Her contract states the wedding pictures will be on her online gallery within 10-14days. 6 of our wedding pictures maid it on the gallery at about the 8 week mark! The contract states she will schedule an in-home viewing session for ordering the $250.00 dollars in prints that is included in the premium package we paid for. That has never happened and our wedding date was 5/11/2013. When we maid contact about the long delay in delivery of not only the online gallery but also the high resolution CD of our wedding pictures we were put off because this photographer was out of town. We made many attempts but photographer refused to take our calls or return our messages. After many weeks she did text us and eventually she sent the disc. When I tried to make contact again because of the poor quality of her work she refused to speak with my husband or myself to work out a solution. After viewing the poor quality of work it was easy to see why she refused any contact with us. Most of the photos are blurred and or grainy. There is not a single quality picture of the entire wedding party.This photographer positioned my bridesmaids so their heads are blocking the faces of the grooms men! Now we are taking this photographer to small claims court because she failed to meet her own contact specifications and refuses to communicate with us. She flat ignores the phone and I had to post on her Facebook wall to break her silence towards my husband and I. Who does business in this manner? Who ignores their client! We offered a solution of all unedited pictures in exchange for prints (that we paid for and never even received the opportunity to order because she refused communication with us) so we could take them to a professional in hopes to salvage something of our wedding pictures. She agreed to send the unedited pictures ( her photo shop was blurry and incomplete) in exchange but once again this photographer failed to follow through with her word just as she failed to fulfill her own contract! I would not recommend An Enchanting Moment Photography to a single person for any event or enchanting moment throughout my lifetime!
