A person comes there and is in pain and they get talked down to and disrespected. I felt like after my last visit that I needed to leave , I regretted coming and the doctor only seemed concern about his license and talked over me and then was rude to me and made me feel like a very unwelcome visitor . I REGRET DARKINING THEIR DOOR STEP . See I work 3rd shirt . Its like living in another universe. You see people , you want to do things but when you get off. Everything is closed. I came here on Monday 11/27, and was sent home with prescriptions. Due to insurance, one of the scripts needed to be amended. Myself and my pharmacy was unable to get ahold of this clinic for 4 days. When trying to call, it immediately tells you nobody is available and to try again later. We tried multiple times everyday and got the same message. I finally got irritated enough that I drove 30 minutes to confront them. This is what I saw when I came in. Both receptionists had their phones off the hooks. No wonder you cannot get ahold of them. This is incredibly unprofessional, and ridiculous. Answering phones is part of your job. Just because you are busy, doesn't mean you get to write people off. It reeks of entitlement and stupidity. Once I got there at 11:05 the receptionist told me they won't see me. I asked her "why did you tell me you would hold my appointment for 10 minutes" she responded with "I can't check you in". I have been a long time patient with Providence, after today I will be taking my care elsewhere. 1. Came in today for a COVID TEST. The clinic had one line for everyone needing to be seen. No one was social distancing. We have a highly contagious new strand going around but let's have everyone stand in line together. 2. The check in process was atrocious. The front desk staff was rude. The question they asked were ridiculous. 3. Covid testing IS FREE. Which clearly this clinic just cares about making a buck because I was asked if I would need financial assistance for today's visit due to not having insurance. Why would I need that for a simple test THAT IS FREE. 4. I was treated like an office visit. I was more seen for my symptoms rather than the test. Has my BP taken, nose and ears and throat checked. He also needed to listen to me breath. I've been tested before for covid and I've NEVER had any of that done. (Once was at Everett clinic, took me back did my test and I left.) 5. My after visit write up by the doctor is Laughable! He states he discussed with me the possibility of my symptoms being a URI, Gastro issues, the flu etc....which no he did not! He also stated that I had no exposure to covid when I specifically stated I had. He also reported other things that were not discussed nor do I know what he is talking about. Again I came in for a simple COVID TEST not a flipping OV! I am expecting a ridiculous bill in the mail which I will NOT pay! I have reached out and asked for a higher up to contact me. If I do not hear from anyone I will be calling the state covid department. If you have been exposed to covid or having symptoms and need to be tested DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I was referred by my PCP (primary care physician) to get in quickly to have a diagnostic x-ray to help determine the cause of my complaint. To shorten my time, I had a virtual appt with my doctor, who called in ahead, so the imaging department was expecting me. Instructions were left as to the type of imaging that was needed. This clinic followed through as was expected and provided the needed information. All went well. It was a smooth experience with rapid in and out and needed results. It is possible that without my PCP's clearly stated objectives that there may have been other outcomes as mentioned by other yelpers. I was anticipating that possibility, so not to chance any blunders, I asked for support. Would I come back? Only if I got the same support to head-off any glitches. read more

They wouldn't even refund my copay. Don't bother looking at the website to see what the wait is, it will be much longer because they put 5 other people in front of you. No signs outside indicating this is an urgent care. It just looks like a non-descript medical building. Brought my daughter here for an allergic reaction. The MA and PA were great with her. I really appreciated they had oral steroids on hand. Didn't have to poke her. Yay! The PA called in her meds to the only late night pharmacy and was really easy to communicate with about my daughters needs. Despite arriving 30 minutes before closing on New Years Day, we didn't wait long and were in and out in under 40 minutes. read more

I brought my 80 year old father hear after a bad fall thinking he had broken ribs as he was in terrible pain fortunately it turned out to be bruised ribs. I asked for him to be precibed a few pain meds as he was in intense pain and we were treated like drug seekers ! The doctor was very rude and dismissive. Being a nurse I know exactly why he was acting the way he was. Absolutely shameful to assume that anyone in pain is a drug addict! I would never send one of my patients home to suffer in pain like this I'm so disgusted with this clinic I can't even express. Meanwhile I just checked on my dad and is in 8/10 pain so I'll be taking him to the ER now where they have doctors that actually do thier job. I would not recommend this clinic! read more

After waiting at the reception almost 30 min., being sick, that girl still somehow missed to put in the insurance info, even if I watched her myself when she scanned the card, at least 2 times so we ended up as a self pay on the bill. Then the C19 tests: after 3 days they were not able to deliver the results completely. From 3 people only 2 git them and mine still not out, have to wait 2 more days for this CRAP! Absolutely atrocious patient care. Was being seen for simple follow up appointments via telehealth for medication changes every 6 weeks. Mind you each appointment I had was exactly the same. Check in with med dose, raise dose, end call. My last two appointments they billed me at a higher rate that was nearly a hundred dollars more than the original bills for each appointment. When I contacted their billing team they told me it was due to it being coded for a higher level exam. But nothing about the follow ups had changed. The first time I asked them they claimed it was due to the appointment running longer than the original time span to meet the code requirements for a lower charge. Which was not true. My telehealth visits were never over 30 minutes. They claimed they were. I appealed this claim and was still charged the higher amount and denied. At the next appointment I had I spent less than 10 minutes speaking with my PCP Dr. Kristin Obillo, less than 10 minutes. In order to ENSURE I wouldn't be over charged with false coding due to "exceeded time" I made sure to wrap things up quickly, let my PCP know how my med dose was working and immediately ended the visit shortly after. They again coded my appointment at a higher charge rate. This time I was furious, I sent messages to staff multiple times and barely got any response. Called their billing team who tried to tell me that because I had upped my meds I was being charged more, to which I told her that was true of ALL the appointments I had with them from the beginning. I upped my dose at every check up. Their head in billing was rude and didn't seem to care at all that the appointments were being coded wrong for now a second time. I sent messages to my doctor and was left on read with absolutely no response whatsoever. Their patient care is ridiculous. As someone who was being seen for mental health purposes it's so sad to see a clinic take advantage of patients. I work in healthcare, I work in insurance IN healthcare. I know how billing and how med codes work. By definition this clinic is committing fraud. When the money is more important than the patients, that's when you should reevaluate your business. The way this clinic treats their patients truly shows the ugly and greedy side of the medical field. Unfortunately I had to transfer care to another clinic due to these issues. No resolve was given from the clinic for any of this. read more

Two days before vacation, I realized whatever bug I'd thought I'd caught wasn't budging, and when I couldn't find a local physician with appointments available, I was pointed to the Providence walk-in clinic. I had really low expectations. The parking lot was jammed, and every walk in clinic I've gone to has been awful with really long waits. I'm shocked to report that I was seen by a physician before I even had time to finish the paperwork -- less than 5 minute wait. Overall, I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and the doctor I saw was even kind enough to call in a refill for a couple of my other prescriptions. Don't get me wrong -- the experience felt like Choose-Your-Own-Diagnosis. I would not go here with any serious or strange symptoms. But, if you feel fairly confident that you have a common illness or injury and just need treatment or a prescription, this is a very painless option. In my case, I was pretty sure I had a sinus infection (after you've had a few, you know the drill) and was happy to be able to deal with it on my lunch break and still have time to eat lunch. read more

I came in here right before a busy time. I was in and out in less than an hour. My wait was less than 5 minute. The receptionist was very nice. The nurse was very standoffish and acted as if she did not want to be there. The doctor was prompt and nice. She knew what she was doing. I will be back here again. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. My feelings are all hind sight. My daughter who is almost 4 has a bad cough she had already been into a different clinic the previous week, but it had seemingly worsened. The doctor did not check her ears which is incredibly weird, and after listening to her breathing sent me in for X-rays. The technician was less than hospitable and did not feel the need to give my child anything to cover up with. They made me remove her sequined shirt. That worries me after the fact. I believe that the doctor knew that there was no liquid in her lungs, why other than to upsell services would he make her under go costly and harmful xrays? Again this is thoughts I had after the doctor had me go in and the technician had already taken the photos. I feel I was violated as well as my child as a clueless parent only wanting to do what is best for her sick child, and thinking at the time that doctor knows best. I am having extreme anxiety over this visit as a whole and am nolonger using providence at all if I can help it. read more

Luckily we saw her the next day. Our primary care provider couldn't believe they didn't do anything. She needed her ear cleaned out and inspect the ear drum.. she wants to see her again in two days to make sure it is healing well and if not she needs to see an ear doctor. I went for a suspected sinus infection (never had one so I wasn't sure). It was a little busy but I didn't mind the wait. The check-in lady was very nice, took my info, and said there would be about a 40 minute wait time. Maybe 20 minutes later the nurse called me in - so quick service is a plus. But that nurse... she had a snotty attitude. I always get super nervous when I go to a doctor's office which makes my blood pressure skyrocket. I mentioned that to her right before she took it and her reply was something like, "Do I look like I'm wearing a white coat?" Pretty sure that's something I should maybe mention since she probably would have asked me after she saw the reading. There were other things she did/said but whatever, I don't need to list them all. I get that people have bad days, but I don't think that's any excuse to give attitude to patients like that. I waited another 5ish minutes and the doctor came in. She was amazing. She actually listened to what I had to say (the nurse didn't seem to listen at all) and was so nice. I'm sure she could tell I was a little stressed being there. She confirmed I had a sinus infection and wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic along with explaining exactly what it was and how to take it. She also helped me with another unrelated question and suggested a doctor in the building to make an appointment with. If it wasn't for the ray of sunshine of a nurse I had, I think I'd give this place 5 stars. Plus they have a little cafe. That's very nice to have there :) read more

The issue we had was the initial check station because of covid. I appreciate the screening, however, having to convince someone I need to accompany my husband is belittling to him and me. I do not understand that service animals can accompany someone but I have to go into detail, which can be undignified, on why I need to go with my spouse! Then, I heard them laughing because one of them told a man he had to go outside and wait in his car and could not accompany the person he brought to the clinic! Sometimes, reasons, such as forgetfulness or cognizant deficiency, are not wanting to be advertised by the patient or the spouse/partner or caregiver. Also, if a patient is stressed having a second pair of ears to hear the doctor's instructions is essential! If a spouse/partner or caregiver is with the patient there is probably a good reason. After all, no one WANTS to put themselves at risk of contracting any infection at a clinic but recognizes the NEED to be present. The staff of Dr Khademi's office are ALWAYS respectful and caring, for which we are grateful! read more

I recommended this walk-in clinic to a friend of mine after her child hurt his wrist. I heard this clinic doesn't have such long wait times. Well my friend said that indeed they were seen pretty fast and didn't have to wait long. But the doctor that did the x-rays was not friendly at all and after finding out that the child indeed had a broken wrist called the CPS (child protective services). That was completely uncalled for! My friend explained that the broken wrist was an accident! Not abuse! But the doctor really didn't care. Well, that was the first and last time that I was recommending this walk-in clinic! I brought my daughter, 6yrs, to what I thought or what used to be Children's hospital walk-in clinic... When I got there I realized it was now a Providence walk-in. Anyways, it was around 7pm, keeping in mind that they close at 8pm. As soon as we entered the building people were being directed by symptoms, though my presenting complaint for my daughter was difficulty urinating - due to 3 days of fever, and the fact she had had a covid test that very afternoon at childrens hospital drive thru covid testing - they directed us to the "covid concerned area". I get it, we both had masks on and I went as directed. Front desk lady seemed nice enough - although, I'm unsure what happened to my insurance information that I provided to her (as my bill shows I'm "self paid/uninsured"). Here's where I should have just cut my losses and got up and left. There we three people to be seen in front of us, while this "Doctor" (Philip Hassrick, MD), was in between patients - he could be seen through the reception area with his disposable gown hanging off half of his body and his mask dangling from one ear loop. It was obvious to me that these items were not changed in between patients. I should have listened to my gut and left, though we had already been waiting for 45min-1 hour, I wanted me baby girl to be comfortable and not in pain , I figured if I could just get this haphazard Dr to examine enough to determine a UTI or something we can get antibiotics and go home...not the case. Just before we are called in, I hear nurse prepping Dr on my daughter, before even laying eyes on her, he determines he will likely send us to ER. The nurse is nice enough, and although she tells us " your daughter has too much going on, we recommend ER". I shake my head and get up to leave she convinced me to stay saying that he still needs to examine, I question it again due to the fact that he has no intention of seeing my child, she states that it's his due diligence, I'm huffy at this point. So she gets him quickly. He has the same half on/off attire and his mask is barely covering his upper lip. He has me go over all the things all over again - NOT ONCE ASKING ABOUT THE PRESENT PRESENTING COMPLAINT. He gets an otoscope off the wall, makes her say "ahhh" and the moves the same otoscope to her left ear. I put my hand up - REALZING HE HAS A DIRTY OTOSCOPE - CRUSTY YELLOW / BROWN GLISTENING THROUGH THE INSTRUMENTS LIGHT!! BLUCK! - before I could voice my concern, HE went around my hand and touched my daughters outer ear with the grossness... I raised my voice and said "THAT IS DIRTY!!!". His only response was, "oh sorry". I'm really super mad at this point. Got up and he ausculted (listened to her with his stethoscope) her while I was holding her, for no more than 30 seconds. I could not get out of there fast enough! I have since lodged complaints with both my insurance, that confirmed they did not bill them as well as Providence billing dept. Providence Billing Dept state they have sent my concern to a Dept called "Care Assist" and that their review will take 3 weeks, they may or may not get back to me with their findings, but I'm certainly welcome to call in at check on their review determination. Uuugh. Bottom line - JUST GO TO ER. Btw, my daughter did have UTI, fixed with a urinalysis and antibiotics. Thanks for nothing PROVIDENCE. The only way to make me somewhat satisfied is by taking away this bill. Highly doubt this will occur, but either way - my very first yelp review is warranted! read more
