I was graced with amazing instructors Fred and Josh who taught great classes with strong focus on fundamentals and lots of takedowns. Loved the balance and pace of the classes. We focused on grip fighting, level changing, and movement just to start off the class. It then went into takedown practice, move of the day, drilling, and finally rolling.
