I am a two-time client of PAI. Once in 2016, when I got my hairline & front completely…read morere-established and again just recently (November 2019) to get my crown filled in. I have experienced hairloss since I was 21 years old and this dramatically affected my confidence, my self-image, and even contributed to depression. When I found PAI, I was confident that I would be treated with respect, with the absolute best technology (DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THE OTHER OPTIONS IN TOWN) and the entire staff made me feel comfortable, encouraged, and were ALWAYS available for me. It's a shame to read some of the other reviews on their page, as at least two of them are not legit. I have seen hundreds of examples of successful procedures and I am a walking billboard for PAI Medical Group. I have no problem telling people that I've had a hair transplant and I proudly tell them where I got it done. Super thankful for this business.

I wish I had checked out these Yelp reviews first. I've had several experiences where Google…read moreremoved negative reviews without reason, or a channel to ensure posting. I say that because the reviews here line up with my experience. Two transplants in, and I'm more embarrassed by what my hair looks like now than when I was balding. Worse thing is that now I have these scars, so embracing the bald look comes with revealing those. The first procedure occurred in the fall of 2022, the second in spring 2024. The first was suppose to be all I needed, but due to scabs not healing properly, a second was recommended. (I don't have a history of poor healing.) The second was to address that scabbing, and an opportunity to fill in more areas for a thicker look. Well, my hair is growing, but not in a way that is flattering. I feel horribly self-conscious in work settings, I'm now a "cap guy", and worse is that I look like the kind of guy that you just want to tell "shave it all off". I know why I did it, I can't blame myself for that. But I do wish I considered other locations more thoroughly. I went the route of We Grow Hair Indy rather than overseas for the safety, and easier follow ups. I went with them over other local places because of their assurance that I would not be left unhappy - making WGHI seemingly like the right choice. Two years in - I'm far from happy, not even content. Ultimately it wasn't worth the cost.

I haven't done anything with my hair in a loooong time. Just quick basic cuts, no color etc…read more Finally decided to start treating myself and made an appointment. Got paried with Cianna. Told her I had no idea, other than I wanted a little zing of color - maybe something underneath? And she helped me pick a color and a gameplan. We did just a hint of this gorgeous red/purple/cherry cola-ish color underneath, and a medium brown to cover up a few of my grays (I mean, a few of my strands of glitter, lol) And then she put a couple long soft layers in (havent had layers like , ever, and was very apprehensive). I think it turned out great. I'm already thinking about how we might up the game next time I go back. :) Pricewise, we came out to $155 (before tip) for the cut & color, which included a $40 conditioning treatment. Not sure if that treatment its somehtign I'll need every time, but it was worth doing this time. Also, Cianna recommend some hair care and products but did not push a hard sell (which was very nice). The salon was pretty busy when I was there (a Friday afternoon) and all the other clients looked like they were getting great cuts/colors as well. Since it was my first time there, I have nothing to compare but I *think* maybe some of the salon was a little under construction - maybe a bit of a remodel, becuase the seating area under the dyers and some of the area area around the washing station was a little cramped (not "spa" feeling) - but based on other reviews about hte atmosphere, I'm guessing this might be temporary. Very pleased with Cianna (and also Sierra at the desk) and already have my next appt set in 8 weeks! #ReviewsByRL

I will say, on a POSITIVE note My stylist, Mackenzy was awesome! she did my color , cut and style as I requested and was a a young lady with great talent and wonderful listening skills. ON Another note, I must say that there were a few stylist in the back and at the shampoo bowl that were extremely loud and I'm not sure what was being said as it was in Spanish and at first I thought maybe these were other clients, no it actually was the stylist talking to each other in Spanish and extremely loudly and for long periods of time! they didn't seem to be aware about any of the other clients in the salon. All of the stylist seem to be doing shampoos and color which all looked awesome, but if the volume at the bowl would have been quieter while I was in my chair, I would have been more relaxed. I will return although because I loved my hair.

Once I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and had to fill out new patient paperwork and give my insurance your typical standards. After I completed everything I was called back very quickly. The doctor had came back and answered the questions I had and pointed out things before I got to it. He was very informative and explained things to me to where I could understand it. I love that I did not spend a long time in the office. The customer service was great and I did not have any issues. The office is nice and clean and easy to find. If you are looking for a dermatologist who cares and will explain things to you then for sure check him out.

She came back on the phone and said they did not. I told her that I thought this was strange--that this is a dermatologist and it is advertised on their website. Then she told me the website needed to be updated and that it was wrong. When I questioned her again, she said she had asked a medical assistant but now she would ask a nurse. Evidently, the nurse said they did do peels. When I asked her why she did not know what services the doctor provided, she told me she only works at the front desk. I asked to be connected to the nurse--and then I was placed on indefinte hold. What doctor has staff who work in their office yet has no idea what services the doctor provides?

Having hair loss is traumatizing but what I like best about Hair Club is that no one knows its a hairpiece. I've tried wigs but I always felt self conscious about them and if they would come off, etc. This type of hair replacement is an investment, I joke and say it is my car payment, but for having a consistent stylist who understands me, my personal needs and the privacy of it all - I can't put a price tag on it. It's helped me look younger than my true age, where if I didn't have it, with my hair loss, I would look sick and old. My stylist is a God-Send and what I do worry about is if and when she retires or leaves, what I will do. More stylists should look into hair restoration as a career and of any improvement I think Hair club should do more outreach to beauty schools and experienced beauticians to get them interested in this career.

I paid the couple thousand dollars. They glued on the hair piece and used two face tape. I had the piece on my head overnight after they talked me into trying it out. I came back the next day to return it, and they said sorry no refund, but we'll give you a years supply of this fancy shampoo and hair product that supposedly regrows hair. Took the shampoo, but never got my money back. They have a lot of fancy and confusing terms for a toupee, but they will never use that word. They will not tell you about the glue or the two face tape. They have some fancy words for that too. Don't get conned by this company.
