This pathetic lawyer sends incompetent demand letters when his client is obviously in the wrong…read more Unable to read obvious facts or understand when no law has been broken. He clearly did not take the time to read and understand the bad material given by his client, and as a result the demand letter he wrote was full of factual errors and ridiculous insults. He was in fact so incompetent that it resulted in his client's $15,000 loan being canceled and I required him to make immediate payment in full. Totally his lawyer's fault. His incompetent demand letter only resulted in worse circumstances for his client. He's also been reprimanded for stupidity by the NC state bar, this is public info. He didn't stop illegally harassing me until I started the process of getting a no contact order through the court. His secretary, who he makes send all the letters, isn't the sharpest tool in the shed either. More like a bowling ball.

I have had to seek legal counsel in the past and typically a paralegal triages cases, can answer…read moresimple legal questions over the phone, and provides a general idea of whether or not it is worth proceeding with a lawyer right then and there. I had a matter (simply a couple of questions) that was time sensitive and I was told this was not possible. I had to fill out a form and wait. This process took over 3 days by which time, I had already gotten my questions answered by another lawyer who was willing to schedule a consult with me. They finally reached out declining my case, likely because it is not going to see a settlement or court room. Again, I told them on the phone I just had a question. Mind you, their website advertises a 30 minute consultation for $99. When I provided this feedback, I was completely brushed off. I would not waste your time with them unless you have a case to sue for a high dollar amount. They otherwise will not care.
