I wish I could give 0 stars, but I went into Evergreen today to get a vape, and the gal that was working the vape counter IGNORED me. I was ready to get a vape I stood there for about a good minute till someone else noticed me who was up at the FRONT counter who was not positioned at the vape counter. I then see the girl point at me and looking at me talking shit about me to a coworker or possibly the manager. I work in retail and customer service, and it was so unprofessional! Hire people who can be NICE to all customers. leave personal issues outside of work! Please stop hiring people who can't be professional to the customer. read more

If I could rate them with no stars I would. I have been going there steadily for years, honestly, out of convenience. Never had a problem, so convenient that it worked, even though their staff didn't. I bought a defective torch that worked properly when it wanted to. I am a stoner for sure. But as a clerk if you are too fucked up to do the right thing or at least ask a manager before you refuse to do the right thing and exchange my defective torch for one that works,you need to stop the weed so I can relax and do my dabs instead of getting frustrated trying to get a defective product to work. When I bought it I was assured that it was the best. Best piece of crap I ever left behind in a store. Yes I left it right there on the counter and went to Wenatchee Specialty Store and bought a torch I am more than happy with. I always go there for my kratom and vape juice, as well as coils. Today they just lost a customer. The 2 guys that are working there, one tall with shaggy hair, and one short guy were extremely rude to me. They yelled at me because I went in the back room to see if they had my kratom in stock, I peeked around the sign, and got yelled at like a dog. Then he just walked away, I said I need kratom and he huffed and puffed and got it for me. I told him that I was sorry, I didn't see the sign, and he was dead quiet. Very unprofessional and rude. Then I went to the other guy and asked for my usual coil for my vape, and without even looking he said we don't have them. What? They are always in stock. He was rude and didn't ask me if I needed anything else. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY LOST A WELL PAYING CUSTOMER FOREVER. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN. I called a vape shop in chelan and the guy was really nice, and told me to come there, they have my coils! Sorry to say this but the only knowledgeable people there is the owner and Austin the rest explain every product like it's a miracle bought a juice that another staff told me it was great and good taste.NOPE juice burnt my throat too much that I had to give the juice away. Huge selection, always have what i need and they're cheaper then most other places. They sold me a used tank as new. Got home opened it tank still had burnt juice in it plus a burnt coil. I live out of town so i could not just tale it back. Plus my friend was looking at tanks and batteries the 2 guys in there kept passing us bsck and forth like they didn't want to help us. read more

Been going to Discount Tobacco and Evergreen for a few years now and have never had excellent service, just okay. What can you expect though? These people are dealing with all sorts of addicts. Went in to Evergreen a couple weeks ago and asked an employee what type of bangers people have been buying lately. He told me to, "Do research on the internet." After his comment threw me off guard, considering its his job to sell products to customers, I decided to buy the standard banger. I looked around a little bit and decided I wanted a different nail, instead. When I chose the piece, he said to me, "So you're going to get this and possibly flood it?" WTF bro. You are a salesman and you will only recommend NOT buying products? Spitefully, I bought the piece and needless to say it works like a charm. Unbelievable selection of everything I need (and everything I don't)! At first I thought this would be a grocery-like store, with cigarettes and beer, but this shop goes above and beyond my expectations (especially for a town like Wenatchee- it's a hidden gem!). The owner is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with new vape and glass products, and his passion is reflected in this awesome store! I find myself going more often than I should just to see what's new. I love the prices here (way cheaper than other smoke shops and grocery stores) and the selection of e-juice, and the ability to sample a lot of flavors before buying one (just make sure to bring your RDA). The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. So glad this shop opened up in this area! read more
