I left thinking this would be a 5 star review Cons: They lied about the cost of service and their billing department said there is nothing I can do about it. They offered me and my son a covid test and inquired about my insurance to "make sure it would cover it". I told them my insurance and asked about the cost - I even joked "I could test myself for $20 by hitting the pharmacy on the way home." Used to be this was one of our favorite places to go when urgent care was needed. This morning we had an 8a appt- our medically fragile toddler, wrapped in a blanket in the winter, had to wait while the medical assistant opened all the blinds, turned on lamps and finally turned on the open sign- several minutes past 8am we finally got let inside. The medical assistant saw us standing there with an obviously sick child, in the cold- all the while turning on ambiance in the clinic. It's been almost two years since this pandemic started and yet only one parent is allowed in the back with their child- despite masking and having your vaccine card at the ready. No other local urgent care has this rule- even the ER isn't asking parents to stay away from their children during an emergency. When asked about this the medical assistant stepped out from behind her counter and yelled at us, in front of other patients. I was so angry I had to leave to calm down. Since we were already here, my husband took our daughter back and I took deep breaths in the car. Multicare- you're doing a huge disservice to all of your minor clients with two concerned parents. Covid isn't going away, please get on board with your local colleagues or you'll continue to lose clients. The doctor was lovely and thorough. Additionally, your medical assistant might need some training re: behavior in an urgent care facility and on working with children. The sign on your door says one visitor "if possible"- that keeps the option open for it not being possible and with a child in distress this morning, it wasn't. read more

I searched reviews for mention of any current staff and didn't find anything, so I will take a moment to shout out Arika at the front desk, Mark who took my x-rays, and Dr. Sam Mbua (hope that I got the spelling right). I walked in and was surprised to be greeted immediately. I didn't even realize I had been greeted because I wasn't expecting it, so I didn't respond! Arika was warm and caring, not only with me but with everyone she spoke with. The wait was shorter than I expected, even though their app said that there were two people in front of me. I thought I broke my hand after a kitchen accident. I was glad that Indigo was able to do X-rays. After intake, they did the X-rays and then Dr. Mbau came in and assessed the damage. I really appreciated his knowledge and his great bedside (chairside?) manner. What was surprising is that each person I spoke introduced themselves and made me feel welcome. Mark and Dr. Mbau also caught that it was almost my birthday when reviewing my chart and said Happy Birthday to me. Luckily I hadn't broken anything. After Dr. Mbau gave me aftercare instructions, I checked with the front desk before leaving. From beginning to end it was a relatively easy, above average experience. If I had one qualm, it was that my blood pressure was taken while I had two layers of clothes on. I don't think it an accurate reading, and the cuff got uncomfortably tight because it wasn't close enough to my skin. I overheard that a visit is $250 without insurance, but since I have insurance, I'll receive a bill in 4-6 weeks. Based on my experience here, I'd come again if I needed a walk-in clinic. Note: I made an appointment before I came because when I called, Arika said they had a spot open. I can see why another reviewer said that this is no longer a walk-in clinic. I think it depends on how busy it is. While I was there, several people without appointments came in. One person decided not to wait when they were told the wait would be an hour. Another family came in, decided to check in, and came back in an hour. So, while it's technically still a walk-in clinic, your wait will probably be longer than if you called first. read more

I went to Indigo with a fever, ear infection and 2 eye infections. They gave me 7 days of oral antibiotics for my ear infection and drops for my eyes. The next day my eardrum burst. Four days later I had not improved and was feeling awful. I was told that I should be on a stronger antibiotic. I went back to Indigo where they refused to give me stronger antibiotics until I finished the ones I had, but gave me antibiotic ear drops. It ends up those ear drops should not be used if you have a ruptured ear drum. They are not doctors and are terrible PAs. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

Attending Nurse Aman was friendly and quickly registered me but the attending ARNP Irina was not so much. May be it's just the way she communicates, but it felt like she is not happy seeing me there. It felt like my concerns are not serious and not heard and I am wasting time. I don't mind this behavior as long as the medicines works. will update the review once I finish the medicine course Update1: I was prescribed benzonatate and an eye drop, eye drop worked and only benzonatate didnt help at all. Later I called teladoc and they hooked me up with a doctor who gave additional medicines which cured me totally in next 4 days (after I was only with Benzonatate and eye drop for 3 days). Update 2: I receieved a bill for an amount of 374.90 for the visit which I believe was very short. Like if I only take the productive part of the visit where the ARNP listened to me and measured blood pressure etc etc it was probably less than 30 minutes. I am concerned if this is standard practice from the urgent cares as it feels like a loot. Secondly I would be happy if I am wrong but I felt strongly that the focus is not to cure the patient fully and rather keep them sick for a return visit, this is why online consultation like teladoc is getting upperhand. For flue and covid 19 test and just basic consultation with ARNP and you are billing 600 dollars? Are you kidding me? Conclusion: Please be aware of this location multicare urgent care, I wont comment about all the other urgent cares or the other locations of the multicare urgent, I have no way to give negative stars or 0 stars which I would give in this scenario so keeping it as minimum as google let me. read more

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment online through the convenient website they have. My wait was very short and the service was outstanding. From the girl at the desk to the nurse and then the doctor I was blown away by the amount of kindness, empathy, and bedside manner they showed me. I've not had the best of luck in the past 4 years finding a doctor and staff that seem to enjoy what they do and it shows in every way at this particular location. I will recommend my friends and family to go here if they need urgent care. I didn't think the bandage was applied very well so I redid it at home. Came back a few days later at their request and met with an undertone of irritation caused by their own poor communication and clumsy process. I have been fighting a UTI and decided to take care of it today. I checked the website and it said no wait but when the first appt was 4 hrs later, I called. They explained there was a wait and the website (to their huge annoyance) cannot tell the real story/wait. No worries, I was able to get that appt 4 hours later. Everyone was super kind, helpful and genuinely caring. And with luck - really efficient. That was lucky because someone more critical than me SHOULD get priority care but today was fast. Check in process & Nurses The clinic is very clean and the Nurses in this clinic know what they are doing. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists are very polite as well. Wait time The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars was the wait time. I spent about 2 hours there. The wait time to check in was not bad, however the wait time in the exam room was about one hour. I would recommend that even if they are busy they should give patients and estimated time heads up how long it will take the doctor to see you. Best walk-in experience I've ever had. The inside of the clinic is very nice and spacious as well. The front office staff was helpful and friendly, offering beverages as well. I was able to be seen quite a bit sooner than the wait time I was quoted. The provider that I saw was caring, nice, and gave me all the things that I need to start feeling better. I was at a different walk-in clinic a couple of weeks ago in which they weren't proactive enough about trying to treat me and over 2 weeks later I've continued to get worse and have been sick for so long now. I really appreciate the great care that I received here. This will be my urgent care of choice from now on. I am so thankful that I will get to feeling better soon thanks to Indigo. read more

This place turned me away. I broke my foot a few weeks ago in another state and my doctor directed me to get another x-ray when I came up to Washington to ensure my foot is healing correctly or to see if there are any issues with it. The doctors condescendingly told me that they will have to charge me in full and will have to deem the injury urgent before we can get you an x-ray. They had no interest in understanding what my situation was and what would be the best option for me. You would expect doctors to be able to diagnose a problem or situation better. These ones clearly don't care enough. Cut me off before I could explain myself. Also offered no other recommendations. IN LIEU OF THAT, I went to a different urgent just down the road and explained my same situation and let me tell ya- what a night and day difference. They were so nice and helpful and really tried to understand my situation so that they could help me the best way possible. They took me in, helped me with my out of state insurance stuff and were phenomenal. Tied to larger hospitals and specialists so when my out of state insurance gets figured out, I can go to actual podiatrists and they can use my info and x rays. Go to an EvergreenHealth urgent care! The front desk people are so rude. I've been there 3 times encountering with 2 different receptionists and both of them just have nasty attitude for no reason. One, it's way too early for you to be acting up in the morning like you're at the end of your shift when the doors just opened. Two, you should think about changing your job if you can't handle dealing with patients who is already having a bad day because they're not feeling well and that's why they're there. And three, before you assume you should ask the right questions so you don't have to apologize for being rude for no reason. However, Yooni (the provider) and Tiffany (the assistant) are both amazing with great attitude. They've been nothing but sweet and informative. Booked two child Covid tests through Solv app. They didn't post any requirements for the test (symptoms, no symptoms, exposure, no exposure). Went through all of the online check in process and provided them all of our personal information to get into the clinic and be "checked in" by the staff. Front desk attendant questioned me about why we needed the test and I explained that our school did pool testing and someone in his class came up positive so we don't know if it was him or not him. They continued to grill me about the date of last exposure which I said I wouldn't know because it could have been my kid but I wouldn't know where he got it. They let me know that they were only doing direct exposure tests or I would have to get a "school screen" test at the price of $250 per test. I understand it's a pandemic so I should be grateful anyone is even showing up to man the front desk, but given Indigo is a large urgent care facility backed by a large regional health system, it feels like they could have provided more transparency in their booking process. And instead chose not to provide the transparency to get me in their clinic to pay $250 for a test. I could have booked another site and instead came here and now all the other sites are booked. I would avoid booking this site for testing so you don't have to go through that same hassle. read more

Indigo is calling themselves urgent care but they fleece the public with their incorrect schedules to get you to commit to going to their establishments rather than another close by urgent care option that actually does have open appts. We have used this clinic regularly since it opened but after our last experience, we will not be going back. First off, this is not a "walk in" any longer. Luckily we had an appointment but while we waited, we watched as several people were turned away as they did not have an appointment. If you are needed to be seen that day, another clinic may be a better option. The front desk people are not helpful or friendly at all and seem to make the check in process unnecessarily difficult. Also found out that we now have to pay our deductible up front which was $150 rather than our co pay. Waiting room was not clean with used tissue laying around from other patients. Yes I was thirsty and did ask for water and he did bring it in for me. Wonderful experience. I'm so sorry I forgot the doctor's name that saw me . But I fell and slip on my patio on Monday. And by Friday I was still I pain so I went to see them. He thinks I didn't fracture or break my bones. So his suggestion was to wait a while and take ibuprofen/Tylenol and ice/hot pad on my back. I recently visited this urgent care twice to get a cut on my hand glued, and for a follow up. On my initial visit, after my mini evaluation, I informed Rachel at the front desk that I do not have insurance, but I had a card that recently expired. She INSISTED that we try it anyways and I explained how I cannot afford to be seen if the card doesn't work. I expected her to tell me that the card was expired, but she 100% guaranteed me that my insurance will cover it and kept on insisting that "it will be fine." After my appointment I was told again that I will be covered. I was re-assured about 5 times throughout my entire visit that the cost will be taken care of by my insurance (minus the copay). Today I received a full priced bill in the mail, and I am expecting another one for my follow up soon. I now have to pay $225 per visit because I was misled and misinformed. Today when I called and explained how I was mislead after making it clear that I could not afford to be seen, the only thing Mark could tell me was that there was a glitch in the computer. I now have a $550 bill to pay for trusting the team at this urgent care. I am disappointed how I was taken care of so unprofessionally and I will not be returning here ever again. I was told my neck was too big and my bmi was too high lol normal for a stocky guy who works out 3-4 times a week. They took my weight and didn't subtract any amount for my clothes. I was 16lbs lighter on my scale at home. They ordered me to see a sleep apnea specialist, then come back and pay another $175 for an exam. I got the impression that all they wanted was for me to return for a second appointment and pay for another exam. Meanwhile, my 60 year old dad passed his exam the same day through Kaiser. read more

Well, this experience getting a COVID 19 test was just the worst. I first tried making the appointment online but the instructions were very confusing. One page said that I had to make an appointment and another said that they were accepting walk-ins. Being confused, I decided to call to hopefully get some more information. The lady on the phone told me that their website was incorrect and "not good". She then told me that if all i need is a COVID 19 test, I could just make the appointment online. When I showed up for my visit, I walked into the foyer of the waiting room (approximately 4' x 4') and was greeted by the woman doing the pre-screening. I then went to the front desk where they took my insurance/ID and then asked me to have a seat "at number 5" even though I had just seen someone else sitting at that seat without it being sanitized in between. I just found myself another seat to sit in rather than make a scene. After being escorted into a room, they told me I needed to have all of my vitals taken. I told them that I was only there for a COVID-19 test and I did not want to further expose myself if possible. They explained that they could "only perform the test if there is an exam done". THIS IS NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR EXPLAINED BY THE PERSON ON THE PHONE. They also told me that if I just wanted to have the test done, my insurance wouldn't cover the cost but that I could have just done a virtual visit and come in for the nasal swab. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT EXPLAINED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE OR WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH THEM ON THE PHONE. I explained that this would all have been very nice to know had they explained any of this to me and that I still did not want the exam done. Their response: "We can do the test and exam and bill your insurance, you can have the test done without the exam and we will bill you or you are welcome to leave. However, because we see 30-40 people a day, most being here for COVID, you are already likely exposed so we could just get the test and exam done." Feeling like I was left with no other option, I just chose to bite the bullet and finish what I came in for. On a side note, the doctor and manager that I spoke to ALSO complained about the lack of correct information on their website. Yes that is correct, 3 different people complained that their website was an inadequate source of information. Upon being told I was good to leave, there were 2 incoming patients standing in the foyer waiting to be pre-screened. These 2 people were forced to stand less than 3 feet from each other and also forced me to wait to leave. I was asked if I had been helped yet, I replied, "Yes. I am just waiting here until I can safely walk out the door with maintaining the 6ft requirements." This experience has me feeling like I was MORE EXPOSED to COVID-19 than I was before coming to this location. I am an essential worker and will now be getting a second test at one of the drive through facilities to make sure that my experience getting tested at this location doesn't expose COVID-19 to anyone else. read more

Myself, my husband and my 3 year old daughter came here as soon as they opened. We were seen by doctor Karla, who did not seem to listen to anything myself or my husband said about any of our symptoms. We were all complaining of ear pain after having a cold for over a week. She said none of us had ear infections, prescribed Flonase and basically rushed us out of the office. We have all been seen by other doctors since this appointment who have confirmed ear infections and properly prescribed medication. I would not recommend this clinic or any of its doctors. This is my second experience here, and my second time leaving with an incorrect diagnosis. Go to literally any other walk in. read more

Fever, chills, body aches, diarrhea, headache and nausea don't qualify for a Covid test? What kind of place is this? I live with my 87 year old grandmother and high risk parents, and the provider decided I shouldnt get a test based off of speaking to me for LITERALLY 15 seconds. If she's so confident that I don't have covid, why was she standing at the doorway and hiding behind the door? And why did the medical assistant come in with a full-blown disposable scrub suit and safety goggles? I took Tylenol to reduce my fever and apparently that means I'm not sick anymore. The two front desk ladies were very kind, but what the heck is up with this place? Lousy provider, no sense of bedside manner, empathy, or diligence in her practice. If I were to have Covid, it could very well kill my grandmother and 67 year old father. And they won't even bother testing me because why? Because Tylenol reduced my fever? She asked if my fever was resolved and I said "for the most part, yes." And she apparently took that as "all my symptoms are resolved". The MA came in and tried to argue with me "you just told her that it was all resolved". Maybe if the doctor had spent more than 15 seconds speaking to me at the doorway she would have been able to understand. I would be ashamed to be a doctor if that's how I cared for my patients. They had written all over to leave them reviews - well here I am! What a laughable practice. Avoid this place if you're looking for actual medical care. For those of you who are wondering: I drove to Everett CHC immediately after, and what a world of difference. Kind staff and the doctor was extremely diligent, thorough and caring. She listened, asked many questions, and did a physical examination on me - that's right, she touched me! Instead of hiding behind a door 10 feet away! I was with her for probably 15-20 minutes (not seconds). She was thorough enough to consider other possible conditions and told me to come back if I experience worsening of symptoms. Really very good care, efficiency, courtesy. I went for a Covid test, got lost in the appalling no-numbers-visible 164th, and was 45 minutes late. Staff were not put out at all, quickly sorted things out, and in 10-15 minutes I was taken to the testing room where an extremely kind nurse did the test. I was then interviewed by Charity, a nurse practitioner who was equally kind and attentive, A most positive experience. read more

I wish I could give negative stars!! I'm a very patient person so when I was sent away and couldn't do my simple test because the doctor or whoever had left before 2pm on a Monday, I went back home. (I get it, things happen) I mentioned the company who sent me there and the nurses told me to call before I come in to make sure they could accommodate me. So I called the next day and they told me to come on in, they had the staff they needed. After driving there I was turned away again! I guess the rules had changed in less than 24 hours and they don't work with that company anymore. Maybe you should tell people who call in exactly as asked that the rules changed overnight.
