I cleared my schedule for the day, as I had no idea when the sod installers would be here. This morning, at 10:42 I called Cindy to ask for a time and got the voicemail. I left a message. No response. I called again at 1:11 and left another voicemail, no response. Called once again and got nothing so I drove down to their offices to get an answer as to when I needed to let the installers in my backyard. I explained the situation to the receptionist, who was very kind and professional, and asked to speak with someone who could get me an answer. The owner, Scott Whitehead, came out and spoke with me. I explained to him what was going on and he asked to come to see it for himself. Half an hour later, after seeing my backyard, he apologized to me. He seemed to genuinely care that my services and customer service experience were below his standards. About an hour and a half later, he had guys installing the sod in my backyard. They finished in about 2 hours and asked that I water it in asap. I just finished watering it in. It looks much better. My only criticism at this point is that the sod they brought in had some crab grass and other weeds that will have to be dealt with later, but then again, so does my whole back yard. Their pricing was very fair and they were beyond, patient, courteous, and professional throughout. My property suffered from severe drainage issues which was putting my foundation at risk. Additionally, grass could not grow in some areas due to the sheer volume of water flowing around my home. Orlando and his team diagnosed the issue and gave me very reasonable pricing options to fit my budget. Orlando always answered my calls and spent copious time discussing the project details and reassuring me of their strategy to transform my yard. When they came out, they brought a sizable team and had a dedicated project manager on site all day. They we're able to finish the project in one day (11 hours)! I am happy to report that the drainage issues have been fully resolved as a result of their great work. Not only do I now have peace of mind, but I now have the nicest yard on the street. There are no weak links on this team. I cannot more emphatically recommend this company. I have already referred them to several friends, family, and clients. We have a row of bushes going right under the length of gutter on one side of the house- they even got all the dead stuff that came out of the gutter off of the bushes. Reasonably priced too!
