He did nothing to check the sensitivity but was more focused on selling me products. The minute I got into the car I was being called by a company wanting to sell me supplements. Consulted with my -Romany doctor on these supplements and was told it was a waste of money to buy. Also received a call to do testing to see how my blood flowed into my feet I declined it because that should have been check by the,podiatrist using his hands. Guess since he is the only game in town he can get away with all this hocus pocus nonsense. Well I see a true podiatrist the actually spends time on my feet the right way.

I have used the same information with other clients and it was enough but for some reason ( probably because it was a lot of work on her end) she refused to try and see if the insurance was correct. These people come to us from all walks of life and many do not have actual insurance cards let alone clothes or personal belongings and more importantly some of these insurance policies don't even come with cards.I would not recommend this office to anyone who doesn't have a very deep knowledge of exactly how medicare and medicaid work because if you don't they will simply say they won't help you. Or you don't have coverage. They have missed out of our business and I was always very empressed with Dr. Mossel in the past when we worked with him. The staff are friendly and professional, plus I have never had to sit in their waiting room more than several minutes before they bring me into their clinical area. My time is valuable, and I am glad that they understand that fact. Although they move things along very efficiently, I have never felt rushed. I come in, have my procedure, and get back to my life (pain free) until it is time for another visit. I have had my injections performed by both Dr Girish Juneja and Dr Roman Zolotoy and have been very satisfied with both physicians. Great care!

Have used the one on Gilbert a couple of times with good service. Everyone was nice to me. Have gone to the MCPC in Canadian Lakes for years and have had good service. I sometimes have to wait for prescription refills, but their statement clearly says to allow up to 72 hours for refills. I try to do that, and find it reasonable. It takes a while to get an appointment for routine things, but that isn't any different than all doctors. They are all busy. If I am really sick, they will get me in. My husband has gone to the MPCP Pain Clinic on Gilbert for years and gets excellent service.

I called them back to reschedule, and was informed that because it was classified as a no call/no show, they will NEVER book an appointment for me. I am not one to no call/no show and understand their frustration when that happens. However, I am also a business owner and appreciate new and existing clients and view them as more than just a billable hour. Clearly, if Michigan Primary Care Partners can't make a quick buck off your insurance, you have ZERO value to them. Since they clearly have no interest in MY business, or the business of anyone else I would refer, the best I can do is to warn ANYONE and EVERYONE ELSE to go elsewhere, unless you are looking for a doctor that doesn't care at all about the patient and only what they can bill.
