SUMMARY:: I did…read moremicroblading and shading here and...I LOVE MY BROWS! The salon is super cute and clean. Best of all Jordan was amazing. She was attentive to details, patient with all the questions I had and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this salon! EXPERIENCE:: It was my first time getting my brows microbladed/shaded and Jordan made sure I was comfortable with everything by explaining the process and telling me what she's doing step by step of the way. A very important part of the process was when she drew out the design of my brows. She asked me what I wanted and gave me the mirror to see it multiple times. She even sat me up to check on them since they can look a bit different when laying down. She was very patient and understanding even though I was staring at it for a while to find anything I might not like. She insisted that I be vocal about any changes I wanted. Whether it was a rounder arch, longer length, or if I thought one side was bigger than the other even though she used a tool to make sure it's measured out evenly. I loved that she was so keen on making sure I was 100% comfortable before moving on. Oh! She also does ombre and nano brows so be sure to consult with her what will look best for you! LOCATION/PARKING:: I didn't notice any big visible sign that said "Wink Aesthetics" on it, but it's literally across the street from a Maserati dealership. The outside of the building does have a sign that says "Namaste Massage by Bella". Looks like several businesses share the same building. Just go into that building and walk up the stairs, it's the first room to the left. Definitely recommend getting a sign! As for parking, I didn't see any lot so I just street parked. EXTRA EXTRA, Read all about it:: While she was showing me some pictures of brows, I noticed some pictures of pretty lashes on others and asked her if she does lashes too. And she does! She said she's relatively new so she's only charging $50 for a full set!!! $35 for touch ups. That's such a good deal and the pictures she showed me were really good too! She's charging such a low rate because it'll take her about 1.5 hours to finish, but once she gets faster and gain more experience, she'll raise her rates so take advantage of that now! Also, the glue that she uses is not only waterproof, but it's also oil and sweat proof! I'll definitely update my review when I get my lashes done.

I naturally have very light, blonde brows that are thin and wispy. I'm obsessed with the new defined, yet natural look Jordan gave me. The process is slightly under uncomfortable, but for me at least, it's definitely been worth it :). If you're looking to get rid of the awful daily brow routine, Jordan is your girl!

Using a promo I had the full body laser hair removal done. I have black hair (Asian descent) and I…read morehave PCOS which can impact hair growth. I got some pretty amazing results - I'd say about 99%! I find a thickish hair here or there, but so unnoticeable! I think taking advantage of their special promos is the way to go - I referred my partner and we both got a credit! I chose to laser my: full legs, Brazilian, abdomen, ariolas, fingers, toes, behind the neck, sideburns, around the brow and uni, upper lip, cheeks, along the jawline, underarms. I saw a few different aestheticians, but once I had an appt with Micah he became my person (I'm one of those people that once I find my person, I only go to them haha). I absolutely loved him - so friendly, professional, and thorough! Lasering is a little spicy, but so worth the minimal pain. When we were getting closer to the final sessions, the spice does get spicier so I took ibuprofen before the appt to minimize the pain. They have little squeeze balls so you can def ask for one - they help lol. I highly recommend laser hair removal. It can be an expense, but overall in the time and money saved from not having to constantly wax or shave - priceless! Also going through terrible pain every month waxing. So if you're able to, go for it! Especially using their frequent special deals ;) and I highly highly recommend Micah!!

I saw Brittany at spa Trouve. My first appointment went great. She helped me get massive Botox and…read moreI was overall really happy with my experience there. She is a very warm and engaging person, and when she suggested PRP treatment for my under eye, I really felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately, it's been about three days since getting it, and my undereyes have been completely botched . She overfilled my under eyes to the point where my under eyes are literally bagging down. It looks like I am a grandma, my skin is crepey and stretched out. At this point, I'm gonna need to have a full blepheroplasty to correct it. I literally look in the mirror throughout the day and just start crying because it's so devastating the way that my face was botched. Just awful sagging skin under my eyes that I never had prior to the appointment. I am devastated that I allowed her to touch my face. Please be so so careful when scheduling with these guys, they ruined my face and might do the same to you. Edit: Update: I did quite a bit of research in some skin care groups, and the general consensus is, if the plasma is injected too superficially, it causes bagging of the skin on top and stretching of the skin on top, I think that is what happened in my case. Several people have reported that getting PRF/PRP done too superficially has also contributed to their eyebags. I have been using snail mucin to try and tighten up my skin, but this is definitely not a procedure I would ever get done again.

it seems she has been trying to delete my original review so here's a new one…read more first of all i am honored to receive the famous "hope u heal" line u reserve for all ur bad reviews. i also want to say that although i do think Ariana's read on the situation was spot on and perfectly articulated, i had absolutely nothing to do with it. she is a complete stranger. if i were recruiting people to leave bad reviews, u would have more than just one couple things in response to ur last message: - a haircut this bad should be obvious to someone claiming to be a professional. - I dont think being a loyal customer entitles me to a refund, i think a bad haircut does. - i only mention being a recurring customer to emphasize 2 things-- the way you treat loyal clients with a **good track record**, and lost revenue for a business who *themselves* stated cannot afford a refund. - I was very careful to specifically not use the word shelf and that was intentional. - Ive had big short hair, i've had two wolf cuts, & i know how to style it. I would never request a jelly or anything resembling one. ever. (not that that's what this is) - I didn't request a blow-out. I was OFFERED one. Maybe it's not something y'all should offer in the first place if u will blame clients for accepting and use it to deny refund. - I wasn't shown the back of my hair, esp. not in final form. being in front of mirrors does not change that. this is low IQ. - yes of course y'all are bffs & will back each other up. Still think dallan would've handled it better. - I nearly accepted ur "resolution" bc u gave me no other option and i was genuinely trying to work with you. but ultimately, like i tried explaining on the phone, it would not have actually solved anything. simple as that. - yes actually... I did leave satisfied.. bc I didn't notice? and it's almost as if... that's the whole issue ???? hello ?? i want to make it clear that although i was preparing for a chargeback, i remained very polite and still tried my best to resolve this directly with the salon. i even tried to meet her halfway by suggesting a partial refund but she was not making the same effort, and became progressively rude. It's clear we're operating from fundamentally different premises. maybe that's the root of the problem here. Your position is that there's nothing wrong with the haircut itself and that I don't know how to style it. ok, I'll bite. for the sake of argument, let's assume that's true.... It doesn't change the fact that this is objectively not the haircut I asked for or agreed to receive. on that basis alone, I am owed a refund due to service not as described. it doesn't matter if u think u can "make it better". improving something bad doesn't make it good, just makes it less bad. if you had any ground (or documentation) to stand on, u wouldnt have lost the case. Policy is not law. There must be exceptions for certain cases when mistakes are made. and you need to have discernment to know the difference from when someone's abusing the system. but that requires competency (in your field and in life), humility, and good faith. when a customer has been wronged, the burden should never fall on them to figure out a resolution that works for the business. It should be the other way around. why do i even have to explain this. If I were in your position, I would be mortified to hear a customer had this experience. my priority would be to understand what would make the situation right for them and do everything reasonably possible to make that happen. I personally would have offered a refund AND an adjustment. But ironically, that means taking accountability... fortunately for all of us, u have proven it yourself that you have never been capable of this (just a quick search to see how you respond to every bad review on here and Google) and to assume premeditation/malice is a really disappointing take on this situation and makes zero sense. why or how on earth would i plan to have a bad haircut? but if that's what were doing, i can do the same.... maybe you offer blow-outs for plausible deniability on haircuts gone wrong? maybe i wasn't shown the back on purpose so i wouldn't notice? i agree there are no winners or losers here, because at the end of the day i'd rather have my hair than a refund. but because i was so polite throughout the situation, you took advantage and at the end basically shoo'd me away & expected no consequence. the last text message you sent me speaks for itself. even a stranger was upset for me. by the way... I reiterated the points we spoke about via email over the phone, not to rehash anything, but to have it all in writing for the case. i've attached photos of my original review from Google, KJ's response from Yelp, and Ariana's review as well because it tickles me and they threatened to take it dow.
