I I signed up for this service in May of 2025. I canceled towards the end of the year. They did not service me from December till may. They came out in May and serviced my lawn even though I didn't ask them to and they claim that I never canceled. The weeds in my yard are actually worse this year than they were last year. The service sucks! They promised my lawn would have minimal weeds. Definitely not the case. Moreover I communicated that I have zoysia grass in my backyard and to use a lower strength fertilizer so the zoysia grass would not burn. I communicated my concerns no less than three times. I have been using them for 2 years now and my lawn has never been worse - weak grass and weeds everywhere. On couple of visits the technician didn't even treated the back yard and I had to call them to send him back - they had to verified this first (using tracker) in order "not to over treat the lawn". HORRIBLE SERVICE OUT OF THEIR BUFORD LOCATION. My yard is FULL of poa-annua after their 'CARE' for a year. My neighbor, who doesn't apply anything, has a better looking yard than I do, despite my spending $60 per visit x's 8 visits per year. On one visit, immediately after the hurricane last year, I had standing water (normal) and a back yard literally covered with leaves and they sprayed anyway! No common sense; I wonder what chemicals, if any, they are actually spraying and obviously have more regard for their maintaining their 'schedule' than doing what's best for the customer. Also, I have been chasing the same patches of weeds in the corners of my yard for a couple of years.... Hello!! can't they see this with their own eyes? I would not recommend this company. I will allow the pictures to show you why. On April 1, my grass was coming out of dormancy. On April 5, they came over to treat my yard (routine visit). By May 1, my grass had a huge brown spot. By the end of May, it was like tumbleweed. I have emailed and called them to cover the cost of replacing my SOD. So far, they have blamed it on "winter kill" and refuse to take ownership. Extremely frustrating! And their customer service (especially Kaitlin) is HORRIBLE! They were very attentive and very good at what they did. I have had 2 applications and I already see a difference. I read this one guy and its not reasonable that he would have more weeds. This company has the tools to get your lawn looking lush and green. My neighbor has had them 2 years and their lawn looks perfect. I look forward to that look. read more

If I could give these folks ZERO stars I would. I have been with them for the last 6 or 7 years. At first, they were a breath of fresh air, and I would sometimes even call them to compliment them on the lack of weeds in my lawn. Since COVID, however, they have driven off of a cliff! I have weeds all over my yard, and when I call them back to an additional treatment it takes forever to get it scheduled. Then, when a technician does come out, they seem to be poorly trained and don't have any idea of what areas to spray. I only have them service my front and side yard, but they will ignore large areas in favor of spraying my back yard, which isn't even covered. I call tell because on the follow-up service calls they use a blue dye to show all of the places they've hit. Not only that, but they will spray blue dye on a weed at their feet, for intance, and ignore an even larger weed less than a foot away. They tell me that they are having a hard time keeping good technicians, and I think I understand why. Management is TERRIBLE. A Customer Service Manager was supposed to call me back "within 10 minutes" two weeks ago. I am still waiting on that phone call. The Service Manager told me last week that he would come out this week to talk with me but has not. Also, the follow-up service request I made has not materialized. So, do business with these folks at your own risk. I think they are a dying business. NOTE: I wrote the original review back in October. The manager finally called me asked them to give them another chance, and I did. I removed the review. Since that discussion they came out and made a plan for addressing the obvious problems in my lawn and we discussed that I would not make another payment until I saw progress. Although they committed to the treatment plan they missed applications and were slow to respond to call backs. I gave them one last chance and they did not remember the committment or show up. I was spending WAY too much time trying to supervise them, so I finally-once and for all-cancelled the service three weeks ago. They billed me anyway and threatened to send me to collections if I did not pay, so I paid. In short, BELIEVE ALL OF THESE REVIEWS and DO NOT USE UNLIMITED LAWN CARE. read more

The first two years of service provided was wonderful. I had a beautiful weed-free lawn. At the start of the third season with them, I notice many weeds. I called to let them know about the weed growth. After one or two applications, the weeds went away, and eventually, so did my grass. My front lawn is a dirt field. I had to email mail twice before I received any response. The response I received was that the company asked me for pictures. I sent pictures of the dirt field they cultivated and received no response. I sent the pictures a second time and received no response. I sent a third email asking to cancel my service. I received a phone call from Robert. Robert said he would come to take a look to evaluate my lawn. Due to bad weather, Robert texted me to let me know he could not come as planned but would reschedule. Robert did not call to reschedule. I texted Robert and received no response. I had to discontinue my service with them because I was billed for work that I did not authorize. I had not talked with anyone since signing up and I was billed for additional service I did not order. Then said I was past due paying. I paid it because I have no way of knowing if it was really done but will take their word on it so I am not doing them wrong. They probably did do the extra service but I did not order it. Don't use. Not only did I watch the technician not fertilized my whole lawn they are a rip off. I'm only giving this company one star so I can get my review posted. There is a reason why they only have two stars before my post.! No matter how many times you call and cancel service they claim they didn't get the message. This is a shady company I used in the past and then cancelled due to high cost and poor quality of service. Out of the blue I received an invoice for an aeration which they state is because even though I cancelled fertilization and weed control they are claiming aeration is a continuous year to year service unless proactively cancelled by the client. This is in my view a shady deceptive business practice. Avoid this company at all costs there are better more cost effective companies out there. read more

Have them doing my lawn treatment for 4 years. Like all the services gradually went downhill until. Nov 2022..A technician drives up in the pouring rain. Got out of his truck. Threw a few pellets on the sidewalk in front of the house got in his truck and drives away. I called to complain. I caprltured this on my Nest cam. Great company!! I've been using them for 7 years with no issues. If I ever have questions they are quick to respond and give me guidance on how to make my lawn better than everyone in my neighborhood! ULC came out about a month ago and sprayed for weeds. I called last week because I still have many weeds. I was told that someone would be out in 3-5 days to respray for the weeds. I have yet to see anyone. I have tried calling but have been put on hold every time for as long as 20 minutes, I cannot sit and wait that long, I have called 4 times today to no avail. read more

terrible company, they would bill you, but never came to service my law as seen on my home camera. One time I caught them on camera servicing my next door neighbor in erro. I finally called them to cancel my service, they said it had to be in writing, I sent them a letter but three months later get a collection notification for one application cost. I called them and the said I never canceled my service and the only do over the phone... what a joke. to sum it up, they were very rude and told me my account would stay in collection, so to keep this from showing negativity against me I had to pay it. Very disappointed and annoyed.... I spend countless hours in my yard and flower beds! i worked diligently to to get my creeping Jenny, ground cover, spread in this one particular area. it took me a few years to get it through out the flower bed. in a matter of seconds, it was ruined. The technician spayed my ground cover with poison as if it were weeds. you can't tell the difference between flowers and weeds? maybe you are in the wrong business! I called to speak to the manager, no response!!! I called twice and was told he would call me back. I've been with Unlimited Lawn Care for years, after reading some of these reviews it seems like a lot of people are upset because they don't want to pay their bills and don't want to take responsibility for their role in the lawn such as watering and cutting the grass. I've never had an issue with Unlimited and every time I request a service call, they are out within the week. I recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood. I've worked with the following people from Unlimited and they've always been helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to: Korday, Shemaine, Siera, and Kaylin. I value a company that takes time to break things down for their clients and have built a rapport with myself, and even my son has mentioned they are very personable. On multiple occasions this Unlimited Lawn Care has failed to treat my backyard that I pay extra for, show up at all, or they treat my neighbors yard, Sales team is easy to reach, but good luck trying to cancel or get anyone from Customer Service to answer or return your phone calls. The biggest rip off of any lawn care service company! These guys have come multiple times and barely walked onto the property leaving virtually no services done. No inspection of weeds and lawn issues, just a token stop and leave a sign with a bill. My yard is infested with multiple weeds, and they only put you on a forever hold and claim that they are just too busy to speak to the customer who is required to pay on auto draft. I cannot recommend this company, they dont follow through on their commitments, and their service is subpar. I've had their weed service for 4 years and every year its been a battle to keep my yard looking good as they dont perform well....additionally been waiting over a month for them to correctly aerate my yard that i pre-paid for, and i have called service and talked to at least 10 people and still unable to resolve. Previous years of service were pretty good, but this last year (season) not sure what has happened as clover and crabgrass control is not occurring! Contacted by Kurt maybe a manager by email said scheduled tech to spray weeds. When tech came out, he sprayed about 80 percent of the weeds and said he was to fertilize with granular. Well, tech left no fertilizer applied with still weed areas not treated. Very frustrating dealing with their customer service as usually communicate via email with no direct phone numbers. Completely unethical. When I hired Unlimited, I specifically prepaid for service for the entire year to prevent recurring charges. Unlimited lawn care returned to my property the following season without my knowledge or consent, performed services and threatened to send my account to collections if I did not pay. Do not use this company. They serviced our lawn for a little over a year and 3 months after cancelling called us telling we had a balance of $168 due and they would be sending us to collections if we didn't pay it. Mind you, we did pay everything we were originally quoted we would pay month to month during our service time when we signed up. It wasn't until we cancelled that they wanted to say that we had been on a plan that was somehow discounting the actual cost of services and now we had to make up that difference. Absolute scam. Not to mention I was promised a call back twice for this to be addressed and no call as expected. Also to add the reason we cancelled was because there were several times where the tech would either show up and service half the lawn or not at all and place the sign in the yard and we were still charged for it.
