Soon after I sent Aaron the email did get a slew of mail from State Farm indicating that the address change and another small error had been corrected. But still no personal reply from Aaron. I have switched agents. I did get an email from Aaron today. Not about my concerns, but asking why I switched agents.

Every year at renewal time Kim has done a careful review of our policies to figure out which company can offer us the best coverage and service at the best price. "Careful Review" does not mean a few minutes in front of a computer screen. This year Kim spent hours and hours on the process.
