I've found some great houseplants here that I haven't seen elsewhere and for good prices! I love coming here to look around at all the wonderful plants from roses to veggies to trees to tropical house plants. Definitely quarantine and immediately repot your plants though because I have brought home millipedes and spider mites home from specific plants I've gotten here. I believe their daughter used to work there during Covid days but I haven't seen her around lately but she was very kind and helpful. The owners are quiet but kind. read more

Nursery owned by a Korean couple! They both are kind and helped direct us into an open spot within their small parking lot. Also answered questions regarding light and care. Came for the crops and there's so much to choose from! Varieties of tomatoes, lettuce, pepper, zucchini, kale, herbs like parsley and basil, you name it. Great price, for instance - you can get a pack of 6 bundles of lettuce for $6. For some they have the crops both on the ground and also on stands with labels. There's tons of trees and succulents options too. Pay under the canopy. $10 minimum to use credit card, so bring cash if you're buying just one crop! read more

The good: There are lots of fruit trees and cacti as well as vegetables. A lot of the smaller plants were very affordable. We saw sapote, avocado, apple and many tropical fruit trees. The plants looked well maintained and healthy. The bad: I was hoping to find more planter options but they had only a couple. I wish prices were listed on all of the big plants as well. I was looking for a memorial tree for my mom and I had something specific in mind and the owner helped me find exactly that. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and pulled out many plants so that I could see them better. They have so many great plants there and their prices are reasonable. I found this nursery about 4 years ago. I began to grow organic veggies in the backyard 4 years ago. I got the romain lettuce, cucumber, korean chili, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper in the first year. I also got some seeds from here like perilla leaves, egg plants. They grew fast and the taste was pretty great, sweet and spicy. Today I chose one more hot pepper called Caroline Reaple. I like this nursery. They give a great price, high quality, and service. We stopped by again to buy more peppers today. We began to grow at least 7 veggies in our backyard 4 years ago and we bought the first plants from Evergreen nursery. We found the hottest pepper in the world, called Carolina reaper today. My hubby got so excited to grow this hot pepper. I was shopping at Home Depot for a fig tree, but theirs were dying or dead and still $50! I looked up nearby nurseries and saw this place and I'm so impressed! They have the most beautiful, healthiest plants! And their pricing is so reasonable! Initially I was only looking for a fig tree, however, I ended up purchasing a 4' fig for $25, a GINORMOUS elephant ears potted plant... I kid you not, it was huge and the most healthiest plant and it just so happens to have a small little fig tree growing in the pot as well! The plant is probably 6 foot tall, and all the leaves were green! I scored as it was the largest and last one that they had on the lot and I got it for $125 , and then I saw the tallest, greenest,dracaena tree I had ever seen. So healthy and a dark,rich green that I bought those as well for $100 and they are 6 feet tall and lush. The staff are super helpful and nice and the pricing is amazing for such healthy plants! I love this place, & they are a 1000% better alternative than Lowe's or Home Depot or any other nursery out there! highly highly recommend you shop here for your greenery! Lovely nursery run by a really nice Korean couple! I was in search of some plants for my new place and stopped by with my friend since I was in the area. First thing I immediately noticed was the wide variety of flowers and plants that looked very healthy. Price was super reasonable - I got a small fiddle leaf fig, a larger philodendron red, and a set of plant pots and a tray for $58 which is a really good deal. Local nurseries where I live seem to charge almost $10-15 more for the same plants/sizes. This place is tucked in between the liquor store and the plaza just before the entrance. Parking can be a struggle since they really only have spots for 5 cars so I would try to come here early when they open. Will definitely come here again if I'm in the area! read more

The best well-kept plant nursery I've been to so far on my pandemic quest for indoor plants! They have a great selection of plants, both indoor and outdoor. If you are on a craze right now for exotic indoor plants, this is seriously the place to go. We were greeted and helped by Cindy - she's super nice and knows prices on the top of her head, very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought 4 indoor plants for $40 and they are beautiful. All of the plants look very well taken care of, water still on some of the plant leaves and all of plants look super healthy. Evergreen is located in a Korean commercial area and easy to find. Parking is limited inside but wasn't hard to wait for a parking spot. I can't wait to come back again this weekend! Excellent service, great prices and good selections. I love this place 5/5 from me! This local plant nursery is a hidden gem! Runs by a Korean man who is super nice and helpful! They have a nice selection of larger outdoor trees as well as indoor plants. They sometimes also have some more uncommon/rare houseplants for a very reasonable price! I really enjoyed my time here. It had a small parking lot, and it was packed with Korean ahjumas, so I had to find parking further down the street. Everybody was getting their plant shopping on! There were many plants to choose from here, and I purchased a cute little six pack of coleus plants. So affordable! I found this place because I watched a video from Youtube from plant guy, Patadendron. The hoya collection was ace. I need to go back because now there's gonna be more rare hoyas, so I've heard. I'm really into house plants, so I appreciate the young lady that works there that is very knowledgeable about plants and prices. I came in thinking I'll only get one, and came out with three beautiful plant babies (Nerve plant, String of Turtles, and Pothos N Joy)! Overall: The plants are all pretty much in the open as you'll see once you enter the premise. There's a great variety of different indoor and outdoor plants (flowers, succulents, fruit plants, and many more)! They even have a plant discount table if you're looking for something on sale. I was able to walk around and take my time looking around freely. I basically had the whole place to myself aside from two other customers at the time. It was convenient that some of the plants had price tags, but for the ones that don't you can ask the front. All in all, it's a good place with plenty of selection and fair prices. I REALLY enjoyed shopping here. I came on a Monday on a whim and they were a little low on inventory. HOWEVER, i basically had the whole store to myself and they still had couple of the plants I wanted to stock up on. The plants are really reasonably priced for OC (Idk why OC stores are more expensive?) and I was pretty happy with my purchases. They were in quarantine for 3 weeks and one thing I did notice was that my njoy did have some stem rotting and a little mold (pre-watering for the first time) so I just ended up repotting the njoy in fresh soil and chopping off the rot (thank god roots were still good). In my experience, this is somewhat common because all nurseries water all their plants at the same time whether the soil is dry or not. At the end of the day, they're all thriving and no other issues or pests! Will stop by now and then when I'm in the area! read more

They have plenty of house plants, succulents, trees, pots, etc. to choose from. They are always posting on their Instagram the new stock they get! Love this place because they also tend to carry uncommon houseplants every other week, for insanely good deals too. Last time I came by I picked up a 4" Hoya Hindu rope for $10, a 4" Philodendron Birkin for $12, and a 6" TRAILING Hoya Krimson Queen for $20, can you believe that!? This place is amazing!!! I'm no plant addict or gardening mama, but I totally fell in love with this place! I've always loved succulents, so of course the succulent section was the first place I explored. They have a beautiful variety ranging in sizes at great prices! I would no longer need to drive all the way to LA Flower District to get succulents for cheap prices. In addition, I recently got into gardening, and so I also wanted to start caring for indoor plant babies. We found the perfect monstera plant here! I love that they even have them in three different sizes. As I've mentioned, I'm no plant expert so I don't really know my plants, but there were SO many pretty plants/leaves that caught my attention. If I ever decide to start an indoor plant collection, I'm definitely coming back here for some more pick-me-ups! As a whole, the place is well-maintained, and the plants are decently priced. I've been wanting to add some greenery to my home but was never in awe of some that I've seen at Lowe's or Home Depot. So happy my friend recommended Evergreen! The moment I got there, I was helped immediately. I don't necessarily have a green thumb as I've had a hard time even keeping succulents alive. I was educated just a bit on how to do minimal maintenance with these plants, and they were all such helpful tips. I stopped by Evergreen Nursery to find a new plant for my room! It was also the first local plant nursery that popped up in my search tab, but I'm super glad I came here haha. The parking lot's a bit small, so I parked in the plaza right next to it--which wasn't a problem for me at all! When I got there, I was warmly welcomed by Cindy. She was very informative with all of the plants there, and was able to recommend me a handful of plants that best-suited my interest. If you ask, there are cute pots for sale and they're able to pot it in for you for $3. I ended up getting a "zz plant"! It's low maintenance to care for, requiring little sunlight/water--making it the best plant for me! Thanks again Cindy for your help! ***TIP: If you're there and don't see the right plant you're looking for, they restock on plants every Wednesdays. At first I was a bit nervous because I'm a plant newbie, it is in the heart of the Korean commercial area and I don't know Korean, and it didn't seem to have a physical building (it's in the back, but it's hard to tell whether it's part of the shop or just an office/storage space for employees). However, the employee working that day understood me perfectly well and was very helpful. I was looking for a heart-leaf philodendron, which sadly they did not have, but he recommended the monstera deliciosa and explained it was pretty easy to take care of. I really appreciate his no-frills approach and that he wasn't too pushy, leaving me to decide on my own. I decided to go for it even though I was a bit hesitant, considering prices weren't listed for it and many other plants, though I think I saw prices listed for some herbs. I paid $20 for it, which seems fair relative to its size and fullness (it's about 2 feet tall, 3 feet wide with lots of leaves and new growth), but I'm also not very knowledgeable about plants/pricing--you can be the judge of whether $20 is a good deal. I also paid with cash on the spot, so I can't say as to whether they accept card or not. Overall my experience has been positive. read more

If you live in Orange County, this is one of the better nurseries by far. They offer a variety of indoor and outdoor plants, both large and small. They have garden plants, trees and what I come for- houseplants. The daughter updates their Instagram with inventory everyday Saturday morning and sometimes they get some of the more rare items common nurseries don't have. For example: cebu blue Pothos, monstera siltepecana, syngonium albo, Alocasia black velvet, variegated Hoya Hindu rope, etc. it's a family own shop and if you have any questions they're so helpful. If I'm able to get out of bed Saturday mornings- this is a good spot to hit early to get some of the limited number items. read more
