I have lived in Evergreen of Rockwall for 3 months now and I couldn't be more grateful to be here . The office staff to maintenance is some of the best anywhere. They respond to my requests faster than any property I lived at . They are kind and go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of . For example I receive a email letting me know of falling temperatures and to ask if residents to turn on the heat to make sure it works properly so they can repair any problems before they go home . Now I have to say who does that and to care if anyone may experience problems? What a wonderful staff! Anyone that's living in apartment has to call in if something is needing repair. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating because Evergreen of Rockwall deserve above what I'm aloud to rate . I can say I'm going to live here for years to come as long as I'm on this earth.
