He assured me that I would see a noticeable improvement after he finished, and I did. The men came on time and ready to work with top of the line equipment, not that rental cleaner you see at your local supermarket. Been there, done that. My family and I keep a tidy, clean home. But these guys removed so much hidden dirt it was scary. My son's light grey carpet was so clean it was worthy of a before and after photo. The stairs snapped up to near new, and my microfiber sectional looks and smells real nice. I was so pleased with the way everything was coming out, I even had them steam my light colored bathroom floor tiles and grout (they use a different attachment) and again was quite pleased. Eddie had once showed me before and after pictures of his work and I was impressed by what he shared with me but nothing is compared to actually having the work done in your own home and seeing the before and after right before your eyes. He just steamed cleaned the tiles and grout on my kitchen and hallway floor and to say that it looks awesome is putting it mildly. The tiles look brand new I forgot how bright and light my tiles were. He brought it back to its natural color. Having a dog and kids and traffic in and out I never thought the floors would look the way that they did were they were installed. WOW! Very happy with my couch cleaning service. My boyfriend and I had just moved into our new apartment when, after a night of drinking, someone threw up on our brand new couch. After months of trying to get the smell out I decided it was time to hire a professional. He did a wonderful job of cleaning the couch and the pillows. The smell is no longer! He was very friendly and extremely helpful! He was also cheaper than some of the other places I looked at. Ed asked questions in order to provide an accurate quote which I thought was great. I booked Ed for a date and time and he arrived on time and was kind enough to send me updates on the day of appointment. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional. Eddie did a great job cleaning the rugs. Initially we had an appointment scheduled which I had to reschedule and he was able to accommodate me. He showed up on time and took the time make sure he explained the cleaning process and what to expect after the rugs were cleaned. He took his time while cleaning and paid special attention to cleaning the carpeted staircase which had some had some debris from previous projects. We owned a carpet cleaning business for 30 years so we had quite a few questions about the cleaning process. The owner was very patient and when he came to clean very thorough.
