I found Steam Squad on Yelp based on good reviews and so I want to post my own positive experience. I texted Brett after reading reviews and he replied promptly with a quote. We set a date, which he then confirmed the day before, and he showed up exactly on time. Came in and did the work and left the place looking and smelling great in less than two hours. He cleaned our hallway and stairway carpets, tile bathroom floor, and sofa and loveseat. The sofa and loveseat had dirt along the front bottom from my dog rubbing against it. I didn't think it would come out but it did, and looks like new again. Very pleased overall with the professionalism of Brett; the quality job and the punctuality. I don't remember how we found Steam Squad, but we've used them twice now and been happy both times. Mom was in a Westbury condo with two cats and not great eyesight and the couch and armchair were looking pretty raggedy, not to mention the rug was a bit...catty, if you know what I mean. Steam Squad got both the couch and chair looking like new, and brought the rug back to its former glory. When Mom was ready to move from her condo to assisted living, we called Steam Squad again, so the furniture she moved with was in its best shape. And it was. The new place is bright and sunny (which her old place wasn't) and both pieces of furniture stand up to the sunlight and look great. This review is long overdue! I can't say enough great things about Steam Squad. I took a chance and had Brett clean my couches based on his great Yelp reviews and it was well worth it. His prices are great and cheaper than other companies. He responded to every email almost immediately and was able to give me prices through pictures and descriptions. He called to confirm the appointment and was so punctual! His work was fantastic. He cleaned my couches really well and made sure to put towels down on the floor to avoid anything from getting on my floor/rug. Added plus: the products he uses are all natural and soap free. Brett is the business owner and the operator of the Steam Squad and that makes all the difference ! I requested a quote online late at night, received a call back the very next (early) morning. I found Steam Squad while searching online; when another cleaning company's price was outrageous. Last month, my sectional and ottoman were cleaned by Brett and I am still happy. Brett did a Fantastic job cleaning my couch. My Granddaughter's slept over and one had a accident and the other threw-up. Brett came right over and did a Wonderful job. My couch looks Brand new!! All natural ingredients, no harsh smells and I swear my couch looks new again!! I have to mention too, I was afraid the urine smell would not come out, but it did! Just had my kitchen porcelain floor tile cleaned by Brett at Steam Squad. He was extremely professional and courteous. The floors came out AMAZING. They are 14 years old but now look brand new.
