I called first to see how long the waiting line was and they said 30 min. The person was very cordial. When I arrived, the desk lady was most cordial and helpful and while I was talking to her a gent came up and assured me they would get to me as soon as a room opened. Not sure if it was my age (78) or what but that was nice. I waited about 15 min and was in to a room where a young lady did all the normal. The doctor was exceptionally thorough and concerned with my condition. We discussed and settled on next steps. I was really impressed with the doctor's care and I've had plenty of experience on the patient side of the practice of medicine. Wish she was my primary. read more

Multiple misdiagnoses and poorly trained techs. I have had multiple visits here and am sorely disappointed because when I follow up with my regular primary care physicians, they have told me each time that urgent care didn't do things right. Recent examples include: 1. I was flagged for extreme blood pressure. However, the blood pressure was taken incorrectly with my feet hanging off the chair, my arm hanging straight down, my back not rested, and the cuff was way too tight. 2. I took my son in for a strep test, and they said it was negative. His symptoms continued, and when we visited his pediatrician, another test confirmed it was positive. The urgent care didn't swab far enough back. In both cases, my primary care physicians confirmed that urgent care failed to follow correct procedures. I plan to complain to Evergreen directly, but I hope others read this and choose a different provider for urgent care. These experiences have left me very unhappy. read more

Our pcp/pediatrician's offices have been booked out, so I brought my son here in November, they did X-rays and an assessment and then sent him home saying to follow up with pediatrician in three days. He was having high fevers 103.8 and they were concerned he had pneumonia. Once the xray said he didn't have pneumonia, they were quick to get us out of the office. He got worse at home and when we followed up, was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. Pediatrician said they should have prescribed an antibiotic. Fast forward to this recent Monday. I was wheezing, felt achy. They gave me a breathing treatment, and when that didn't help, did a chest xray. Again, no pneumonia. Prescribed an inhaler and told to come back if I develop a fever or the cough worsens. The next day I developed a low grade fever, the body aches increased and the inhaler and mucinex they prescribed worked 3 out of 4 hours. I called my pcp who said since they're full, to go back to urgent care for an antibiotic. I went first thing this morning, and have now added loss of voice, sinus pain and dizziness. The nurse who did my vitals said, "we have different providers every day, so you won't have the same provider you had Monday." When the provider came in I shared why I was here, developed a mild fever, (provider dismissed it because it wasn't high enough at 100.2), body aches are worse and ibuprofen not helping, sinuses painful, wheezing still present. She dismissed the symptoms and said, "loss of voice is viral so we don't typically give antibiotics. She didn't see evidence of bacterial infection. This has been going on for five days, and she would expect me to have symptoms for up to two weeks or longer. The lost voice can take up to ten days." I then saw a sign on their wall that says they don't use antibiotics as a first line of defense. I explained that I've had this progression of these symptoms more than a dozen times in my life, and at this point, antibiotics are the only thing that work to help my body head in the right direction. She dismissed what I said and repeated that they expect me to be sick much longer, and if my symptoms don't improve, to do another chest xray. I had to insist she prescribe medication, and she continued to explain how antibiotics mess up the immune system for up to one year, and I need to take a probiotic when I take this medicine, etc. She said she doesn't have anything to make the cough go away and the voice come back. I assured her I understood the consequences, take a daily probiotic, and am not looking for help with the lost voice and cough, knowing these take a long time. I'm just in so much pain all over and especially in my sinuses. So many issues with these two experiences. I'll highlight a couple - having rotating providers is challenging for continuity of care. I'm not convinced the provider today was able to absorb all of the information, and definitely didn't have a feel for what I was saying. I felt her dismiss and push away from my experience almost immediately. Not only did that not give me confidence in the care I was receiving, I felt I was fighting with her to get my needs met. - antibiotics are not a first line of defense. I understand this, but now we've had two instances of situations that would have benefitted from antibiotics (according to other medical professionals) and the providers here aren't offering antibiotics as an option, or are pushing back against the use of antibiotics. We have been pleased with the care here to date, but I am losing confidence in this rotating list of providers (daily, it seems) and their avoidance of antibiotics. read more

Urgent - False Care - None Be prepared to wait for over an hour before the understaffed, rude receptionist desk will even check you in. Then, it's another TWO hour wait to see the ONE doctor they have at the facility. The exorbitant prices they charge are just a built-in feature of the American healthcare system. But to render the services so poorly took it to a new low. I came because of the good reviews and left questioning how anyone had a positive experience here. read more

Im writing this review to a certain PA-C due to the fact that he misdiagnosed or didn't diagnose me properly. I went to this facility because all the times I have been here I've never had a bad experience until now. I was bitten by a venomous spider and it caused me to have severe allergic reactions from chills, fever, muscle cramps, and gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain and swollen hands and feet. Initially I didn't think it was that bad. I thought I was coming down with a cold but my wife saw the ping pong size welt with 2 parallel puncture bite marks on my lower back. I left it alone thinking it would subside and get better if I left it be for a couple of days but unfortunately it kept getting worse. Therefore I checked myself in here. I told the very competent and kind nurse my symptoms and she took my vitals and left. Then comes in the PA-C after 2 mins of explaining and him barely checking the wound thoroughly he immediately request for a Covid test... which I told him I've done 4X to rule that out. But he was adamant and confident saying that "No spider bite can cause these symptoms or remotely flu like. I have checked my sources." So again he pushed for a covid test. The same nice nurse came in and was completely confused as well. "Why is he ordering a Covid test when clearly it isn't a related problem?" I asked the same thing in reply. Soon after the test was administered and I was sent on my way without any resolution but instructions from said PA-C to buy Ibuprofen from the store. I immediately went to the ER after leaving this facility and got the care I needed and the Doctors there confirmed that it was a severe reaction due to the venom and infection of the bite and that I didn't seek medical attention sooner. But thank the lord for competent Doctors that are willing to go the extra mile for their patients. Next day I received an email from here saying my Covid test results were NEGATIVE. read more

I broke my foot a few weeks ago in another state and my doctor directed me to get another x-ray when I came up to Washington to ensure my foot is healing correctly or to see if there are any issues with it. It's been giving me a few issues so I came here as soon as I could. While another place turned me away because my injury wasn't deemed urgent, this place was more than willing to hear me out and get me the best care possible. These doctors know what it means to diagnose a problem or situation. They do it with genuine interest for your wellbeing. I explained my same situation to this place that I shared at the other urgent care and let me tell ya- what a night and day difference. They were so nice and helpful and really tried to understand my situation so that they could help me the best way possible. They took me in, helped me with my out of state insurance stuff and were phenomenal. Tied to larger hospitals and specialists so when my out of state insurance gets figured out, I can go to actual podiatrists and they can use my info and x-rays. The doctors here are good but the receptionist are terrible. Waited 15 min in line and only the next person. The person checking the person ahead of us had to give her name several times and even spelled it out for them and the receptionist seemed clueless. Fumbled everything she was inputting. There was another receptionist but was too busy writing things down to sign anybody in as the line grew from just us to 3 other people because of their incompetency. They need to find qualified receptionists. read more

Leaving 3 stars as staff were friendly. I scheduled a visit online that said wait time was approximately 140mins, which meant I should be seen @ 2:45pm. After waiting 140mins, I had to wait 2 more hours... I was not seen until 4:45pm. There really wasn't a point of scheduling online. They need to work on their time estimates. Making it impossible to plan for work. 2 hour delay seems unreasonable. read more

This was my first experience with a urgent care clinic. I made my appointment on line. I was greeted by a friendly front desk person and was immediately taken back to see the PA. She was very personable, and efficient! She spent time with me, I did not feel rushed.. she consulted an ophthalmologist, before writing a prescription for my eye issue. I went in because of severe pain in my shoulders going across my chest, concerned because I'm pregnant. A large sign in front that made me think they won't be able to treat or diagnose me, but the front desk person was very difficult to communicate with - I wanted to ask if I should head to emergency room instead, wish I just walked out. However, since they took me in after I thoroughly explained what I was experiencing, I thought they should be able to help. The nurse took my vitals (my concerns weren't related to my breathing, temperature or anything like that where I felt checking my vitals would help), and waited around 45 min until the doctor came in and told me they don't have the equipment to diagnose me. So why was I taken in and not redirected to the emergency room in the first place? They charged me over $300 to take my vitals unnecessarily, wasted my time just to tell me to go to the emergency room. If I suspected they won't be able to help me by reading the sign in front, then they absolutely must have known they wouldn't be able to help me prior to taking me in. read more

Bravo! You guys are doing it so right! This is a crazy time in healthcare and we are all stressed and tired, but you guys all rocked! From the screener to reception I was treated very kindly! The back office staff were great! And a special shout-out to Jennifer Shoup PA! Based on my presentation, she could have just prescribed a "cookie-cutter" treatment. But she didn't! She knew that I was on the verge of Sepsis and altered her presciptions and treated my infection a little more aggressively! Nice Job PA! Refused to accept my 10 years son with a very high temperature. We arrived 17 minutes before closing time. A receptionist told us that they stop accepting patients 15 minutes before closing time. Technically we had 2 minutes, but a provide declined to provide a service. read more

I was doubtful that this place was as clean, quick and friendly as Yelpers claimed - but they were right! Went in to get rid of a 10 day cold and wow - I was out 30 minutes later after spending time with a nurse and doctor who gave me some advice I had never heard before and felt like they understood what was going on with my cold. My daughter broke her arm at school and our pediatrician's clinic was booked solid. They sent us here and so thankful they did as it was our first urgent care experience! We walked right in and were seen immediately. Dr Sharma was amazing and gosh if he ever needs a job change I'd highly recommend him for pediatrics! He put my girl at ease and was funny, kind and just a wonderful person that put her at ease instantly. He was the perfect person to take care of our girl that day and we are so grateful! X-rays were done on site of course and that went really well too. It was really great to be seen so fast and although a sad reason to be there it's nice to know such a great Urgent Care clinic is close to home! I'm still amazed that we were in and out so fast! Very clean!! The providers here are amazing and the wait time usually ranges from no wait to only a short while. Front desk is also friendly. Their records are kept within the EvergreenHealth main hospital database (which is my hospital of choice) so I never need to transfer medical records. Thankful to have a quality urgent care so close to home! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars in review. On two separate occasions I have gone in with an emergency. I was in before they closed. And both times they turned me away. They have a policy that they close at 8 o'clock. But anyone who shows up after 7:45 or in my case, right at 7:45, cannot be seen. The first time I drove myself in with two broken fingers (one on each hand) and they told me they couldn't help me. The second time my daughter's elbow was dislocated and she was crying in the car. The lady at the front desk even told me that I had shown up right at 7:45, but because I hadn't shown up 30 seconds earlier they wouldn't look at my daughter. Literally 30 seconds. So we had to drive and find someone else who would. I understand having to put up boundaries. I understand having to have a closing time. But this is two times in a row in which we had an actual emergency, and the lady wouldn't let me past the first 4 feet at the front door. I will never go back to this place. And I would recommend no one else does either. read more

Very very appreciative that we were able to get in quickly as other urgent care clinics in the area had a 1-2 hour wait. Would go back again without hesitation. These guys are very efficient, friendly, kind, and courteous. I make an appointment online and am greeted by smiling faces, put immediately into a room and have a five minute wait to see the PA. I've been to several urgent cares in the area, and this clinic surpassed all of them in professionalism, wait time (there was none), and quality of care. I came in post ER visit due to ongoing symptoms related to kidney stones. They were compassionate and efficient and had all my info from my visit to the Evergreen Hospital 2 days prior including labs and CT results. I have to take a minute to recognize some fantastic care given tonight. My son hurt himself during martial arts sparing tonight. Closest to us was EvergreenHealth Urgent Care on 132nd. We checked in at 7:30, shortly after I found out they closed at 8. Everyone there- front desk check in, MA, radiology tec and Nurse Practitioner, treated myself and most importantly- my son, warmly, with concern and kindness. We left 45 minutes after they were supposed to be closed, on a Friday night. A friend recommended this place, and it ended up being EXCELLENT. You can pre-book an appointment time at the walk-in online! We have had to go to this urgent care almost 3-4 times this year, and each time we have received great care timely and kindly. Our last experience with our 5 year old son needs a special mention. Dr. Ram Sharma saw him for a broken arm and he did everything possible to ensure that our son is relieved of pain. The staff took all the necessary x-rays, Dr. Sharma set him up for a visit to Childrens for a procedure and throughout the visit he was constantly assuring our son and comforting him. He lined up our visit so that we were taken care of as soon as we arrived at Childrens and that is exactly what happened. The doctor was very confident, took time to explain everything and was extremely involved throughout the experience. For us Dr. Sharma went way over and above his responsibilities and our expectations. 'How' he took care really stands out. We couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Sharma and the staff at the urgent care for their immense help and are extremely grateful! read more

This clinic showed up as being in network for my Kaiser insurance. When we arrived we saw that the office building was brand new, and the clinic inside was very aesthetically pleasing with a lot of calming art. I made an appointment online, but I was the only person there, I think even for the entire hour I was there on a Sunday morning! The receptionist was very nice, the (I don't know medical professional terminology, apologies) nurse was friendly and courteous, the X-ray tech was as well. The doctor was on loan for the weekend from Woodinville (Dr A), and despite a bit of frustration over not being able to code the X-ray correctly in the computer, he was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining things. Also, I was quite happy to learn that in addition to not fracturing my foot, I've got strong, thick bones! I was very pleased with my overall visit, and the doctor was very apologetic over the computer issue, but honestly we thought we'd have to wait there a while before I even got seen so I was totally fine with it =) read more

This is close to our house so when my 3 year old fell and got a cut on her head, we were grateful EvergreenHealth was there. I checked in online and was given an appt time of 6:10, but then when we got there, they brought us right into a room and had her checked immediately. By 6:10 she was already cleaned by and preparing to have stitches. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, from the woman at the receptionist, the nurses, the doctor, and anyone we passed in the halls. We were given care and comfort. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone in the Mill Creek area! read more

I have visited this urgent care a handful of times since it opened either for myself or with my kids and they are always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Wait times are minimal. It far exceeds care I've received at other urgent care facilities. Today was no exception. I got caught up in the construction detour but they were so helpful and got me out on time for an important family event.
