Arrived in the office on a Monday morning to a major flood coming from the bathroom. It was running all weekend so needless to say, there was tons of water on our new carpet. Called Evergreen Clean immediately and they dispatched a crew within an hour. Professional staff came equipped with everything needed. The carpet was pretreated with a deodorizer and vacuumed. Industrial fans were placed on the carpet overnight. Carpet is just like new and there is no residual mildew smell. Guys just left, and I can't believe the difference that the cleaning made; they cleaned my couch, a club chair and wool carpet on my stairs (which was 15 years old, BTW). Great company. Reasonably priced. Good work! Had used them twice and both times were very happy with the results. We have a gray microfiber sectional with a 100lbs dog who claimed it. I had hired Evergreen a couple of years ago to clean a white living room rug on site and to take our porch cushions and have them professionally cleaned. Two years later, post-pandemic, our aging dog got sick all over our white living room rug. Not once but twice. We called Evergreen and they came to take our rug away to clean it. Ironically, we had just ordered a brand new rug for our living room and were waiting for it to be delivered, knowing that the white rug was probably no longer a great idea but we would clean it and put it elsewhere in the house. I spoke with Joanne who is fantastic and understood we were having sewer work on our street and it would be important to find an open window to get to my house. Despite how busy they are post-pandemic, the owner, Tom, came with two other employees and they removed 4 rugs to clean. When they returned they helped me move rugs from one room to another since new rugs had arrived while the old ones were being cleaned. They wore booties in my house, masks, they made sure everything was put down just right. They were terrific. I highly recommend them. read more

Just a few quirks to keep in mind: 1) the place is hard to find and doesn't have good signage, 2) call ahead first since it's possible to arrive there during the business day and find the place closed, and 3) bring cash or check only for payment. read more

The owner, Tom was very thorough in explaining what was necessary and gave a very fair price quote and his assistant was a true gentleman.
