up driving 8 hours to get my car. The next issue I had was I bought a K&N panel air filter and the service department refuses to install it because it's not an oem part. K&N is a leader in air filters and a very trusted brand. It's not like I am trying to change the air intake system. I just want to put a new filter in it. For me it's really had to call this place a dealership. When they won't sell you the car you want and won't service the car once you have it. Very disappointed with the service here and will let Audi USA know. read more

As we were awaiting pictures, they sold the vehicle which was supposedly not available for sale the same day we called. A decent place to buy an Audi. Fair prices and very accommodating staff interested in making certain your ownership experience is at the same level as Audi, the brand. Good followup on each service visit and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction place this dealership among the top tier. Audi warehousing and parts distribution is not quite at the same level as their luxury brand competitors yet, so needed parts often take several days to arrive. The dealership is one of the smallest I've seen, on premises inventory is somewhat limited, and parking is kind of tight, but the team at Parker makes up for most of this. Loaner cars available with notice/appointment. Staff will give a ride to/from if all the loaners are out. My car has always gotten a courtesy wash when I've had service accomplished here. Normal services are about 50 - 60% pricier here than at an independent shop qualified to work on Audis, but so are many other dealers. read more

I was Looking to get rid of my jeep wrangler, i looked and was actually thinking of a toyota avalon, when a beautiful used audi A4 crossed my vision. I took it for a test drive and worked with Tyler. Tyler was outgoing, friendly, didn't try any BS push me to buy a car, went over every detail of the used car. Parker Audi looked at my jeep and offered me over 7 K more than Toyota ( what you got to say about that "steve"). I loved my experience with Parker Audi. I will not forget how nice and generous they were to me. I am a teenager and walked in to just look around for a little while. I asked an employee if it was okay. He said, "Sure, do you need anything to drink, water or anything?" I thought that that was amazing and very sweet, that he offered. I know that some dealers might not offer, especially if I told them that I was just looking and too young to buy a car myself. We had bought a BMW 540I M series, from Parker approximately 6 months ago. I hadn't had the vehicle overnight until my wife was stranded in it at a stop light. I called the dealership the next day. The salesman "Daniel" told me the car was sold as is. I told him I bought the vehicle from Parker because they have always been known as premier dealership to deal with. That lead to me calling Jessica Parker who passed me off to a "sales manager". he basically told me I'm on my own that there is no warranty on used vehicles. The next day I spent $400.00 on a battery and programing. Two months ago I spent over a $1000.00 on an oil leak. Last night my wife was driving home and the car shut down due to an overheat. I called Jeromy who is the Sales Manager, of course he had someone else call me. I guess he's too busy selling cars. I told him that I was willing to buy another car from them if they would help me out on this one. He said he would have his wholesale rep look at it but I would have to absorb the loss of the value of a 6 month old car with mechanical issues. Oh as I side point he said it's a BMW not a Honda or Toyota. I said what's that supposed to mean? He said BMWs are not that reliable. I thought they sold BMW's? That doesn't speak very well of their own product. If they would've just paid off my car I would've bought a Audi A7 they have listed in an effort to try and do business with them. I just cant afford to loose anymore money on a lemon. I told him to thank Jeromy for taking time out of his busy schedule to personally call me, instead he had someone else speak for him. I guess the "old days" are gone. I don't think Mr. Parker would've done business that way.. Please think hard before you do business with this company, you may find out you're not "special" enough even for a return call much less real customer service. read more

I went in to the dealership to trade in my old Audi and the dealership put me off three times and would not tell me exactly what they needed for my trade in. I have been buying cars from Parker AUDI since I was transferred here in 2002. I have driven AUDIs for years and was pleased that Parker AUDI was here in Little Rock as I originally thought I was going to have to drive to Memphis for AUDI service. Or that's what a friend told me. I was relieved to find out otherwise. I can honestly say I would be very unhappy if I had to go elsewhere to buy a car or to have it serviced. Every experience I have had with Parker (and most specifically Tarik) has been top notch. Not only does he know these cars really well but he has taken the time to get to know me and that's a great match. My most recent purchase was in April of this year and I think this story sums it up best. I thought I wanted to move to an SUV this time. I was test driving an SUV and thought I was happy with it and THOUGHT it was the vehicle I wanted this time. Well Tarik knew better. As I was test-driving the SUV he said to me "I know you and will sell you whatever you want. However, I want you to test drive a crossover before you make your decision. I really think this would be the vehicle for you. You like something that's different and this crossover is it". Well I did drive the crossover and he was right. As we pulled off the lot I knew it was the one for me. I barely got down the street but could tell it was what I wanted. I looked at him and said, "This is it. This is the one I want." He smiled his confident smile and all that was left to do was the paperwork. Tarik is a huge asset to Parker! Well done Mr. Parker (if there is a Mr. Parker)!! Very disappointing experience. They recommended over $2700 in repairs to my Audi but could not explain why one particular $600 repair had to be done. Mistrustful because of this, I decided to just pay the "diagnostic fee" of $135 (for them just to look at the car) and took the car to an independent shop (where it was less than $1000 for the exact same repairs). That's not the bad part, though. You know ahead of time that you're going to get ripped off for service at a dealership, so that's more my fault (though they should have told me ahead of time about the diagnostic fee). The bad part was when I picked my car up. The mechanics had neglected to secure my underguards/shields (the plastic protective thing that stops debris from going where it's not supposed to go, like the engine) back to my car, so once I got on the interstate I heard it scraping against the highway and part of it flew off. I called the dealership and they offered to replace the underguards for me and I set up an appointment to have this done. When going in for my appointment, they apparently only had one part of the underguard ready there (the other part had to be ordered in), so I had to set up yet another appointment and go back yet another time to have the final part of the underguard replaced. There was no offer to refund me any part of the $135 diagnostic fee even though their diagnosis had only led to an extreme inconvenience for me. read more

First let me give credit where it is due. My experience with Parker Audi started with the purchase of a 2017 Q7 Prestige. The automobile is excellent and we love it. The sales person we worked with, Tarik was a pleasure to work with. The Parker Audi Service department is horrible. Although we have only had two interactions with the service department 10k and 20k services, they have both been abysmal. Both instances started with us making an appointment. Appointments take about 1 month to make. When you make the appointment they will ask if you need a loaner car. (Actually I think you only get the loaner option if you purchased your car from Parker Audi.) On our first service appointment we took the loaner car. We had a 9 am appointment so we figured we would do some shopping, run a few errands, have some lunch then pick up the Q7 and go home (we live 45 min away with no traffic- during peak time it takes around an hour and a half). Our car ended up being done at 5pm so not only was the whole day blown, but we got to drive home in rush hour traffic. When we asked why it took so long for the 10k service we were told that other "emergency" jobs took priority. They also explained that when you take the loaner your car becomes low priority regardless of your appointment and their goal is to have it done by the end of the day. It is worth noting that on the same day we dropped my Tundra off for its 40k service at 8:30 (also an appointment). The Tundra ended up needing a computer upgrade and battery in addition to the scheduled service. It was done within a few hours. Needless to say I was not happy but I took a "things-happen" approach and let it slide. Our next contact with Parker Audi service was for the 20k scheduled service. Since we knew that loaner car acceptance puts you at the back of the line regardless of your appointment, we made the appointment (a month out) for 9:45 am and said we would opt to wait. We were told to expect an hour or so to complete. Once my wife arrived, however, she was told to expect two and a half hours, maybe more. She told them that was not acceptable and explained that the whole reason for opting to wait was so the vehicle would be serviced at the appointment time. The service department said that was the best they could do. My wife asked for a loaner car and was told there were no more service loaners available. I told her leave and that we would find another place to have the car serviced. On her way out Tarik saw her and attempted to make things right by offering her one of the sales demo cars, so we gave them another chance. Due to a commitment which required being home before 6:30 PM, she asked for a pick-up time, and were told that they couldn't guarantee anything, so we opted to pick up the Q7 the following morning. At 8:12 the next morning we got a text saying that they have completed the 20k service, but found a recall that required a software upgrade and the tires still needed to be rotated. I asked when they expected the car to be ready and was told 10:45. That is 25 hours after the scheduled appointment. At this point I called Tarik and explained why this was completely unacceptable and that if they could not explain how the experience would be better in the future that we would not be returning for sales or service. He promised to speak to the service manager and that the service manager would call and make things right. The service manager did not call. When my wife returned to pick up the car the service department did not offer any apologies' just a bill for a little over $900.00. $400.00 of the $900 that was for the prepaid service for the next 2 service intervals -30K and 40K. We told them that based on our experience we were not interested in coming back, and that we would not be interested in the prepaid service. At this point we did get an apology followed by a lot of excuses. The next day I get a text from Parker services saying "Hi this is Jessica just following up to make sure your service visit was truly exceptional". My response was "I think we both know it was not exceptional and just leave it at that". Apparently that got their attention. I got a call from Jeremy Davidson, the service manager, within 15 min of my text. I was on another call so it went to voicemail. In the voicemail, Jeremy offered to make sure my next experience was indeed excellent and offered to speak to me and explain how it would be better. I called back and got Jessica just before noon. I asked for Jeremy and was told he was with a customer. Jessica asked for my name and number. She said Jeremy would call me back as soon as he finished with the customer. At this point I was still considering giving them another chance, I just needed some assurance that it would get better. It has been over 24 hours since the promise to call with no return. I think I am done with them. read more

If you happen to get Robin as a sales guy, know that I'm praying for you. I called back twice trying to get in touch with someone and no one was available.
