The doctor insisted on x-raying both of my feet despite my hesitations, didn't even look at the photos of my non-problematic foot, and then I of course ended up being charged for the extra unnecessary x-ray. I called billing to explain my frustration and was told this was "standard" process. I've been to other podiatrists and this has never been the case. I've seen orthopedists recently for similar issues, and the cost for a new patient visit and x-rays was still cheaper than what it ended up costing me to come here. Dr. Rosenthall was nice enough, but didn't give me an accurate diagnosis, and I was shocked at how much my 15 minute, ultimately inconclusive, appointment cost me.
