This place was highly recommended by many people. Really nice small nursery. We were looking to grow vegetables and herbs and loved the selection. Low pressure sales people, reasonable prices and helpful Korean owners. Spacious parking spots, too, though the lot is small. They have some flowers and beautiful trees like red maple. Walking around inspired me, even though I am the opposite of a green thumb. My only ding is that there is no sign and by the time we noticed it, we'd passed it. Look for the vertical Liquor Store sign next to it.

I was looking for a memorial tree for my mom and I had something specific in mind and the owner helped me find exactly that. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and pulled out many plants so that I could see them better. They have so many great plants there and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them again for a lot of my gardening needs.

I found this nursery about 4 years ago. I began to grow organic veggies in the backyard 4 years ago. I got the romain lettuce, cucumber, korean chili, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper in the first year. I also got some seeds from here like perilla leaves, egg plants. They grew fast and the taste was pretty great, sweet and spicy. Today I chose one more hot pepper called Caroline Reaple. I like this nursery. They give a great price, high quality, and service. Pros Price & quality: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Parking: private lots If you need some good veggies and seeds, you need to check here. Whenever I come here, I find other veggies I can grow more. Happy day for me.

We stopped by again to buy more peppers today. We began to grow at least 7 veggies in our backyard 4 years ago and we bought the first plants from Evergreen nursery. We found the hottest pepper in the world, called Carolina reaper today. My hubby got so excited to grow this hot pepper. They offered affordable prices and high qualities of veggies, trees, and seeds. You are not going to be disappointed. Pros Location: easy access from Garden Grove Blvd. Parking: a couple of spots are available Price: great, affordable Service: 5 stars Great place to check the veggies out all the time.

Very cute nursery that may be quick to pass. They have a ton of beautiful plants for indoor and outdoor. Very reasonable prices and variety of vases to also purchase. Definitely coming back for more indoor plants

$25 fig with multiple stocks, and all green and thriving. Compared to Home Depot's stick dead leaves.

I was shopping at Home Depot for a fig tree, but theirs were dying or dead and still $50! I looked up nearby nurseries and saw this place and I'm so impressed! They have the most beautiful, healthiest plants! And their pricing is so reasonable! Initially I was only looking for a fig tree, however, I ended up purchasing a 4' fig for $25, a GINORMOUS elephant ears potted plant... I kid you not, it was huge and the most healthiest plant and it just so happens to have a small little fig tree growing in the pot as well! The plant is probably 6 foot tall, and all the leaves were green! I scored as it was the largest and last one that they had on the lot and I got it for $125 , and then I saw the tallest, greenest, dracaena tree I had ever seen. So healthy and a dark, rich green that I bought those as well for $100 and they are 6 feet tall and lush. The staff are super helpful and nice and the pricing is amazing for such healthy plants! I love this place, & they are a 1000% better alternative than Lowe's or Home Depot or any other nursery out there! highly highly recommend you shop here for your greenery! Everyone who sees your plants will be jealous at how gorgeous they are!

Lovely nursery run by a really nice Korean couple! I was in search of some plants for my new place and stopped by with my friend since I was in the area. First thing I immediately noticed was the wide variety of flowers and plants that looked very healthy. Price was super reasonable - I got a small fiddle leaf fig, a larger philodendron red, and a set of plant pots and a tray for $58 which is a really good deal. Local nurseries where I live seem to charge almost $10-15 more for the same plants/sizes. This place is tucked in between the liquor store and the plaza just before the entrance. Parking can be a struggle since they really only have spots for 5 cars so I would try to come here early when they open. Will definitely come here again if I'm in the area!

Cute little nursery with a variety of plants. Calatheas, birkins, monsteras, pothos, nerve, peperomias, Hoyas, etc and outdoor plants. Prices are pretty fair. Unfortunately there were quite a few plants with spider mites, so just make sure to isolate your plant for a few weeks and clean them :) Tip: check their IG "evergreennursery.gg" for story updates/which plants they have

The best well-kept plant nursery I've been to so far on my pandemic quest for indoor plants! They have a great selection of plants, both indoor and outdoor. If you are on a craze right now for exotic indoor plants, this is seriously the place to go. We were greeted and helped by Cindy - she's super nice and knows prices on the top of her head, very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought 4 indoor plants for $40 and they are beautiful. All of the plants look very well taken care of, water still on some of the plant leaves and all of plants look super healthy. Evergreen is located in a Korean commercial area and easy to find. Parking is limited inside but wasn't hard to wait for a parking spot. I can't wait to come back again this weekend! Excellent service, great prices and good selections. I love this place 5/5 from me! Tip - if you pay cash they won't charge sales tax. If you're looking for pothos, they have a bunch both small and huge hanging ones.

Evergreen Nursery is probably my second home...or heaven on earth...or a little slice of heaven...lol, you get it! You will probably see me here almost every weekend at this Korean-owned literal mom-and-pop nursery (I think it's an older couple and their son/daughter). They carry the most exotic variety of indoor plants, such as begonia maculata, alocasia black velvet, and rare hoyas, at very reasonable prices. There's usually only a few of each kind, but follow them on IG (@evergreennursery.gg) for the latest updates on what they have in stock! Thanks for reading! ^-^

Ask the Community - Evergreen Nursery

Do they sell soil or dirt for gardens?

He said we could get the fertilizer he uses on his plants from him but I didn't see it or any soil so I could say for sure. He's super nice and helpful you should go see him to make sure.

Does this nursery currently have string of hearts?

this might be a late question but now they do! They're juvenile put they have 30+ 4in pots of string of hearts when I went today! go drop buy and get some!!

When planting into the ground, to our dismay, there was rubbish all throughout the pot... so we had to wash off all the contaminated soil and plant it bareroot. Absolutely disgusting they grow their plants with toxic plastic mixed in! They probably get free compost from the city dumps or God knows. The soil was also full of artificial fertilizer pellets which likely contain plastic polymers. I contacted them and they offered a replacement - but, whats the point of that if their other plants are grown the same way. It was too much for me to drive back and deal with that, and I'd set a time to get this job done. Was a little in touch by text with them, they didn't offer any form of refund or discount for the crappy soil condition they sold it in or the trouble to remove it, just the message: "Good luck with the bare root." Also, the tree's root system was actually quite small, a 3-5 gallon pot would have been more than adequate vs a half-filled 15 gallon pot. All in all, way overpriced for this poor quality and hassle. 2 stars instead of 1 simply because it's difficult to find some of these tropical fruit trees and the Vietnamese ladies here were friendly in person. ‍ Hopefully the tree survives the transplant shock, if it doesn't, we will fight for a full refund.

I have worked with many wholesale nurseries and Bolsa knows how to take care of us like no other. They have competitive pricing, they stock unusual plants when we request them and Nicole (my favorite vendor contact ever) has consistently gone out of her way to broker in plant material that we couldn't get our hands on. I have been referring them to my landscape design and contracting friends as long as i have been in business. Here is an example of how great they are. I had a job site about 35 miles away from Bolsa and I was waiting around for the delivery. When I call to find out why they were late, I realized that I NEVER SENT OVER my materials list. Oops! I told my crew to go ahead and take an early lunch and Nicole pulled together a plant list for a full front and backyard and had them at the job in less than two hour. They were so fast and delivered such beautiful material I never even had to admit to my mistake. I read another review that compared them to Armstrong which is not a fair comparison. Bolsa is a wholesale nursery catering to the landscape industry not a retail nursery that caters to homeowners purchasing a few plants for their yard. They are a terrific resource for the landscape designer, contractor or home improvement professional that needs great selection, service and prices. Bolsa Rocks!

Emily's has a large collection of very healthy looking fruit bearing plants. I fell in love with the mango and peach trees. The issue is that very few plants were labeled. They had hundreds of options, so it was like a guessing game to figure out what we were looking at. There was also no pricing listed for the plants available. While I could look past the lack of labels, I was pretty underwhelmed by the customer service at this nursery. The two women onsite wanted nothing to do with us. They never approached us throughout our search, seemed irritated by our price inquiries, and even refused to make a card purchase for a smaller item - after telling us they accept both cash and card. I left a little irked, but luckily there are so many beautiful outdoor plant stores nearby. Wouldn't recommend visiting unless you're a plant expert that can decipher 300+ species of fruit trees with no labels.
