SUMMARY:: I did microblading and shading here and...I LOVE MY BROWS! The salon is super cute and clean. Best of all Jordan was amazing. She was attentive to details, patient with all the questions I had and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this salon! EXPERIENCE:: It was my first time getting my brows microbladed/shaded and Jordan made sure I was comfortable with everything by explaining the process and telling me what she's doing step by step of the way. A very important part of the process was when she drew out the design of my brows. She asked me what I wanted and gave me the mirror to see it multiple times. She even sat me up to check on them since they can look a bit different when laying down. She was very patient and understanding even though I was staring at it for a while to find anything I might not like. She insisted that I be vocal about any changes I wanted. Whether it was a rounder arch, longer length, or if I thought one side was bigger than the other even though she used a tool to make sure it's measured out evenly. I loved that she was so keen on making sure I was 100% comfortable before moving on. Oh! She also does ombre and nano brows so be sure to consult with her what will look best for you! LOCATION/PARKING:: I didn't notice any big visible sign that said "Wink Aesthetics" on it, but it's literally across the street from a Maserati dealership. The outside of the building does have a sign that says "Namaste Massage by Bella". Looks like several businesses share the same building. Just go into that building and walk up the stairs, it's the first room to the left. Definitely recommend getting a sign! As for parking, I didn't see any lot so I just street parked. EXTRA EXTRA, Read all about it:: While she was showing me some pictures of brows, I noticed some pictures of pretty lashes on others and asked her if she does lashes too. And she does! She said she's relatively new so she's only charging $50 for a full set!!! $35 for touch ups. That's such a good deal and the pictures she showed me were really good too! She's charging such a low rate because it'll take her about 1.5 hours to finish, but once she gets faster and gain more experience, she'll raise her rates so take advantage of that now! Also, the glue that she uses is not only waterproof, but it's also oil and sweat proof! I'll definitely update my review when I get my lashes done. read more

Jordan is an angel and amazing at what she does. I came to her to try microblading for the first time and couldn't be happier with the results! I naturally have very light, blonde brows that are thin and wispy. I'm obsessed with the new defined, yet natural look Jordan gave me. Jordan is amazing and so talented. I got my eyebrows microblade a year ago and needed some color correction done. I ended up having the ombré powder brow done and lip pigmentation. She's very honest and cares about her client. You can definitely tell she enjoys what she does and is very informative. I was nervous about the pain, but she helped calm me down and it was definitely not as bad as I thought it would be. Her shop is very clean. I still have to get my lips touched up, which is when I will be able to see more of the results. I never thought I would be so happy to say I have hair on my face!! I got microblading and shading and my eyebrows look like they have real hair and they were just perfectly waxed. Which is an experience I never had. I have always had very few hairs after the arch and spent so many years "filling in" what little brow I had without having that drawn on look to them. Going in I was so nervous I would come out looking like I just had black censor bars attached to my forehead and I would be stuck with them for life. Jordan is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone going to her. I went to her when I was on vacation, she did my microblading eyebrows and went too deep causing permanent scarring. I followed her aftercare meticulously and they were all crusty at first and healed scarred. She also did my lash extensions and burned my eyes. The lashes lasted a couple of days before they all fell out. I had a wedding to go to and she made me look hideous. I won't go back for my touch up because I'm scared what she'll do to me. She does not know what she is doing and all these positive reviews are probably fake. When you call to complain she lies and makes up all kinds of excuses. I asked for a refund and she is refusing to give me one even though she caused scarring and burnt me. I'm calling a lawyer, don't trust this girl, she lacks experience and is not professional. Jordan responded saying this is a fake review and I can assure you it is not. In her response she says she doesn't do lashes, but she has a 5 Star review in June of 2017 saying she did the girls lashes. If she doesn't do lashes, which she does because she burned my eyes, why does she have a review stating she does. Jordan also responded with having a policy of not taking clients on vacation, which is also untrue because when I called for an appointment she booked me right away and told me just to avoid the sun, which I did. There is also another 5 star review from a client on vacation so this proves Jordan is making up her own 5 star reviews and doesn't want the truth to come out that she doesn't know what she's doing. She advertises all over Facebook every single day for lashes, permanent makeup and lip fillers none of which she's certified to do, but then lies saying she doesn't do them because when she does work on clients she messes them up and then denies ever doing it.
