I went to the service department after I tried to call and got a recording and was sent to voicemail. My car which has just over 11,000 miles on it had all kinds of dash lights telling me to go straight to the dealership. When I got there I was greeted by people who have no expression on their face and who make no effort to be sympathetic about a problem. They told me quickly that they operate only by appointment and that they were simply doing their job by asking me if I had an appointment when I got there. They then told me they did not have any extra cars for me and that probably what was wrong was just that I had left the gas cap loose. They have a very nice lounge and I went in and sat down and waited until another expressionless person came in to tell me that actually rodents had gotten under the hood and had chewed the wiring in my harness etc. and there was a lot of damage and I would need to leave the car. When I pointed out they didn't have any cars for me to take The same man who told me there were no cars said oh no I have some now and gave me the choice of five different ones. That was after I told him how extremely unfriendly they are. I bought my car because Lexus is supposed to be a super reliable brand and I have actually had no trouble with the car and I adored the salesman. Their service department at Lexus is another story. Brought my car to Parker because of a recall and discovered there were two other recalls I didn't know about. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly & efficient. I was given a loaner vehicle, cookies, and a thank you card. My only qualm is this is the only Lexus dealership in Arkansas & rumor has it, Parker wants it that way (?) The drive there is 3.5 hours from my house. Thankfully, I have family in the area so I could plan this repair around a visit & work in central AR. Not having a Lexus dealership in Northwest Arkansas which consists of half a million people makes no sense & is a substantial inconvenience, to say the least. I cannot say enough amazing things about Parkway Automotive and car dealership. My daughter & I were traveling from Tennessee to Texas and stopped to eat dinner in Little Rock when her Cadillac unexpectedly broke down on a Friday night. We found Parkway on the internet. I was at the dealership at 8am on Saturday morning. Paul the Service Mgr greeted me. Without technicians working on Saturday he found a tech that would come in and help us. They found the repairs that needed to be made, handed us a very affordable bill, and even gave us a beautiful umbrella to take with us. We were in the road back to Texas that afternoon. The worst possible service. Our car sustained minor bumper damage and it took their body shop 9 tries to fix it. Some of the dumbest people ever. I am not sure how they are still in business. GM does not respond to complaints and sales person does not follow through on promises made at purchase about providing 100% customer service after purchase. Service dept is not much better. I gave the dealership a terrible survey with Lexus and that's when they cared and wanted to make sure I have them 10s on the next survey. NOT! Mmm I bet they lost the CSI score bonus for the month. Guess what next survey will be just as bad! I do love my car just hate Parker Lexus because they are god awful! read more

Liars, I think that sums it up accurately. I scheduled my air bag recall for my ES 350 which is to be performed free of charge. And nothing else. I have the car serviced elsewhere. Several hours later I received a phone call informing me my front rotors were shot, brake pads were dangerously low, and the calipers were rusty. The job would be $1,600.00 and that didn't include the diagnostics to get to that point. I refused, and again reiterated that the vehicle was there for recall issues only. Scare tactics about safety were brought up by the service tech but I refused and requested the car asap which would be the next day sometime. I was then changed $178 for diagnostics that I never requested or authorized. Since I was in town on business I didn't have time to fight with the manager, I just paid under protest and got the hell out of there. When I got home I took the vehicle to a local Toyota dealer I had never been to before. I briefly explained the above without mentioning Parker Lexus, and let them perform their own exam. The results? The brakes on all four wheels were fine, rotors, pads and all. Some scheduled maintenance needed, but nothing like the above. Since Toyota and Lexus are basically the same company, even using the same forms and results lists, you can see it's not the building or the name that's important, it's the people. And the people at Parker Lexus just plain suck. read more

If I could rate 0 star I would. I was X-countrying in late Nov/early Dec from East to West, and my car hydroplane in Arkansas, my car was almost totaled. I either had to wait ~ 2 months for the car to be fix or trade in the car. I decided to trade in the car, I wanted to trade in for a similar car which was the RX350 2011, the price they gave me was overprice, ~5k more than the states around AR, they told me that because of my situation that is the cheapest price and that they're trying to help me, they even told me that the estimate for my wrecked car is 7k which is the highest price, and that I wouldn't be able to sell it myself for that price. Knowing they were ripping me off I still went ahead with the process, because I needed to continue my trip. Next, their financial guy decided to bump up the interested rate to 9%, the car is under my sis's name, she just brought a Honda 2 weeks before the accident happened for 1.9%, they're trying to say within 2 weeks her credit score went down, I'm a banker I know how loans works. I was so fed up with their ill manner service and their lies so I decided to not do business with them. This was a critical decision for me because I was in the middle of no where, and no one wants to buy a wreck car w/ no title in hand. I was fortunate enough to make a deal with this buyer and sold my wrecked car for 8k, n brought a similar car at a much cheaper price in California. This is solely on their service side, I felt like I was being mock the whole time I was conversing with them, especially the financial guy. As a good salesman, you got to compromise with the customer on some things, they weren't giving me anything I want, they were just trying to up-price everything because they knew I don't have much choice. Sadly, they're like the only Lexus dealership in the entire state? Just a side note, I had to pay ~$600 for their damn lot that my car was in for ~2 weeks. For x-countryers out there, try not to x-country during the winter time. read more

Bought a used 2012 ES350, as I really love that body style. Parker Lexus provided great assistance and service from the very first contact! Sales Associates Stephen and Dustin were attentive and helpful in every way. The car was in showroom condition! It came with a three year warranty, free oil changes for two years, free XM radio for three months, and of course their famous service afterward. I've driven it for three months so far, and it has been perfect! This is my third Lexus ES350, and I hope to always drive one, and will return to Parker in the future for my next purchase. I have been a loyal Lexus customer for over 20 years until today. I have purchased Lexus products not only due to the quality of the vehicles but due the professionalism and high ethical standards of Lexus dealers across several US states. Today I experienced the most unprofessional and unethical situation with a Lexus dealership in Little Rock, AR, Parker Lexus. This was the situation. On Saturday Jan.10, 2015 I visited Parker Lexus Little Rock to purchase my wife a Lexus for her birthday. Unfortunately they did not have what I was hoping for at the time. Three days later on Tuesday Jan, 13, 2015 I was contacted by a sales representative from Parker Lexus stating they had the vehicle I was looking for but it needed to go through the certification inpection process and that it would not be ready for several days. I was okay with waiting. When I called to check the status on Friday (three days later, today Jan. 16, 2015) I was told the car was still not ready and wouldn't be ready until the following week. I asked the sales representative to please find out when it would be ready and to call me back to let me know so I could come buy the vehicle. When he called me back two hours later he told me the car was in the process of being sold that very minute and that it was no longer available. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and unethical. I expect more from a Lexus dealership. I have never been dealt with such disregard and lack of professionalism or ethics. The sad part is, I thought Lexus NA had higher standards for selecting their dealers. I guess I was wrong. Great product but obviously little to no ethical standards for the dealer qualification process. P.S. I am not including the sales representative's name as I believe this is a reflection of the Parker Lexus dealership culture, not any one individual. read more

Highly, highly recommended. I purchased a 2010 Lexus RX450 from Parker Lexus sight unseen. Cars here in California are several thousand dollars more expensive. Saleperson Josh was a perfect set of eyes, was very professional, funny and was very clear on the condition of the car. I was impressed that there was no sales pitch or pressure. They gave me some good options on insurance which i decided to pass on. They had no issue working with my own financing (credit union). They picked my mom up at the airport who was picking up the car and had the car detailed ready to go. The car was in tip top shape. Better than described. They even mailed flowers in the mail on the day the car was picked up. Now that is a first. I will probably recommend my mom purchase a Lexus from Parker. Again, highly recommended. read more

I really don't know how to start. I purchased a brand new is250 straight off of the showroom floor. The dealer was rather slow with getting me numbers and just wanted me to come in. I am a busy person don't have time to sit in a dealer all day and try to be talked into something. They weren't the greatest at following directions. I purchased my car on a Saturday and after I signed for my car it was coming up on closing and you could tell that the whole atmosphere had changed from welcoming to ok you got the car so here you go. Nobody showed me anything about the car afterwards and I did not receive a proper walk through. Nissan in LT did a better job on my sisters car then they did. As I was taking stuff out of my old car and putting it in my new Lexus they were in the process of locking the gates. After having my car for one week I had a slight accident. Now here is the were the real problems start... I had my brand new is250 for a week when the car behind me at a traffic light was hit and then pushed into me (Not the body shop or dealers fault). I also had received some slight hail damage. The damage I had was very very minor! All that was damaged on my car was the bumper cover and in regards to the hail damage I had some hits on the trunk lid and other areas that needed attention. I had to have a new bumper cover ordered which then had to be painted and installed. After receiving the call from the body shop that my car was ready for pickup I was thrilled to go and get it but I was disappointed when I arrived to get it. Upon looking the vehicle over I noticed that somebody had thrown my door into another car and put another car door in my fender leaving me with some slight paint damage. This was repaired but the point is that it shouldn't have happened! I also noticed a slight dent in some chrome above my door handle. I was told this must have been some hail damage that they missed. I knew that this was not hail damage because I would of seen this since it was right above my door handle which I use to open my car door at least a dozen times a day. This dent looked like somebody dropped something, possible a screw driver on my car and NOT hail damage! I noticed this dent before I was even up close to the car. The color also did not match and the bumper cover had not been aligned properly. To top it all off the brand new bumper cover had damage on it as well. You could clearly see that somebody used a screw driver to try and get the cover on and into the clips. After bringing the car back at least 5-6 times to have them attempt to straighten out the fitting/alignment and paint issues I noticed that the trunk lid had been slightly knocked out of alignment and that the bumper still had not been installed properly. I brought my car back after a few more attempts to see if they could finally resolve all of the issues. I completely understand that once a car has been involved in an accident that sometimes you can't get everything back to the way it was 100%. In this case though I feel that there is NO excuse especially after having MULTIPLE attempts and plenty of time to not be able to put a simple bumper cover on properly and align a trunk lid 100% or at least 99.9%. I even further believe that there is no excuse after talking to somebody else that I know who runs a body shop who said that something as simple as this should be able to be done without a problem and be at least 99.9% correct. Parker Lexus will give you a nice little card with their body shops name and phone number (Parker Restoration) on it just in case your car needs body work done. They advertise them as being part of the Lexus dealership but if you call Lexus directly you will find out that they are not part of the dealer at all!!! Don't expect any help from them if you have an issue with THEIR body shop. The general manager clearly didn't care about the issue nor did anybody else. The general manager never returned any of my calls and the sales man who sold me car clearly didn't care either. After picking my car up for the LAST time I now have car with a bumper cover that still is not properly installed and a trunk lid that is even more out of whack then before. I will not be bringing it back for fear that I will get the car back with even more problems. So it looks like I get to take my car to another body shop and see if they can properly "restore" my car and yes Parker will be receiving the bill! The only thing that was done correctly was the hail damage repair and this because they weren't the ones who did it. They use a third party vendor to do their paint-less dent repair. It is very disappointed to have such a great vehicle but have a dealership and body shop that are incapable of living up their promises! This dealer and ALL Parker dealerships are only worried about surveys so that they can get their customer service bonus from Lexus corporate! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

I turned my rx300 in to get serviced by Parker Lexus. Within two days of leaving their shop, my car broke down costing me an expensive tow job to get the car back to Parker Lexus. Within a 30 day window of servicing my car there, it broke down3 times. I turned my Lexus in to the only certified Lexus dealership in the state to get fixed, and I ended up with less money and a car that's even worse off. I took the car to get a second opinion and had the problem resolved. Go get your Lexus serviced elsewhere. read more
