They charge us for a complete physical and no physical was done. If they truly did a physical on my husband like they are charging us for they would have caught the heart defect. The office manager Melissa is very unprofessional. The billing office is not much better. I have been dealing with a Kathy and Samantha there. They are unable to code the bill for the insurance. The sad part is that my insurance has called the office trying to help them with claim. These people are stupid. I think you would be safer going to your veterinarian. Please run!

He did a wonderful job both in the way he communicated and the way he performed the testing. Although this is a generally an unpleasant test, he made it much less so. Dr. Justin Jabara explained his findings and my MRI result in a very clear and concise manner while answering all of my questions and interruptions. As I moved along the chain I met with Dr. Christine Bowman. She made everything I was considering come together as a plan that I could digest with comforting knowledge for pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care and recovery. I am very happy to be working with such a great team of caring individuals. From the intake process through consultation, testing, surgery, office care and discharge; OAM is the best.

I had one of the most negative experiences I've encountered at a medical practice. As someone who…read moreworks in a private counseling and psychiatry office, I am very familiar with standards of patient care--and I can confidently say that the way I was treated here fell far below those standards. I sought care for a hand injury that had been managed conservatively for several weeks under the guidance of providers at my workplace. When my symptoms failed to improve and began worsening, I was advised to seek further evaluation at this facility. Upon arrival, I clearly explained my situation, including the treatments I had already been consistently following (ice, heat, ibuprofen, and a brace for nerve-related pain), as well as my anxiety due to past medical trauma. Unfortunately, the provider largely disregarded this information. I was advised to continue the same course of treatment I had already been following for four weeks, despite my repeated explanation that my condition was worsening. My concerns were not meaningfully addressed, and no alternative plan was discussed until much later. When the nurse brought in a brace, I explained it was the same type I had already been using without relief. The nurse acknowledged this and relayed it to the provider. Only then--after it was clear I was upset--did the provider attempt to revisit my care plan. Additionally, I was deeply uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and professionalism prior to even being seen. I overheard conversations about my case at the nurses' station, just outside my exam room, in a manner that felt dismissive and inappropriate. This contributed to an already distressing experience, especially given that I had communicated my anxiety and past trauma. At no point did I feel genuinely heard or supported until I became visibly upset. Compassion, attentiveness, and respect should not be reactive--they should be the baseline of patient care. As someone who works in healthcare myself, particularly in the mental health field, I find this experience both disappointing and concerning. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, empathy, and careful attention to their concerns--especially when they are in pain and seeking help.

Have used the one on Gilbert a couple of times with good service. Everyone was nice to me. Have gone to the MCPC in Canadian Lakes for years and have had good service. I sometimes have to wait for prescription refills, but their statement clearly says to allow up to 72 hours for refills. I try to do that, and find it reasonable. It takes a while to get an appointment for routine things, but that isn't any different than all doctors. They are all busy. If I am really sick, they will get me in. My husband has gone to the MPCP Pain Clinic on Gilbert for years and gets excellent service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that I feel obligated to…read moreshare it. I attended an appointment as a caregiver for my mother. We arrived 15 minutes early, yet waited over an hour past the scheduled appointment time without being seen. The physician arrived after the scheduled start time, and there was no communication, update, or apology from staff during the delay. After being placed in an exam room, we continued waiting with no contact from anyone. When I attempted to check in at the nurses' station, staff did not acknowledge us. Given the length of the delay and the fact that I had taken unpaid time off work, we ultimately had to leave and reschedule. One purpose of the visit was to renew ongoing prescriptions. After rescheduling, I proactively requested refills to avoid interruption in care, especially given the uncertainty around being able to take additional time off work for yet another appointment. Despite this, I was told to wait until the appointment. This creates unnecessary risk for patients who rely on consistent medication access. I understand that delays can happen in healthcare, but the complete lack of communication, consideration for patient time, and refusal to provide continuity of care were disappointing. Due to this experience, we will be seeking care elsewhere.
