Have had All Turf (Suwanee?? branch) provide weed control, lawn and shrub tree fertilization treatment (all the chemical treatments for our property) for over 5yrs now. From the start our lawn was a mess (previous homeowner neglected it) and within a couple of months with All Turf the weeds were gone from the grass and the shrubs appear healthier. The office staff are pleasant and professional and William (service manager at the time may be region manager now, works in hq office) is very good. Whenever I have an issue they usually have a technician come out within a couple of days to retreat or do a service and once had a manager come out just to check. The only minor issue I have is they come often and the cost of their service is mid-high. It just seems they come every other week with either tree/shrub care or weed control spray on the grass but the weeds have been abated and I know what the yard looks like without treatment. I think December and January (maybe February) are the only months I don't see them. Over the years I've had many technicians come out and service the property some were better than others. Most technicians run a very cursory spray or minimally spread the pre emergent or fertilizing granulars over the bushes shrubs trees and ground cover missing spots. Some I've noticed only spend 5-10min on my property which is certainly not enough time to treat all the bushes and shrubs ground cover trees // and if it's the lawn treatment they seem to be even faster which I have not been all that happy about and have considered switching because of this alone. Once I spotted a technician pull up sit in their truck and write up the report and hang the receipt on the door without doing anything but that was a couple of years ago and management assured me at the time that that person was no longer with the company. The latest technician, OVALDO EXPOSITO, has been very good hence this review. I've seen him conscientiously spread the granulars and spray the bushes shrubs ground cover, spray the grass so weeds don't pop up. Please run as fast as you can. My old company Perfectly Green Lawn was bought out by them. They have ruined my lawn along with breaking my sprinkler line with their aeration machine. I usually try to give companies the benefit of the doubt. Bad move on my behalf. I am a pretty easy going guy. I met with the area manager and his answer was it's the drought conditions which was the cause. My neighbors in the same cul-de-sac are under the same conditions and their yards are fine. What a joke of a company. He tells me they are not responsible for the sprinkler line. First he tells me the machine only goes down 6" when they cut my internet line, when I mentioned the sprinkler line, he changes his tune saying the machine only goes down 3". Which is it sir? I guess you live and learn. I will never recommend this company for anything. Get away while you can. I will include pics. read more

All Turf bought out my previous lawncare provider and immediately started demanding I pay $50 before they would start servicing my lawn. The previous company had offered an option for prepayment of $50 to reserve future service. I declined that option. I have spoken with three people at All Turf to explain that my account with Turf Time was paid in full. Now I am getting texts from a bill collector after telling All Turf I do not want to be a customer. read more

Not a customer but they pulled into my property and caused damage. I had cones at my drive clearly indicating that my drive is not to be used as a turn around. But they did. I caught them leaving other wise they would've left much damage to my property after trespassing. Once they were caught I have to admit they did make acceptable repairs within 3 days. read more

Company does not know what they are doing. They killed one of my trees and gave me some crazy excuse that didn't involve them. The tree wasn't of high value but they deny any culpability. Shame they don't want to know the truth so they don't do it to someone else's tree! Beware! I cancelled my service. I don't want to lose any more trees! They take so long to grow read more

They are friendly and do come out but I don't know what they are spreading and if it is even fertilizer or weed control as my lawn looks absolutely terrible. read more

Harold Hembree (Branch Manager) worked miracles on my grass. Not only is he a super nice guy but he is very knowledgeable. My brand-new Zoro Zoysia installed by another company died over the winter 2022. He has consistently come out every month to do special treatments on my grass to save it. I honestly did not think the grass would come back. It was completely brown, and the roots had separated from the soil. I'm happy to report my grass has come back and is looking good.
