This was my second time at this establishment. We went once before and had a great experience. Older woman, friendly and organized, and everyone seems happy to work there. They did a great job. It was probably the best pedicure I ever had. I went back with my husband and called ahead made sure they had time. I wanted a pedicure and manicure, him Just the feet. My toenails were not trimmed, they are crooked, my heels were scraped up and raw. This time it was bad service. I went to have my nails removed. First, the lady told me she would charge me $10, and at the checkout she wanted to charge me $20... when at first she told me the cost was $10 and in the end she charged me $15, it was a little uncomfortable read more

They don't do what's on their menu. I go in for a pedi (cuticles and nails cut (cleaned out) and scraped feet) but they basically wash my feet and then charge $65 for that service. read more

This salon is my go to salon for nails & pedicures. Everyone that works there is super nice and attentive to detail. My friend also got her eyebrows waxed here and they did a really good job. Special kudos go out to the manager, Justin, for the fantastic nail designs! I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he matched it perfectly. I actually think he did better than the photo I showed him. My friend and I are going on our first cruise and feel extra special now. NEVER GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE me and my family went to them and all of them were really rude and disrespectful there was this one white healthy lady and two older men doing our pedicures and they where being really disrespectful toward me and my family because we said no to gel polish they asked me and my mom what color and we said no polish just the pedicure and this chubbier lady laughed at us and then she said something too the guy and guy starting to laugh at us as-well and the my little sister got pedicure she didn't want polish either and the lady nodded at the other older men and said something too look at my sister say no as-well and when she said no the lady and those 2 men laughed and giggled so loud and nodded and they thought i couldn't understand what they were doing or saying but i understood everything they said and because they couldn't make their $15 more for polish they were mad at us and did horrible job and doing our pedicures i spent $130 dollar to get bullied by these unprofessional and disgusting rude people i hope people see this and don't go here if they don't want to be bullied or harassed you guys suck as human beings. and all 3 of these people should be fired read more

Oh my gosh! First time at this place and I am definitely impressed. My main reasons to go to the nail salon are for callus removal and the rub down. It was by far the BEST callus removal I've had in my life. Great rub down! I also LOVED that they weren't pushy on any decisions I made and I got exactly what I asked for (other nail salons I go to always try to upsell and change my mind about what I want and I don't like that). So I've been coming here for a long time and they have gone downhill. I tried to give them three more tries after they messed my nails up the first time and this is been the worst set I've ever had. I got pink and whites done and the girl left the black glitter from my previous set on my nails so I can see the black glitter under the clear part. The white part of the tips is streaked through the upper clear part. The white tips are not even clean cut. She filed my nails all weird. My toenails got polished. Just literally polish and she left my black polish on the corners of my toenails. I mean it's the worst. I have pictures to prove it. What's even crazier is I paid $60 for all this. Yes, I know, I shouldn't have paid til they were re-done. Out of time and I fly to Antigua at 6 am tomorrow. I hate writing reviews like this but bad service is bad service. Don't make a mistake and keep giving them a try like I did. read more

Pretty good experience here I was greeted and seated right away by a younger lady at the desk around 6:30pm and was out by 7 on a Friday. She was really helpful with what I was trying to explain what I wanted since It was my first time getting a manicure. The older lady that did my nails I wish I could remember her name but was amazing it might be Yvonne..not sure tho. She was gentle with my nails and took her time to do them. The manicure was 30 plus the 5 dollar tip I left. Really trying to figure out how anyone could vote this as 5 stars unless they have never been to a nail salon before. I wanted to get my acrylic off and a new set, along with a pedicure. I showed a design (very simple and only on one nail) and they said they couldn't do it. So I had to choose another color and the older man started ripping my nails off with a fake nail tip. I told him it was hurting me and I needed to soak them off. He seemed annoyed. I had pieces of my real nail ripped off with his failed attempt. After he filed them down I said I wasn't going to continue with nails. I did get a pedicure, it was okay at best. Half the products they used on me came out of open, already used, plastic pouches you might find at like a CVS. New to Austin so it's been hit or miss with what's near me but this was definitely a miss. read more

I havent made a review in a long time if ever but this place is a headache im giving onion creek a 2 id give it less but the pedicure my aunt received she said was lovely however this is the second time ive come for a long stiletto acrylic set and they have once again not lasted 2 days one has already broke off grabbing spatula from the drawer i always ask for thick acrylic not sure of his name first seat first row he was very polite ive had my nails done plenty of places plenty of times and though yes it can look like a fat nail its what i want what i pay for and what i know will last and if done right doesn't just look like gloobed on acrylic or a fat nail as i was told it would look like the first time i came in and was serviced by the woman who is in the back row last seat to the right with glasses she also left me sitting to attend to a pedicure and had someone come finish who i had to tell what i want only to get a reply that they cant really do that they dont listen again my acrylic is very thin and a nail has broken after 2 days the same as the last time i was charged 45 dollars again i always tip good so i tipped a 10 as usual but this is bull shit work for 55 dollars also my paint is already peeling and this time the didnt even bother to shape the under part of the nail im just really disappointed i wanted to say aomething that day but being with family didn't want to start anything so sadly my fault for not speaking up again Advice... Listen to your client yes you my do this everyday but people have preferences listen to them Sadly this place is the closet to me so ill end up going to get this nail fixed there which im sure they wont do for free like most nail salons if a nail breaks within 48 hrs obviously paying for quality and tipping doesn't matter here After tonight or tomorrow morning i definitely wont be going there again and i wanted to love this place so much from the reviews to distance to my house but its a waste of money and time read more
