I began researching hair replacement when I began losing my hair at 25 after Propecia and Finestride did a good job slowing my loss but I didn't like how my hairline looked. I researched options overseas but after meeting with Darren, it was obvious to me of the benefits of staying local. He took time to listen to what my goals were and what options were available to help me achieve them. To me, the most impressive thing was that he kept my goals in mind when I said I wanted to go all out! He helped me define a goal that was age appropriate. Even if they would have made more money, he knew it was important that my hairline to look natural. I'm so grateful, I probably would have made a decision contradictory to my desire to have a natural hairline, if it weren't for Darren. After explaining what procedures would provide the results I wanted. I decided on the ARTAS procedure. Darren explained what I would need to know about the procedure itself and what to do before my procedure. I scheduled my ARTAS procedure for the winter. A few weeks beforehand, they called and helped me prepare for my procedure and revisited what to expect during the procedure. Two days before the procedure, they called to make sure I received the prep kit and instructions for the night before my procedure. They reviewed the instructions with me, made sure I had transportation and accommodations, and addressed my questions. The day of my procedure went just as smoothly as each of my prior interactions with Darren and the team. I was comfortable, confident, and excited! After the procedure they reviewed post procedure instructions with me and what to do post procedure to help me get the best results! I was extremely careful. Perhaps a little too careful. I called and emailed with several questions over the following months and each time I received a call from a friendly team member to make sure my questions were answered. My results are amazing. Hey the billboards are for real after all! Completely fixed my balding crown. Had to post a pic, because it's truly amazing. Don't have to wear a hat in the sun any more, and GF approves! I had fairly advanced hair loss on my crown. But now I'm super happy with the back. The operation and the post op care was good. It is such a relief every time I see a photo of the back of my head, and feel good about it. It's a dadgum miracle! Thank you to everyone at We Grow Hair. Very helpful and friendly. I felt like I was in experienced and capable hands. Shoutout to Darren! Thanks for all your help! And complements to the Doc. Great work. So if you are wondering whether there is a catch, well yes. First, you need to be on Min/Fin (I was already for over a decade, so no worries there). Also its expensive, and after the procedure, I was definitely a scabby swollen mess. (Hence I was happy to be at home and not in a foreign country like Turkey!) It's an outpatient procedure but you are definitely out of commission for a day or two. I was provided a phone number so I could call the nurse 24/7 with any questions. I had some bleeding, but the nurse was very responsive and even came in outside of normal business hours to provide a bit of post-op care. Then you have about a month where you must wear a hat, unless you want to discuss your recent cosmetic surgery with everyone you meet. Cut to 12 months later and all I can say is "Worth it." My hair is now completely filled-in on my crown and front. It looks and feels totally natural. Every time I pass a mirror I have to admire it. YMMV. I had an exceptionally good result. Much of it is likely due to my having high-quality donor hair and getting the max number of grafts. This was not cheap, but I've no regrets getting it done. And I'm glad I went here to get it done. I hope it's ok to rate PAI Medical Group Indy even though I personally didn't undergo any hair restoration treatment. It was actually our son who was/is an extremely satisfied client. Why write a review then? Well, because hair loss is a stressful, delicate subject and when it is your mother the one who approaches her son about noticing his hair thinning, well, you'd better be well equipped to provide a good treatment option. As a young 26 year old young man with still quite a lot of hair, he finally agreed to a free consultation. Our free consultation was a little over a year ago and the result of my son's procedure a resound success. However, my 5 star rating goes beyond results. From the moment we step into their offices I was impressed by the level of customer service and professionalism. Our son's hair loss was mostly noticeable to us but he still had a nice amount of hair. Upon reviewing the result of the consultation, Todd proceeded to explain our son's hair loss cause (hereditary) and gave us a number of options to choose from to maximize hair growth. Todd was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt he was trying to sell us more treatments or procedures than what, in his opinion, would give our son the best chances to regrow his hair. He clearly explains process and what to expect. He had an honest answer to all of our questions in regards to the procedure, post op, financing, etc. When we left our son felt well equipped to make the best choice for him and he chose PAI. At an early age, I started to notice hair loss, which is something that very much concerned me. While I made jokes about it, I was extremely self-conscious. By time I was 28 years old, I was completely bald. Of course, sadly, this affected several areas of my life. So, I decided to do something about it. I met with a few different companies to see what their options where, and PAI Medical Group offered the best product for me. I fell in love with the staff, and I completely felt comfortable moving forward. The surgical aspect was concerning to me, but everyone there made me feel like I was the most important patient they've ever had. I looked at the surgical vs. non-surgical routes, and while the surgical route was more expensive up front, the non-surgical route was going to be FAR more expensive in the long run due to monthly maintenance fees. I was so pleased with my first procedure, I decided to have a second operation. The first procedure covered the front of my head, and the second covered the crown. Since I had such heavy hair loss, I had to have two procedures. The results have been so amazing, my confidence has shot through the roof. I am no longer self-conscious about my hair. Unfortunately, it requires a minimum of at least one star to be selected for a review and even giving a one star rating for this clinic would be a massive overstatement. My hair transplant results here were very awful. Extremely poor management and customer service. It's very important finding a good clinic for hair transplant procedures and this is without a doubt not one that you will want to come in contact with. Don't be fooled by their high end marketing scheme of pictures, videos, and reviews. Their is a reason why they do this and the best hair transplant clinics don't do this. The good clinics don't do this because they actually have a good reputation and allows their actual real results to speak for them through past clients experiences. This clinic does not actually have this and is nothing more than a "sales strategy" for them to run through as many people as they possibly can. Don't fall for their strategy to make you believe how they have your interest in mind. Their only interest is sales, sales, and more sales. I couldn't be happier about my choice to go to these guys! I traveled out from Los Angeles (chose them over Beverly Hills) because of how incredibly comfortable and trustworthy they made me feel.
