Matt did an awesome job with my ceiling fan, chandelier and rowing machine assembly. He's trustworthy and extremely professional.

Matt is awesome!…read more He's super professional, and funny - a pleasure to be around. He worked very fast and did an awesome job on every project.. from hanging a few lights, mirrors, putting furniture together, etc. I'm very particular and he far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend him for any work around the house.

Customers Beware! Property Damage. False Invoices. First Time Workers. Hiring HandyMatt does not…read moremean you get Matt himself as his website and texts suggest. Instead, I received someone who was working their first day ever for Matt with no supervision or heads up. We had a fairly simple workload to get completed. Towel Rods to install and twenty or so art/pictures to be hung. After five hours (5!) we had three towel rods installed and 3 pictures hung. Barely one item per hour. I was texting Matt all throughout the day that the pace of his worker was far too slow. He acknowledged the pace was unacceptable and agreed to comp three hours from the morning to get a more appropriate pace of work to price and to allow the worker to finish the work with feedback his pace had to improve. At the end of the day the worker then spilled paint all over our brand new wood floors in the nursery and onto a Lola blanket that thankfully saved our nursery rocker from being destroyed. He got it cleaned up better than I could have expected, but that was an extra hour at bedtime with babies crying and a room smelling of strong acetone to get things back to "normal". After the fact, I never received an apology from Matt. I was sent repeated texts and emails about paying his invoice. I had provided a link to the blanket ruined which he did not properly deduct the replacement cost from the invoice. He also sent through the invoice with less hours removed than agreed to and said he had "re-assessed" what he thought was fair. That his work speed went up after my complaints so that should have somehow forgiven the snail pace to start the day that was then capped by damage to our property. Overall, the one and only redeeming quality was that the worker was kind and his craftsmanship was good. We let him keep working because his work and presence was not an issue, but his speed and quality for the hourly rate were not at all in alignment. $110/hour is a premium rate for a handyman which means a premium experience. Premium quality and premium efficiency. I made it very known he could continue working but only if his speed was more appropriate or the rate was reduced to match his performance. I left offended by all of my experiences with the person that has their name on the business. Attempting to re-negotiate an agreed upon reduced rate AFTER damage in my home occurred is a bold move to maintain a reputable business. I let Matt know multiple times I would be letting my experience go public with a review and anyone who is considering hiring HandyMatt should really think twice before proceeding.

He replaced old wood with new piece of sanded wood as sealed etc. EVERAND is the owner. He is so professional, knowledgeable and very kind. My husband just passed away to heaven, and usually gets the maintenance projects done in our home. Not now. I needed a great company to help quick. I prayed to have the best repair company help me and found EVERAND'S COMPANY ON YELP with fantastic reviews. I can add to the 5-star reviews because ET's HOME REPAIR & RENOVATION is above and beyond, I am so happy and have peace of mind now. Honest people who help when in need and Christian. The website and how this company is set up is amazing. You get very good customer service. I told Everand, I am impressed from the 1st phone call to detailed emails with pictures of work to be done. This company keeps you posted. Bryan emailed with updates as well. I must let others know how thorough these gentlemen are with their A+++ repair work. NICK came out to get some more work done with painting the wood board etc. and taking old caulking off my master bathroom shower unit then redoing with new caulking. It looks brand new. NICK is so professional, polite and knowledgeable with all his work. I like this company very much and will make sure to use them again and again when needed. VERY THOUGHTFUL MEN and helped me so much through these repair projects. I am very grateful for their expertise as knowledge. The price was very good, and both are very clean/courteous workers. Thank you so much EVERAND and NICK Blessings always Sarah, Bobby above in heaven & our puppy Coco, wagging her tail

Now close to end of August and still crickets. I'd much rather have someone not come over and waste our, and their, time to go through the whole explanation only to never follow up.
