Hi, after reading the negative reviews, I feel badly for those folks and don't doubt their experience. However, to counterbalance this, I have had no trouble with MPCP. Have used the one on Gilbert a couple of times with good service. Everyone was nice to me. Have gone to the MCPC in Canadian Lakes for years and have had good service. I sometimes have to wait for prescription refills, but their statement clearly says to allow up to 72 hours for refills. I try to do that, and find it reasonable. It takes a while to get an appointment for routine things, but that isn't any different than all doctors. They are all busy. If I am really sick, they will get me in. My husband has gone to the MPCP Pain Clinic on Gilbert for years and gets excellent service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband was kind enough to schedule a New Patient appointment for me in August. Unfortunately, my work schedule is difficult to accommodate on particular days, and that was one of those days. There were crossed wires and I completely missed the appointment. I called them back to reschedule, and was informed that because it was classified as a no call/no show, they will NEVER book an appointment for me. I am not one to no call/no show and understand their frustration when that happens. However, I am also a business owner and appreciate new and existing clients and view them as more than just a billable hour. Clearly, if Michigan Primary Care Partners can't make a quick buck off your insurance, you have ZERO value to them. Since they clearly have no interest in MY business, or the business of anyone else I would refer, the best I can do is to warn ANYONE and EVERYONE ELSE to go elsewhere, unless you are looking for a doctor that doesn't care at all about the patient and only what they can bill. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that I feel obligated to share it. I attended an appointment as a caregiver for my mother. We arrived 15 minutes early, yet waited over an hour past the scheduled appointment time without being seen. The physician arrived after the scheduled start time, and there was no communication, update, or apology from staff during the delay. After being placed in an exam room, we continued waiting with no contact from anyone. When I attempted to check in at the nurses' station, staff did not acknowledge us. Given the length of the delay and the fact that I had taken unpaid time off work, we ultimately had to leave and reschedule. One purpose of the visit was to renew ongoing prescriptions. After rescheduling, I proactively requested refills to avoid interruption in care, especially given the uncertainty around being able to take additional time off work for yet another appointment. Despite this, I was told to wait until the appointment. This creates unnecessary risk for patients who rely on consistent medication access. I understand that delays can happen in healthcare, but the complete lack of communication, consideration for patient time, and refusal to provide continuity of care were disappointing. Due to this experience, we will be seeking care elsewhere. read more

Due to the following reasons I am no longer a patient of Dr. Rashmi Juneja: - The last 4 out of 5 appointments, made me wait between 1 and 2-1/2 hours to be seen - Visit Summaries and records incorrect and meds I am taking always incorrect - Ill prepared when seeing me - incorrect medications, incorrect information, lack of a plan for my health care needs - Many tests, procedures specified she wants me to have done have never been addressed and other tests and evaluations required never happened. - on at least 4 visit occasions, i inquired about my issues that she said she would set up a referal - never happened Dr. Juneja started out as a very good, proactive doctor, but, over time as her practice grew she became unavailable and unresponsive. It appears she is too busy and overwhelmed to provide concise, quality helth care for her patients. very sad. read more

I read the other reviews, and felt it necessary to submit mine in support of Dr. Neil Goodman. He is very attentive, supportive and capable. I have been with him for several years and while it sometimes takes a few days to get in to see him, they always give you the option of seeing one of the support staff. He has also given us his cell phone in case we can't get in and want to talk to him directly. He has given me specialist recommendations from time to time and they have always been good and capable. The only reason this review isn't 5 star is that I haven't always gotten in on time and have to wait. The lobby area is spacious however, so you don't feel crammed in next to other sick patients. read more

Worst experience I have ever had in terms of healthcare. They took labs with expired equipment then wanted me to go back for a third time and go through the embarrassment of screening again. After discovering it wasn't even protocol to screen in that time frame, they responded with "well, you can always refuse, that's not our fault" I was treated with complete disrespect and arrogance when speaking with billing to get this resolved. Absolutely frustrating. No one should have to feel that way from their healthcare provider. Needless to say, I won't be back. "Well, that's too bad, but your still liable." read more
