I saw their advertisement on IG. I was sold on the 90 minute scalp, face, neck arm massage. I immediately booked an appointment for that same evening. During the massage, I felt more anxious than relaxed. I was given a glass of wine, that i got to sip on for a minute then i had to place it down so i could lay on my back. The lady did not have a smooth technique, meaning she did not transition from one thing to another smoothly. In my opinion it was as though she didnt know what to do next. She went from my hair to putting more lotion on my chest to touching my cheeks back to my hair to scrub my scalp, which was a fast scrub, not relaxing at all. 5 different times conditioner or shsmpoo was vigorously scrubbed into my scalp. My face never got a massage neither did my arms. My hands and feet were placed in plastic covers with lotion in them then in warming gloves, for the duration of the "procedure" The eye warmers were put on and off 3 different times. I was really caught off guard when she asked me to sit on the edge of the bed and began to give me a back rub, sitting up. I held on tight to the edge so I wouldn't fall forward. I decided to give this place a try for a gel color change and acrylic overlay for my feet because they advertised under new management and 25% discount for the month of September when you show the ad. So I go in and tell the ladies what I want. I get told to sit at a pedicure bowl and the woman asks me what I want. I told her more than two times and she tried to upsell me on a full pedicure and became annoyed at me when I said no. As she continues her work, she gets up to get tools and sees that she had left blood stains on her stool. She says shit and wipes it off with water, not sanitizer. She puts a towel on the stool and sits on the towel instead of going to the restroom. She is working on my toes and I told her a couple of times that one of my toes is lopsided. She tries to tell me it's not. She finishes coloring them and I told her it's definitely lopsided, so she files it down. I get offered nothing to drink this entire time. Then I go to pay and show the ad for 25% off. She says that's not the right coupon, she goes and gets another woman speaking to her in their language and the other woman tells me the same thing except that I have to download an app and blah blah. I said no, it doesn't say that. It says I just have to show the ad. The woman who did my toes days I don't know I just work here. And I said, well someone needs to help figure this out. The woman gets visible annoyed and huffs and puffs and says here, pay. And I said where's the discount. She said there, it will show you. So I see the discount applied but I do have to say that they are charging an exorbitant amount more than other nail salons, $30 for gel color change and $12 for acrylics. I just got the two large toes with acrylics. So I paid it and left. I will not be returning to this salon. The "new management" should be ashamed at their lack of customer service, cleanliness, and price gouging. read more

I skip the massage, hot towels and lotion because I don't enjoy it and I want the nail technician to focus on my nails. If I could paint my own nails neatly and evenly, I wouldn't go to a nail salon. I was attending a black tie wedding and really wanted a polished look. The nail technician arrived within about 10 minutes and started on my pedicure. I told her I wanted to skip the massage. She never asked me if I wanted my nails clipped. I had to ask to pick a color. She brought over color sample books. My pedicure was okay. She could have added one more top coat to really make the nails shiny. It was fine. I moved over to her work station. It was filthy and sticky with rings on the table from syrupy drinks. She also didn't wipe down the station and I could feel and see all the power debris from previous client. The towel she used to placed down was crusty. I should have left but I felt trapped and figured my toes looked okay so the gel manicure would look better because it's a gel! The nail technician never asked what shaped I wanted. I told her to clip my nails shorter. She only filed some of the nails. There weren't many cuticles because I do them myself at home. All that was needed was shaping and painting. She was just rushing and not really paying attention. My nails looked uneven, some thicker, some missing polish but dried. I could have done this at home with same result. read more

I've been debating this review for a few hours now, but ugh, I have to! My pedicure was awful! And that's really what I'm basing this review on mostly. It was not relaxing at all...She didn't let my feet soak in the beginning. I went with the Lavender pedicure for $40 and the description said 7 minute lotion massage; I got maybe 2 minutes. She was pretty aggressive with the cuticle cutting and it just seemed rushed the entire time. I also got a manicure which I do REALLY LOVE but it was way overpriced; I was charged an additional $20 for a "special design"; I got basically a French manicure with two different colors...I wouldn't consider that a special design by any means. So I paid $55 for a gel manicure. The saying "stick with what you know" is so true... this is why I shouldn't wander from my usual nail salon. When I got to my mom to just look at my toes, the tech threw her hands up like I was disrespecting her to her face. I just ignored it and let her finish. She started to file my non existent nail length and it was so rough i thought I was bleeding from it. As she painted my toes she did it so rushed she didn't even paint my entire nail completely. It looks horrible. She left nail polish all over my skin she didn't even bother wiping it off. Not only was the pedicure done so bad, her customer service was sickening, it's honestly pretty disappointing management let's her act like that. Upon finishing, she got water all over my sandals so they were soaking wet, she didn't put cuticle oil my toes on as a finisher, didn't help put my shoes back on and the way she let me know she was done was by flicking her hand at me saying "you're done" and walking away. How rude is that? I'm still racking my brain on what I did or said to this woman but clearly it wasn't me, she's just a terrible tech. The place seems very nice and clean but unfortunately my experience was so bad I thought it was best to let the community know. Unfortunately, I'll never be back to try them again. And I knew why she said that-I had experienced all of my massage chair controls as I got my pedicure that was a COVID year overdue! Leann worked on my toes while I melted into the chair for an hour for an orange peel pedicure; it was Heaven or Venice, either one, it felt soooo great! Everything in the place is new and crisp. I love the cool colors. There's plenty of staff to work on everyone; I counted 7 staff! It's a tight ship! And quite reasonable really. Prices are listed so there's no surprise. This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I didn't get his name, but the guy that did it was so quick to file my nails, and none of them are even. After taking off my previous fake nails, he never even cleaned the towel off the entire time. It was so dirty. He had a cut on his thumb and was roughly pushing on my nails with his thumb. Unsanitary! He started painting and missed parts on each nail. There was nail polish all over me by the time he was done. This wasn't gel, but either way I could've done 10× better on my own at home. I'm not pleased at all. My nails look terrible. Then, when I went to pay, I told the person at the register, and he told me I could have him do it again. I'm not one to normally write a negative review... I try to give the benefit of the doubt. I've been sitting on this a few days, but decided it was worth sharing with others. If you are considering trying this nail salon... don't do it. Go somewhere else. I've tried this place a few times, hoping that maybe it was just a fluke... but after 3 poor experiences, I think it's safe to say it's likely the way the business is run. Not only are the prices on the higher side for not great quality- both pedicure chairs I sat in were broken... back massage pieces were poking into your back making it uncomfortable and the quality of the manicure was rough, but they also nickel and dime you for everything. First visit I got a new set of acrylic nails. I asked for super basic just pink powder acrylic, all one color. I showed her a picture just to be sure we were on the same page... she put on clear gel at the end instead of buffing. No big deal but she didn't ask. Then I get the bill and there was an extra $20 tacked on for "design" and yet another $20 for gel. Ridiculous. Fast forward to my visit a few days ago. I needed my acrylic nails removed (I had already removed half of the nails that had snapped) and got a pedicure. They charged an extra $20 to remove the acrylics and gel. And when I questioned it... they told me that if I had gotten more gel (which btw would have tacked on another $40) they would have removed for free. They have definitely lost my business. read more
