I wouldn't go with this service. Ralph diagnosed the sprinkler distributor needing replacing. Trouble was, the sprinkler is still not working, which he blamed on the program. He promised to come fix the problem. He said 9 am, then I called him 4 hours later. He says I'll be there in an hour. I call 3 hrs later, he's 2 hours away. I then call him out on his workmanship quality and quality of communication. So he gets angry and decides he will refund me and take his part back. I say ok. He never shows up. Sunday passes, so I call him this Monday morning. He says he'll be here in an hour. No show. It's pretty clear that he's hoping I'll go away and that Ralph is someone with low integrity.
