Front desk is very rude and condescending. To bad you have to put a star it should be Zero!

In contrast to other reviews here, I had a great experience at Foothills Pedorthics. Peter Morin,…read morethe owner is perhaps a bit eccentric, but I didn't find anything egomaniacal about his demeanor or the service I received from him. I knew coming in that I was probably wearing my shoes slightly too small, and I was actually very surprised that he was able to make my orthotics fit into my very expensive Ariats rather than requiring that I buy new shoes. And yes, the casting was done in a foam imprint box and then he made small adjustments after examining my gait while wearing the orthotics in my shoes. Quite frankly, I was very pleased to see that he was making the extra effort to adjust my orthotics based on my shoes, my gait, and they way the orthotics worked with both. I'm pretty sure it's like having my glasses adjusted. Have you ever noticed that the optician adjusts your glasses AFTER the lenses have been installed? I'm pretty sure it's the same thing. I've had the nose pads on my glasses switched our, and the arms on my glasses adjusted many times, and often with great precision. My optician ALWAYS asks me if it feels correct. And Peter Morin also asked me if my cast felt correct, and many times during the final fitting process. I think the fine tuning of the orthotics is almost a lost art and science and I felt privileged to have been treated by such a professional with such finely-honed skills. And yes, I had a bit of discomfort the first couple of days after getting the orthotics. Peter warned me not to overdo it at first, and sure enough, I took it easy for a few days and then worked up to full time wear and everything was fine. I had a great experience at Foothills Pedorthics and would recommend Peter Morin to anyone with a difficult pedorthic situation that requires very skilled adjustment and diagnosis.

I presented him with a very complicated medical condition that causes intense pain in my right foot. He spent several hours with me and created a pair of orthotics that have reduced my pain considerably. Thank you Calvin!

And when it comes to professional expertise and clinical knowledge, she is unrivaled. To say that Tammy's orthotics are for feet would be a huge understatement. They create a sense of total body alignment that starts with your feet, carries itself through your knees and hips, up into your back and spine, and out through your shoulders and neck. Wearing her equipment is a TOTAL CHANGE IN HEALTH from head to toe. I am an intense athlete, and I work on my feet all day. I've been using the Good Feet Store orthotics for over 20 years and wear them almost every day…read more I needed to replace my arch support cushions. They were pretty torn up, but you can't order new ones online, you must pick them up at one of their locations. They do request you make an appointment but I took my chances and walked in on a weekday and was served right away. All I needed was a pair of replacement cushions but I had the representative check my arch supports, and they were "flattened out." I was given a brand new replacement pair at no cost. No hassle. The retail price is $549.95 by the way. I've had that happen a couple of other times and both times, I received the same great return/replacement policy. A lifetime guarantee really means, a lifetime guarantee! The representative had me walk on a paper and measure my foot. Not sure what he was checking for. I thought he would try to upsell me into something, but he didn't. Good on him! As for the new pair of replacement cushions that I went in for, yes they had them but when I went to pay, the representative said they come in a three-pack. What? I only needed one pair and the pair I had lasted several years. It was a "gothcha" moment but I had no choice because I needed the cushions. The retail price was $149.95, and I was given a $30 discount for "Cushion Option 1," making the total $127.94, including tax. Makes me wonder if I could have just purchased just one pair? It didn't seem to be an option at the time, and there were no prices posted anywhere. Oh well, I probably now have a lifetime of cushions to go along with my lifetime arch supports.
